This historic estate on Mallorca’s east coast is documented as early as 1264. It still retains various elements, especially from the 19th century, which bring to life its intense agricultural past and give it a strong character. The thick walls from its original construction (60-80cm) not only provide insulation from the outside temperature, but they also provide the building with a special atmosphere that evokes another era; that of a less bustling Mallorca, making the visitor truly feel a part of the island’s most authentic past.
However, what surely makes this estate an exceptional place is its unique location, which allows for absolute privacy even when the island sees the most tourists, allowing the visitor to hear nothing but the sound of nature during their stay. In effect, the estate is located in a privileged enclave of the Sierra de Calicant, next to Llevant Natural Park, and the road leading to it does not continue towards any other destination. Moreover, its elevated position provides some privileged views of the surrounding area, and the property rises in a southeasterly direction above the neighbouring towns of Sant Llorenç and Son Carrió, reaching the sea, and, in a westerly direction towards the centre of the island. You can then relax whilst looking out to sea from your turquoise swimming pool (10x5m), from the terrace of your bedroom, or you can even look out to the west to admire the sunset from a hammock. Tranquillity and privacy are also guaranteed thanks to the large area of land around the estate. This land surrounds the building in all directions, and the owner’s sheep graze freely on it.

Its construction, whose last restoration phase ended in 2018, has extensive spaces both inside and out, which are all fully furnished and available exclusively to guests, along with WiFi and a satellite dish. Some details are outlined below:
Inside: 700m2 distributed across two floors and a rooftop from which you can admire an incredible panoramic view of the island in all directions (360º). It has large communal areas, included among which is a two-storey 70m2 lounge (5.5m) that offers elements including a dining table large enough to accommodate all occupants of the house at once. An extensive kitchen, with views to the pool area and out to sea, allows you to conveniently prepare all types of foods and meals. However, not all occupants always perform all their activities at the same time; therefore, there are also other independent communal areas, smaller in size, which are suitable for different circumstances. For example, it boasts another complementary kitchen (smaller but fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), located in the east wing of the house, living rooms and indoor or outdoor dining tables for 4 - 6 people; ideal for smaller meetings.
The house offers seven bedrooms. Five of them are furnished with two king size beds each (2x0.9m), which can be used together or separately. The other two bedrooms have double beds and, given the large surface area of these rooms (both are over 30m2) and their features (en-suite bathroom and one or two private terraces), they can also be set up as quadruple rooms upon request thus totalling 18 places (*The indicated prices correspond to stays for up to 14 people. For a larger number of occupants -50€ day-, please make a query. The estate is officially licensed to accommodate up to 18 people). This turns these last two bedrooms into an ideal solution for sharing a holiday with your small children, for example. Cots and highchairs for babies are also available at no additional cost.

Outside: Extensive outdoor space with exclusive access to over 25,000m2. The pool/barbecue/outdoor dining area is close the house. Located next to this area, and overlooking it, is also the main kitchen, providing quick and convenient access if you want to grab a quick drink or snack, or if you want to serve a more elaborate meal outside. In short, there are other outdoor areas where you can chat comfortably, read a book in complete peace, or simply admire the sea views, the sunset or even meteor showers (the Perseids, or tears of St. Lawrence, take place every second week in August). It should also be noted that five of the bedrooms have one or two private terraces from which you can also enjoy being outdoors.

We were 15 people enjoying this very wonderful Property. We have travelled together for many years renting large houses. We agreed that this is the best house we have lived in. Great rooms, amazing outdoors and then everything worked perfectly. Toni was a great landlord. True pleasure

Had a perfect week at this residence. The reality is even better than the pictures and the manager Toni was super helpful with everything.

We were a group of 14 adults and we had a great time at Toni’s house. It started with a really nice check in by Toni, and the communication with him throughout the trip and before was great.
The house is as beautiful as on the pictures! Unfortunately it was a bit cold, but that was due to a bit of bad luck with the weather while we were there; so no fault of Tonis.
We will definitely recommend this place and Toni as a host!

Propriété incroyable et super hôte.
Nous avons avec des amis et nos conjointes passés un super moment au sein de cette magnifique propriété. Elle est spacieuse et permet à chacun de se sentir à l’aise. Puisque la majorité des chambres possède sa propre terrasse et sa propre douche.
La piscine est sublime et possède un magnifique panorama.
L’isolation des murs en pierre permet de toujours se sentir au frais, même en cas de grosses températures.
L’hôte est très disponible en cas de question, que ce soit pour la maison ou pour l’île.

Beautiful house, lovely all, just fabulous…
We where a large family wanting to gather all together it went from our parents 65 and to his grand daughter 17 months.
The pool is not secured but we did not expect it to be and with firm rules all went well. The house is very large, simple but modern and beautiful. Since the house is very large and wide, It has different areas for the noisy to stay away from those who need to rest ;-)
The only details we thought could have been a little more high end were the towels, not very thick, but this did not stop us in having a fab time! We recommend!!! + Toni is Lovely! And that matters a lot! Thanks again for everything!

Sehr gute Kommunikation, noch tollere Finca
10 Tage Fincaurlaub mit 10 Pax gemacht. Haus ist eine Mischung aus alter Finca mit Steinmauern und sehr passenden, modernen Elementen. Die Küche und der Gasgrill sind sehr gut ausgestattet und für größere Personenzahlen geeignet.
Der Aussen- und Poolbereich ist groß und mit schönen Liegen und Bänken ausgestattet. Außen herum weiden Schafe und Ziegen. Ansonsten gibt es weitläufig keinen, den man stören könnte. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Manacor und in rund 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Hier gibt es ausreichend Supermärkte in denen man eigentlich alles bekommt.
Als Hinweis: wir haben es uns wirklich gut gehen lassen mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken und sind am Ende bei ca. 350€ / Person gelandet.
Der Weg nach Palma und zum Flughafen sind schätzungsweise ca 30 - 35 km und in unter 45 Minuten zu erreichen.
Unser Kontakt Tony war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und wirklich bemüht uns einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Kommunikation war gut und immer sehr zeitnah (Email/WhatsApp).
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
Nach nun schon vielen Besuchen auf Mallorca in verschiedenen Fincas kann ich sagen, dass diese Location locker in den Top 3 liegt.

Absolutely recommended!
Everything was in perfect condition.
The finca is in a quiet location, but the beach and shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The owner was very nice and very accommodating even in times with COVID 19. Good and easy Communication.
