Gourmandises et boissons de courtoisie. Logement bien équipé et très propre. Parking fourni en face appartement gratuit. Appartement très calme. Situation géographique idéale. Hôte très disponible et chaleureux. Documents sur l'organisation de l'arrivée et du séjour fournis 2 jours avant, très rassurant.
Peut être l'escalier en colimaçon mais on ne monte pas toutes les 5 minutes. On étaient informés

A lovely, quirkily decorated room in an absolutely perfect location. Perfect hosts.
The one thing I feel I should mention is the spiral staircase up to the bathroom. In the space available it was clearly the only option for a staircase but for anyone with impaired mobility or balance it could be a bit of a worry. So probably worth flagging more clearly.

The location was amazing - right in the heart of Albi beside its magnificent cathedral. The central area in which the apartment is located boasts the covered market, many nice cafes and bars, and a cool vintage shop - the atmosphere was great. The room was very peaceful and quiet, at the back of a building, despite being located in a bustling area with many bars with outdoor seating.
Perhaps the instructions about the keys and lock box could be given more clearly, in the body of an email rather than in an attachment, and that this component (autonomous arrival) could be emphasized more, in case it confuses visitors.

Excellent host, very nice room. One concern - it may nor work for very senior guests due to the need to climb the steep staircase to the bathroom, located on the second level

The location is perfect, close to all points of interest in the city, as well as the restaurants and the covered market.
The apartment is very clean and chic. Coffee and tea is available. Also we found water and beer waiting for us in the fridge.
Philippe was waiting for us at the property and gave us all the information we needed for a great stay in Albi.
The only reason I didn’t give the property a 10, was the location of the bathroom. To access the bathroom can be difficult as you have to climb some very steep stairs to get there.

Great stay in the very heart of Albi, close to the main sights. The studio is small but well equipped and confortable. Philippe is a perfect host, flexible and responsive. It was nice to find refreshments and local beers as a welco in the fridge. I definitely recommend.
It's not very practical to have the bathroom in the upper floor but only a detaile

I had a great time at Un jour d’été. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. It is neat and tidy. You have everything that you need. It is conveniently located, easy to get around by foot to visit interesting sites, restaurants and shops and although it is a lively neighborhood the apartment is indeed calm. Philippe was kind to assist.
Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
