Disfrute de unas vacaciones relajantes y amigables en esta villa con piscina ubicada cerca del mar. Esta casa de 240 m2 acomodará fácilmente a toda su familia o algunos amigos durante las vacaciones. Su jardín rodeado de pinos tiene una gran piscina, pero también muebles de jardín con 14 sillas para que pueda almorzar o tomar un aperitivo al aire libre. Puede dejar que sus hijos jueguen sin ningún problema ya que toda la propiedad está rodeada de paredes y la piscina tiene una persiana protectora enrollable. A solo 100 m de la casa, encontrará una playa de arena abierta donde sus hijos pueden jugar y pasear. Para nadar, encontrará una playa ideal a 10 minutos en bicicleta.

Property was perfect.
We had a wonderful holiday.
I am sure we will return and would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
The only thing that was not great - the address given by VIRBO was insufficient to find the property.
The full address from Natalie the manager is needed.

The listing does not do this property justice. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
The outdoor space is immaculate and the garden gets sun all day.
There is no restaurant or shops to walk to but the local beach is great and as everywhere on the Il de Re is not far this is not a major issue.
If you have family then this house offers everything that you could need.

House was a great layout for our family holiday with each group having their own are of the house and use of their own bathroom. One point to note is that the toilets are not en suite. Very well equipped and the gardens were very well kept, enclosed and safe for our four small grandchildren. We were disappointed that it was not possible to walk to a sandy area of the beach with little ones as the access to the beach near the house is very rocky. When I contacted the owners via VRBO I seldom got answers, however when I text on the telephone number I was provided with by VRBO responses were prompt and the owner was very helpful in being on site for our supermarket delivery which arrived before us and packed this away for us.

A lovely spacious villa, very comfortable for 10 adults, well equipped kitchen. Gardens and pool beautiful and well maintained. A short walk to town.

The property was great and as presented in sales particulars. The only difficulty was finding it as all guests had problems. Satnav was useless but Google worked.
Working through VRBO was difficult and communication with it poor. When a human (x2) could be contacted they both proved to be unable to deal with the point raised and just abandoned trying to resolve the issue. The email exchange process was cumbersome. I would not use this agency again

A very beautiful and tasteful accommodation in a great surrounding near to the sea. A perfect place for every activity on the island such as bicycling.
The house is completely equipped and very well kept. Owner Nathalie is caring and makes you feel welcome.

We really enjoyed staying in the villa. It was clean, with a lovely secure garden and pool which our children loved. It was a shame we never met the owners and we’re not greeted or introduced to the property, we were called and texted only. Saying this we had no problems. It was also a bit disappointing the beds had not been made and we had to do this ourselves as well as there being no basic supplies like toilet roll, washing up equipment or bin bags supplied.
Despite this we really enjoyed our week at the villa and we would definitely return again as it is a great location and lovely space.

We had a wonderful stay at Nathalie and Emmanuel’s villa. We were two families and our nanny and the accommodation was perfect. The children loved running round the garden and it was excellent to have the safety cover on the pool for piece of mind with the toddlers.
The pictures don’t do the villa justice - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous.
Nathalie and Emmanuel were really helpful and even tried booking a cab for us when we couldn’t get one (the island is very busy in Aug!!)
Would highly recommend this villa - we had a lovely holiday and would like to return.

What a beautiful holiday home! We absolutely loved staying at Emmanuel and Nathalie’s villa. The villa itself is beautifully and elegantly furnished with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The gardens and grounds were large and well maintained as was the pool. The location is very quiet and in amongst some equally chic villas. The best part of the location? The beach which is probably no more than a 3 minute (5 if you’re going very slowly!) walk away. Emmanuel and Nathalie were the perfect t hosts and made us feel very welcome. Thank you! We will be back

From the 3 year old to the 69 year old we all had a great holiday. We have a holiday home in the UK and we felt at home from the minute we walked through the door. The grandchildren had great fun in the garden and the pool. We hired bikes and spent a lot of time exploring the island and the property was in a great location for cycle paths and the great bus service. We were close to the beach and were never lost for something to do. We had everything we needed and the separate sleeping areas worked very well. We would certainly be happy to rent the property again.

The house is great, we had a great time with our two kids. The location is perfect, close to the next little village St. Marie and not far away from Bois Plage. We rent bikes and did a few trips with the kids.
The only thing which wasn't perfect was that the beach which is close by is a beach with a lot of rocks and it's nearly impossible to swim.
But within 10 Minutes by bike you can reach another sandy beach.
All together we had a great time and we want to come back next year if possible.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this very comfortable and spacious villa which made it a perfect holiday home for our family. My grandchildren had a lot of fun in the swimming pool and the walled gardens made it a safe haven, allowing their parents to relax totally.
For those that like to cook the kitchen is very well appointed and the outside barbecue and plancha are excellent.

'Wonderful' the villa was just as described, spotlessly clean, well maintained and well-equipped. We all had a fantastic relaxing break in the sun, the villa was just a few minutes walk to a sandy/rocky beach. The pool, bbq area and the gardens were delightful, I would definitely recommend this villa, just perfect!

The property is very spacious and well appointed with comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. The garden is very pleasant and my kids had a great time in the pool, which is clean and safe with an electric cover. Although there were only 5 of us the property would be suitable for larger groups or two families holidaying together. The beach is only 100m away, but the shoreline here is both sand and rocks so if you want to swim you need to go along the cost, but you will need a car anyway to get to the shops and restaurants. The owners were pleasant to deal with and I received my damage deposit back very quickly.
