The entire place was like an art gallery. Very stylishy designed. The vibe was good!

I liked everything

The interior decorations were amazing. Very Art Pop and modern. Including inside the rooms as well. The service was great. When we checked in they offered us a token to use to get a free drink. The service at the bar and drinks, the music, atmosphere, and games made this a really fun stay even with my 5 year son.

The staff, after getting a hold of them was very friendly and helpful, I would guess they are understaffed.

First, the reservation number on the booking, is not the same confirmation number to mobile check in and get key access. I emailed for the confirmation, and was sent the incorrect booking number. Upon arrival, the doors were locked. I attempted calling for 10 min before another guest let me in. No staff was to be found. I special requested a coffee maker in the room, which I received a confirmation for and there was no maker in the room. Lastly, my room had no hot water or hot water pressure. I luckily was able to contact staff who gave me a new room after midnight. I stayed at the Moxy before and did not remember it being this bad.

The room was very small for the price paid. No refrigerator, no microwave, no iron. Nice shower that's it...
