Rental location was good but average accommodations. Be ready to climb stairs and carry goods upstairs since both storage units are not available downstairs Stairway , carport, entranceway poorly maintained. Kitchen needed updating , the range was coiled , with flimsy cookware Sofa coffee table is unstable . Master shower head unusable only hand sprayer , 2 nd shower stall lacked toiletry holder Beds were fine but lacking tv in guest room Both tv were small the main tv was 30” Lanai lounge chair was ripped linens and towels were abundant No broom or swiffer available. Overall impression fair for the price but will not stay in THAT unit

We really enjoyed our stay the property was in a great location. All the appliances we used worked well, did not like the carpet it had alot of stains in 2nd bedroom and around sink area of masterbath. The air conditioner quit working during our stay was very very impressed with response it was a weekend and they had someone there within a hour and it got fixed.i would stay there again but would try to get on bottom floor because of stairs. The grounds and pool area were nice

When we arrived in the property I noticed the Master bedroom did not have a comforter on the bed, only the sheets :(. Called the rental company and they returned my call since it was after hours. They had one delivered the next day. Fortunately there was a blanket in the closet I found. There were no start up items such as dish soap for washing a few dishes until we could make it to Publix. I also could not believe how stained the carpet was throughout this unit as well as areas that looked like bleach or something had been spilled. The pool area was a plus although it’s unfortunate to have to unlock the gate even when you want to leave the pool area. Fortunately we had beautiful weather for the week which was much needed from cold Indiana!

It was clean and had everything you need, however the furniture and paint is outdated but the carpet really has to go, it looks as though someone tried to clean it with bleach in several spots. The shower and tub did not work well.

Dated property
Property was very dated and needs major renovation.
Stained carpets through out condo.
Furniture was dirty and smelled.
Shower drains were clogged . had to stand in ankle deep water when showering : also knives and utensils rusted or dull, pots and pans were dirty and rusted.
Shower doors were hard to open.
Had to cross busy highway to get to beach.
no mention in ads to get to condo had to climb 4 flights of stairs.

Great AMI Getaway
We have actually stayed in this location several other times and so love it for its convenience to everything! The actual unit could stand for some updates but this did not deter from our great stay and they were communicated to the agency! Thank you so much, until next time!

Great Location
Good location, unit needs TLC. It needs some "easy" upgrades (broken ceiling fans, broken ice maker, broken blinds...) The stained carpet and OLD chairs need to go. It needs a good cleaning! Management company was great to deal with.

Comfy in a great location
This condo was exactly as pictured. It was quite clean, but could use some updating overall. The price was fair and the location was great, even though it is not on the beach. It was a short .25 mile walk to the beach. The carpet had stains and was plush enough, but the condo could really use some laminate flooring, as it was hard to keep clean after our trips to the beach. The second bathroom shower head cracked/broke a few days into our stay, but maintenance was quick to respond and replaced it to our satisfaction. The water pressure in both showers is satisfactory. The trash cans in the bathrooms were dirty underneath the bags(one had used dental floss in it), and the kitchen trash can could be much bigger, as it did not hold much. There were ample pots and pans(one skillet was dirty with burned food in it), and the knife block had dull, rusted knives in it. The light and fan switches did not work in both bedrooms (it must have been an electrical problem)but we were able to get the second bedroom fan light to work by replacing the bulb. The view of the mangroves was nice, and the condo was quiet enough. The pool area was small, but also nice. The condo is right across the street from Publix grocery, Walgreens and a few restaurants and shops. It is also right off of Gulf Drive, the main drag on the island. The condo air conditioner was leaking into the condo below us and we had maintenance in the condo several times, which was inconvenient. One of the doors to the patio was jammed and did not close all the way, so we felt it was wasting energy from the air conditioning. The dead bolt on the front door did not lock. The sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, but we managed to use it by placing couch pillows underneath it. We enjoyed that the linens and towels were professionally cleaned. The master bed was comfortable. It would be nice to have had a tv in the second bedroom. Overall, this condo was worth the price, and is in a great location.
