Lage, Ausstattung und die Dusche…
WLAN funktionierte sehr gut
Die Schliessanlage.. ohne Handy kam man nicht in die Wohnung, da der Schlüssel nur im Notfall eingesetzt werden sollte.
Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist hellhörig. Street Door und Garagentor schließen sehr laut & momentan ist auch die eine oder andere Baustelle.

Location very good and entry area very well kept and clean
Flies in the kitchen which we couldn’t get rid of - Building works taking place in neighbouring property which woke us up every week day morning- no little touches like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc things you would not tend to buy on holidays. Keys - could never get main door to work but apartment door no problem - ended up using keys most of the time

Very nice apartment, well designed, with all comforts. Excellent free parking place, absolutely essential in the city center! Clean and comfortable, it is located in the historic center of the city, almost everything within walking distance, including the beach. It was a great stay !

Very nice flat, close to amenities and sea front.
On arrival, door entry system did not work. Phoned staff who were not very helpful because they didn't come and see us.
The person that we spoke to had not visited the property.
The instructions for the door entry system refer to a telephone key pad when they mean the door entry key pad. To get the mobile phone to work you need to be at least 1 meter away from the door.
WE choose this place because of the free parking. WE were then told that free parking was 10 mins away or paid parking was 5 mins away. When we request them to show us the free parking they said that we could use parking underneath the flat. Why did they try to send us 10 mins away??
Took money from account immediately after booking then later wrote to tell us of building work opposite which they must have known about when we booked.
No tea or coffee in the flat and had saucepans that did not work on an induction cooker.

Very cozy apartment in a really silent area compared to other apartments nearby, kitchen had all the needed equipment, really comfortable singular bed, the mattresses of the other bedroom could be more comfortable at this pricepoint. Very good bathroom with a really nice shower and water temperature. Close to all the main spots of the old town of Cádiz. The private parking is a must! Wi-Fi was good! In general very satisfied with our stay!
The exhauster had a really poor performance while cooking (it didn't seem to extract any fumes). The floor was not so clean, walked barefoot during the first day and after 20min my feet were black. The bedroom with 2 mattresses could be more comfortable at this pricepoint. The dishwasher's door was a bit hard to handle because it won't stay low if you don't press it down. The TV seemed to have some problems after being on for an hour or two, the sound started to make noise and the only solution was to disconnect it completely.

The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The private garage is a plus when travelling by car. The location was perfect.
The property welcomes children of all ages but do not provide cots. Travel cots like camping beds are inexpensive, very useful and when folded they do not occupy any space. I suggest the property to purchase one and have it at disposal of families travelling with children until 3 yo. We had to rent it from a private company in Seville which made everything more complicated.

Excellent location as it provided access to not only the major sites, but was also in an area with local bars and where locals met - so less touristy and more authentic. The apartment had excellent heating for winter and the place was very warm and comfortable. Coffee machine was great. Overall a nice contemporary apartment with space. Very good value for the price.
Comfort of the beds could be improved. We ended up moving from the front room into the smaller room with the double bed as despite that bed being smaller it was actually a lot more comfortable and warmer than the other room. As it was just the two of us we had that option so it worked out fine.
