Location was great, lounge good. Most of facilities good.

Lack of corkscrew, wobbly tap on bathroom sink, shortage of wine glasses.

El tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación excelente. La terraza privada estupenda.

Se nota bastante dejadez en el mantenimiento del apartamento. Ascensor averiado no llega hasta la terraza privada. Sofá y sillones desfondados e incómodos. Tv sin apenas canales.

La limpieza y la situacion

No habia agua caliente para ducharnos todas y el ascensor no subia hasta la terraza privada,tuvimos que subir andando

La ubicación es espectacular, la terraza una pasada. Es muy difícil para una familia numerosa viajar con niños pequeños, en este caso todo ha sido muy cómodo, desde las habitaciones hasta la ubicación

nice place in middle of town

Although the apartment is in a great location and very roomy, we were very disappointed with the following: 1) Only one set of keys provided for a 3-bedroom apartment made coordinating access very inconvenient for ourselves and our friends traveling with us. 2) The floors were extremely dirty. Just walking from the kitchen to the bedroom, my socks were left filthy - see picture attached. 3) The hallway bathroom had a very obvious smell of excrement and upon inspection, the inside of the door was sprayed with poop. We then asked the host to come and clean right away and the response was tomorrow (which is not helpful as we were booked for only one night). We had no choice due to the smell to clean it ourselves otherwise our friends would not use the bathroom - see picture attached.

The location is great, right in the centre and easy to get to from the train station on foot. The apartment is spacious and I loved the central light well the hallway circumnavigated. Master bedroom and bathroom a good size.

There were a couple of maintenance items outstanding in the tiny second bathroom which would have been obvious to anyone checking. Shower head nozzle holder missing a part so it couldn't be used, and entire plate missing off wc cistern buttons. The master bathroom vanity was very slow to drain. These items were passed on to management so hopefully fixed in the short term.
