Le manque de communication de l’hote

facilidade de entrada, tranquilidade do local, distância do aeroporto, bom espaço do quarto e banheiro, comunicação simples e efetiva por whats app.
a limpeza pode ser melhorada, tinha um pouco de pó no chão e preferimos andar de chinelo, especialmente por estar com a minha filha pequena. mas não foi algo que comprometeu nossa estadia.
o secador não funcionava no quarto.

eu não gostei de nada. foi a pior experiência da minha vida. a anfitriã me expulspu da acomodação. me xingou. agiu com preconceito comigo por que sou brasileiro. o lugar é horrivél. tudo cheio de lixo. e ainda não tive meu dinheiro devolvido. paguei e não pude ficar.
fui colocado pra fora sendo ameaçado pela anfitriã, xingado e sendo muito despresado e maltratado pelo simples motivo de que ela tinha esquecido de me passar a senha do quarto. e tive que entrar em contato com ela de madrugada. essa mulher deve ser retirada do booking e de qualquer plataforma relacionada ao turismo e hospedagem. tive que dormir no aeroporto por conta dela.

Quarto limpo e amplo com bastante luz natural, casa de banho privada muito limpa, toalhas e roupa da cama limpa, ar condicionado, cozinha partilhada com oferta de chá e café.
Proprietária muito simpática e sempre disponível.
Os colchões são um pouco incómodos.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Habitación amplia y limpia, con baño privado. Cocina compartida completa. Restaurant al lado con comida excelente.

A localização é excelente pois é muito próxima ao aeroporto, inclusive vi pessoas se deslocando a pé até o mesmo. Limpeza e organização. Fica a uma curta caminhada do metrô que leva ao centro e ao aeroporto(para este, 1 estação de distância)
Como sugestão poderiam colocar plaquinhas indicando a entrada correta. E e mais algumas pessoas que chegamos no dia ficamos perdidas em relação a entrada.

The location is great for a night stay close to the airport. We had a morning flight and a taxi to the airport was about €5. You can also get a metro which is about 5 minutes walk away. The staff was very friendly, although I think most of the time it is a self check in check out hostel. I think we were the only quests at the time cause it was super quiet. By metro it’s about half an hour to the city centre
A little bit tricky to find the actual entrance, as there was some scaffolding by the building. It’s best to go on the left side rather than through the gate with the sign ‘hostel’

The place was super clean and comforatble - all I needed. It is close to the airport and bus stop. It was ideal for me to stay there flying back home the next day. The kitchen was spotless. Nice restaurants around, especially Carla Restaurant next door. The host was very kind that I could leave my luggage there to go for lunch as my flight was only late afternoon.
I would have liked to meet my host, but no worries, we talked on email. The one bed of the dorm beds was a bit rickety it seemed. Everytime the person turned, it made a squeeky noise, waking us all up, but our bed was nice and stable.

The facility was clean. Close to the metro, restaurants next door.
Very big problem with check-in. The access code provided did not work. Problem getting into the building. Contact with the owner difficult. Didn't answer phone, didn't answer messages on whatsup. Very stressful situation for me. Second issue was the lack of curfew. Other people loudly behaving at night. Poor soundproofing.

My flight arrived very late and even delayed. I informed them about that. Clara was fantastic. She instruct how to get inside and everything went well although it was midnight and also to me, was the first trip to Lisbon.
Next morning, I could make a cup of coffee by myself at the kitchen. The shower also was good.

Overnight stay to catch a flight in the early hours of the day. Not much to say about the room or the bed as the choice was made for me by the other guests - top bed it was.
I'm not one to sleep in shared bunk beds, and this one was another example of why I shouldn't be staying in hostels. Nothing at fault with this accommodation at all, but it's not for me - the lack of privacy, the noise, the rumble of the guy sleeping below me shaking the bed whenever he (or I) moved about, the snoring. All in all, not my thing, but good for anyone who doesn't mind such and experience :)

It is very convenient to stay near the airport.
Our room was occupied by a random girl. After 15 mins of trying to understand what is going on, girl just left the hostel. I think property should have some key lockers instead of simply opened rooms to prevent such cases.

Ok, it was the cheapest option possible.
The metro station is near.
Its a 2 rooms apartament that turned into a hostel.
The bathroom was very dirty and everything about this place was slightly gross.
People rent this place to go to the airport at night or early morning, so you can expect that in the middle of the night the light will be on and people will be making noises.

The kitchen is very well endowed with coffee makers and coffee. The sheets are changed on a daily basis. Overall, they do a very good job in keeping a hostel very neat and clean.

Very close to the airport-- you can walk in 25 minutes
Clara leaves a bag lunch for you in the morning ! Great touch.
You must leave a 2 euro tax charge in a jar before you leave, so if you come in late and leave early and don't have the right change....I guess Clara has to pay it. Maybe this could be included with the room charge ?
