This is a wonderful spot to stay when on SPI. It is clean, quiet, and across the street from the excellent (food and drinks) Wanna Wanna. Definitely a place to stay again!

AC froze and our AC didn’t work properly first night . Had it been checked it wouldn’t have happened. Owner/ manager was very nice and receptive to our communication. Very nice location and cute condo . Be aware , it’s in the second floor . No elevator for those that need it .

We loved our time at SeaScape, the courtyard is awesome. We love to BBQ, hang out in the pools and met new people.

Family enjoyed the stay!
Air conditioner could of been a bit cooler.
We had to use a couple of fans to be able to stay comfortable during the evening.
Overall will be renting again next year!

Nice place - o Ku draw back was low water pressure in showers and hot water didn’t last while both shelters were used simultaneously.

The trip started out horrible because they wouldn’t let us in 30 minutes early but we couldn’t access the room til 1 1/2 hours after check in. It took away from our beach time. Owner kept insisting we weren’t doing the code correctly. It was obvious the mechanism was malfunctioning. Had to get a key from the property Mgr. No credit of any kind was offered for the inconvenience. Beds were very uncomfortable and should be updated. Won’t recommend or stay here again.

Clean, and very close to the beach. Stocked with all the necessities. Small pool but not many guest there. We BBQ on the property and it was nice. Kids had their own room which they enjoyed

Lovely courtyard and swimming area.
Comfortable for a family or couple. BarB Qs, kiddie pool, adult pool, hot tub all very nice. Beach within walking distance. Pots and pans need an upgrade. Furniture a bit worn but comfortable. Water was hot with low water pressure. Notified owner who was very responsive. Beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great location Great Condo
Great location. Close to the beach. Enjoyed the pool abs hot tub Restaurants nearby. Everything you need. The stove top and frying pans were a bit of a challenge as the elements are not level and yes the pressure in the shower isn’t great but we managed. The recliner has definitely been well used Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and looking forward to next time

Great Place to Stay
Check in was a little off, but worked out. I first walked into the place it smelled clean.
We had some trouble with the master toilet. I called the owner and she had someone out to repair it in within a few hours. The courtyard is beautiful, the pools are nice. We enjoyed staying here and have booked for the summer.

It was okl, nothing special. Great location for the activities we did. I have to say, I have not had to as much housekeeping before check out under threat of financial penalty as at this property. I doubt I would stay here again.

Great location
It was comfortable and a quiet place to stay. Water pressure was very poor and couldn't get hot water in the master bath shower to even use it. The dishwasher worked great it just backed up in the sink when it drained. It was great to have the laundry facilities and it worked very well. The stove burners were a disaster you didn't have a flat burner to use. Quite funny to try and chase the eggs in a skillet. You might want to bring an electric skillet!

Beach weekend
We enjoyed our stay, the place is exactly as described. Great location/proximity to the beach. Check-in process was a bit lengthy due to the condominium’s requirements, and we did not receive our registration document until actually arriving for our stay, so had to find a print shop to make it work. Owner was very responsive and helpful for us to our questions/needs.
