Love staying on this property and this unit. Love that it’s 4th floor, the size is great. Needs some improvement on cooking tools (knives and cooking utensils), but we often bring our own so we know we have it anyway just in case. Will be back!

The condo unit itself was absolutely wonderful. The amenities were so nice and the welcome bag on the table a nice surprise and touch. It had everything and then some. Even though we brought and used our own, there were beach chairs, life jackets for kids, beach toys, etc. for your use. The property itself was very nice although I did pick this place for the kiddie pool which was out of service and had been for the past 6 weeks from what I read. The main pool was shut down off and on. The kids could not have any toys in the pool, i.e. floats, balls, no jumping into pool, no sitting on side of pool, no this and not that. We were told that the building is actually a large retirement community who lives there and makes the rules. There is no arcade....which we searched for. Property crew were no help at all and actually not very friendly. No lightening on the Boardwalk at night. A guard told us the arcade was next door and to go to the front desk. There is no front desk and the place was more than shady and we left. My grandson so disappointed but oh well. In the write up, I may have misunderstood but it says there are 2 free chairs at the beach. The guy running the rentals said no and it does not apply to anyone. He gets guests coming up all the time asking about "their" free chairs. At $48 a day I don't think so. But of course, I go for the beach and ocean. The owners come across as the nicest people and so helpful. It was a lovely stay and my grandkids happy.

Condo was fab. Fully stocked w/ all we needed & then some. Decor was amazing as well w/ ocean views in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Owner was great about answering all questions quickly. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved everything about the unit. It was spacious enough for all 13 of us and it was clean and well stocked. The balcony was the largest I have seen so far in PCB. The location was great, easy in and out. The kid splash pad looked great but it was under repairs and closed the whole week we were there but the zero entry pool worked well for the toddlers. Overall, we would rent here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was perfect, it was very clean and roomy. The resort was safe and had security visible at all times. The parking was convenient and the elevators were efficient. They have entertainment nightly and a poolside bar and grill. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, really happy and I would highly recommend staying here. We had 8 people (age 2.5 years to 66 years) and had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and much bigger than I was expecting. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and I spoke with him several times before our stay when I had questions. We had an issue with a bed frame breaking and it was fixed that day. Only “downside” is the pool has a lot of rules. No drinks in the pool, no jumping in pool, no balls allowed, safety breaks every hour. It didn’t change our experience but just nice to know before you book. If you are considering staying in PCB I would book here!

Very clean unit. Had everything you need for the week. Lots of channels to watch on TV if it rains or at nighttime. Quick drive to everything. Internet was slow, & some of the building “ rules” were a little frustrating but those were the only negatives..

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The only issue we had was the kitchen could use better knives and there was no 9x13, 8x8, or jelly roll pans. Would have been nice for feeding 9 people

We loved staying at this condo with our friends. It was clean, family friendly, and our children loved the heated pool. Communication with the host was very prompt and they were very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

There were 6 adults in our group, all over the age of 55. The view from the balcony was breath-taking. It was very quiet the week after Thanksgiving and the area restaurants were not busy. The condo was spacious and attractive. Each couple had a private bedroom and bath. We were well pleased with everything.

Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Perfect location and amenities for all of the family. Will definitely stay here again!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Our fami!y, 6 adults, a 3 year old and. 4 year old, had a perfect vacation at the Boardwalk Beach Resort!!!. We loved everything about this condo! It was in a great location, the building is gated and a covered parking is a plus! Communication and check in was a breeze. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need. There was a lovely gift bag with sunscreen, aloe and treats for the adults and kids. We bought/brought a lot of beach toys but we shouldn't have bothered. There is a closet crammed full of everything you would need. My only complaint would be that it had to end. I hope we can return some day. It was a dream come true.

We just LOVE this condo and the property, location and beach! The condo was immaculate, the pool and beach were just perfect, as always, and the condo owners were extremely attentive, start to finish! We just booked again for next year, and look forward to many years to come! We had adults 65, down to 25 years in age, and children from 7 years old, to 19 months, and each one of us thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay! It never fails us, a true paradise!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk Condominium. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious.

The condo was perfect! Clean, cool, large enough for our family and had everything we needed. Beautiful view and balcony. Elevators were fast. We enjoyed the bar by the pool with drinks and great food. The only downside for us was that the pool had very strict rules but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean unit. Plenty of room for a family of adults and teens. The resort was very nice with a lot to offer. Great pool, bar & grill, fast elevators, store and having the jet ski rental right there made everything very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for our multi-generational family group. We had ages 2-80! The extra suite was especially nice with it's large bathroom, mini-fridge, private entrance and own thermostat. We had plenty of room to spread out (which was nice since we did have some rainy weather), and plenty of room in the kitchen to make a large meal for everyone. The condo was also beautifully decorated with a cozy beach vibe.

This was our gift to our adult children for Christmas. We all went and stayed together. Plenty of room! We had 8 adults and 3 children. We had everything we needed. The views are amazing! The pool, the beach everything was right there! We are already talking about doing this next year!!

Loved having 2 masters, great view, beautiful beach that my kids loved looking for shells, nice welcome bag and toys and things for the beach. My daughter got engaged on the beach during our stay and the sunset and location was perfect. We definitely want to book this condo again in the future.

We have enjoyed this condo several times now, and have begun to book it again, while we’re still there, for our next vacation! It’s become our favorite place to vacation with our adult kids and our grandkids. It’s directly on what feels like a very private beach, and there are several pools, one an enclosed baby pool, with splash pads, that our grand babies love. There is also a tiki bar and grill with a great menu, so we’ll often eat right at the property, which is so convenient with toddlers and newborns. The condo is spacious and immaculate, with a breathtaking view of the beach, and the owners are extremely helpful with booking, check in, and departure details. This rental is a gem!

This property was exactly what we needed. I was so pleased with everything about the stay. The condo was gated which was wonderful. The pool was warm, the owner was amazing with communication. We had the cutest little welcome bag upon our arrival. I loved it so much I tried to book next year and was bummed to see it’s not available.

We took 2 adults, 1 grandma, and twin 6 year olds to PCB and stayed here at the Boardwalk. The condo seems incredibly safe and secure especially as compared to the other complexes. Inside the unit was cute, clean, and absolutely perfect. The pool, hot tub, and beach were exactly what we thought it would be. The heated pool was much appreciated since the weather was only in the low 70s. Prior to our arrival, Jeremy called to make sure we understood all directions and wanted to be sure we didn’t have any questions. The others in the building were friendly. Our young children found other kids to play with as well. Honestly, this is a huge gem. We would absolutely stay here again if we choose PCB!
