Loved the balcony which had a very comfortable chair / table to sit out on. Location fantastic. Great towels and a 24hr 7/11 opposite. The security guards will also happily get you a white taxi. FYI I know the previous reviews in January 2020 were awful, but the owner assured Booking.com that all the issues had been fixed and he was true to his word. The apartment was spotless, the towels good, the bedsheets prestine, and the toilet / washbasin etc all worked. Plus the sofa and fridge / freezer were spotless. It's not a huge apartment but great for 1-2 people and very comfortable with good aircon and security. Oh and it's easy to check in as there is a 24hr security desk at the entrance there and they have the keys.

Nice view, big apartment, kitchen utensils for cooking, big fridge, smart TV, actually it’s a nice apartment but it seems they don’t care so much about it.

Very low pressure and broken tab in the bathroom, we told them, but no one fixed it. Water from the shower floods the bathroom. Not our standard of cleanliness. We would have wanted to clean ourselves but all the cleaning utensils were very dirty and smelly. No cleaning service included even though we stayed 10 nights.
