New, spacious, clean, beautiful… great place. They received me with juice and a plate of fruit, amazing! The manager helped me getting a train ticket to Ella, i can’t say anything but good things about this place. Just great!

We requested and agreed to pay an early check in fee and book transportation via the property. When we arrived at the airport no one was waiting and the gate was closed at the property. Our taxi driver (new booking at airport) tried to call the property and so did we but no response. After waiting for a while, we had to look for another accommodation. During the day, we received a standard email from the property requesting our check out time when we never even checked in. Only after informing them of what had happened that we received excuses of power outage, broken phone and an offer of 40% discount on the next booking. We don't plan to book there again. We are sharing what we experienced.

Beautiful facility and room. Very stylish and functional with kettle, water, fridge, TV, sofa! Perfectly equipped with toilet products. Friendly, welcoming staff! Nice rooftop! We had a great time!

Nice location in a good neighbourhood, about 30 mins walk to centre. Huge and very comfortable bed… nice little inner garden. Was quiet at night. Flowers in the room, welcome drink, and a plate of fruits as a present. All in all i would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at this guesthouse. Very friendly staff and clean room!

Only thing is that in the bathroom there was no hand shower, ceiling shower only.

From the moment I booked, Ruvan was so prompt on messages and incredibly helpful and kind. His team waited for us as we had a late flight arriving into Colombo, and welcomed us warmly with welcome drinks and a beautiful room. It was spacious, the mattress was super comfortable (we slept amazingly) and for such a good location in the city we didn't hear a thing. The building and all of the amenities in the room are clean and in good, like new condition. Amazing value for money and we'll come stay again!

Absolutely everything about this place is top notch….it’s very private and doesn’t look like much from the street as it’s a little bit stealth, tho once you open the gate it’s like WOW 🤩….very classy entrance, welcoming and homely all in one. From check in to check was 10/10… The manager and cleaner are such amazing guys through and through. Helpful, inviting, warm & full of smiles. Not only are you greeted with excellence your also given a nice fresh cold juice and then you step into your air conditioned room and let me tell you, after a big day touring around Colombo on a hot day this was a real treat. Now onto to the accomodation- l stayed downstairs on ground floor and the room is of great size, fresh, clean and stylish. Crisp clean sheets, plush pillows and just over all very very comfortable. I really like the glass wall looking out to your own private garden. At night there are garden lights which you can turn on which brings on a really nice evening feeling. Excellent sized smart TV with all the channels to unwind to and relax. There’s a kettle, a great assortment of top quality teas, chocolates, milk and enough bottles of water for a couple of days. Entry and exit is 24hrs at your on accord and l was able to store bags here for a week before l returned. Communication between myself and the owner was excellent and l can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend….
