Stunning 4 bedroom Penthouse Apartment in the Centre of Sitges and by the Sea
Un gran apartamento histórico de cuatro dormitorios, elegantemente renovado, en el centro del casco antiguo de Sitges, con vistas al mar y al atardecer desde sus dos grandes terrazas. Ubicado a 150 metros de la playa y del Paseo de la Ribera, con su abundancia de restaurantes y su animado paseo rodeado de palmeras.
El apartamento se extiende a lo largo de tres plantas, incluida una gran terraza en la azotea. Una escalera suspendida conecta cada piso, permitiendo que la luz fluya por todas partes.
El apartamento cuenta con cuatro amplias habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño (3 en suite), gran capacidad de almacenamiento y camas de alta calidad. Hay una gran cocina moderna de planta abierta, área de comedor / sala de estar que se extiende hacia afuera a una amplia terraza comedor. En la planta superior encontrará el cuarto dormitorio (ático) con baño privado y su propia salida a la terraza de la azotea. El apartamento está bien equipado con todo lo que necesita; Es amado y utilizado por sus propietarios, así como alquilado a los huéspedes.

The apartment was fabulous. Really central to all amenities, spacious and clean. Our host Nik was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries we had. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is almost better than what the pictures show, with multiple terraces and modern furnishings it was perfect for a group of friends to get away and explore Sitges. The location was perfect too, surrounded by cool spots, wine bars, gelato and restaurants.
Nik was a fantastic host and even provided a book of bar / restaurant recommendations in the area which we used often and all were great finds - as well as accommodating a few of us arriving early to drop our bags off which was a huge help.
Couldn't have been more impressed, already finding time to come back again soon!

A multi-generational family spent Christmas New Year here. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of Sitges and a few hundred feet from the Beachfront. So many choices of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is really lovely and exactly as described with great rooms and bathrooms for each bedroom. It was also spotlessly clean. It has a well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook as well. Views of the ocean from the top balcony. Nik was a great host answering any questions we had and made check in and check out a breeze. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Everything about the stay here was perfect. The location, the rooms, how well maintained the unit is... everything. The check-in process was easy and the host was accommodating. My group and I had an amazing time and will definitely keep this place favorited.
Just one warning...if you don't like climbing stairs this place is not for you. But otherwise this place is a drean home that you'd want to live in forever.

This property is amazing, plenty of room for a party of 8. Plenty of outdoor space. Facilities were second to none, far exceeded our expecations. Nic was absolutly great and wecolmed us with enthusium and shared his knowledge of Sitges. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful, modern apartment with lots of space - in particular an outdoor dining patio off the living room and a roof terrace. Great location in the center of Sitges, steps from the beach and the shops and restaurants. Easy communication with our host and coordination of check-in! Highly recommended.

A wonderful apartment in a top location in the centre of the old town and seconds walk to the beach. The property manager was excellent and arranged a great cleaner for us, as well as providing top tips for our stay. We are returning - a wonderful place to stay with a super Terrance overlooking the church and sea views.

We've been to Sitges several times and just love it. This apartment and our host were just the best. We would definitely stay there again and the location cannot be beat. It's rare to find something so "upgraded" and modern right in the heart of the old city. You won't regret staying here!

This was a great property for 7 adults (3 couples + 1 single). The four bedrooms were all of good size and roughly equal in attributes, with a dedicated bathroom for each (ensuite for 3 of them). With some properties, at least 1 or 2 might be substantially less desirable, but not here.
The property had lots of space for everyone, and we never felt in each other's way. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed, as well as newer washer and dryer to catch up on laundry from our travels before arriving in Sitges.
Location was perfect. Just a few mins to the end of the street to reach the beaches, and the streets immediately around the property were almost exclusively pedestrian.
Nik (the property manager) was great to work with from the time of our booking until check out.
Would definitely recommend this property for a group stay in Sitges!

Great stay
The property is in a great location and is very well appointed - clean, well equipped with all mod cons and very comfortable. The apartment lives even better that it is photographed. Nik is a great property manager, helpful and responsive. A wonderful stay overall which we would happily repeat!

Even better than the pictures show!
We were hoping that splurging for the larger place would be worth it and boy did it deliver. This place is literally 30seconds from the beach, in the center of all the restaurants and shops in town, but peacefully quiet being that its the penthouse level. The check in process was amazing and Nick, our host, was beyond responsive. We had a few questions throughout and he overdelivered with a set of local recommendations. The extras include the very chilly Air Conditioning (a must for the summer heat), the multiple patios, dinner table for 8 and kitchen amazingly well equipped, and the Sonos sound system that provided a great ambience for the week. I will definitely stay again.

Great visit to Sitges
This property is ideally located close to beaches and also close to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful suggestion from the property owner regarding restaurant choices.
Every aspect of this town is walkable from this location. If we return to this area we will definitely stay here again. My suggestion would be to stay here and take train to Barcelona (half hour away) to visit the city as staying in Sitges is much more enjoyable and relaxing.

The PERFECT property to celebrate my 50th birthday!
Six friends and I descended on Sitges to celebrate my birthday during Gay pride. This property was absolutely perfect. It is spacious, modern and chic with plenty of room for us to be together or have private time. It was beautifully appointed with everything we needed to cook, sunbathe, launder and yes make cocktails. The two large decks were perfect for enjoying a sunny day or an evening under the stars. Sara was a wonderful host, welcoming and flexible and responsive. I can't recommend this property enough and I hope to be back soon.

Fabulous apartment in a picturesque setting!
My sisters and I had a wonderful time in Sitges. Beginning with warm greetings from Sara, a detailed tour of the apartment, and prompt help with any questions we had, our experience was positive in every way. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean and lacks for nothing. Highly recommend!

Magnifique triplex, très bien situé , très bien équipé
Magnifique appartement, en plein coeur du vieux Sitges: tous les commerces sont accessibles a pied, ainsi que la gare. Et la plage est a 200m. Ce triplex est très moderne, il vient d'être entièrement rénové. Au 1er niveau on trouve 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, au 2e une grande pièce très lumineuse comprenant salon et cuisine, avec équipement électroménager impeccable, et une belle terrasse. Et enfin au 3e niveau il y a une 4e chambre avec sa salle de bain et, cerise sur le gâteau, une grande terrasse ensoleillée, véritable solarium ! Accueil très souriant et efficace de Sara. Nous y reviendrons sûrement !

Beautiful well located apartment in Sitges.
We ( 3 colleagues and baby) had a fantastic and very comfortable stay in the apartment, it is well located for shops and restaurants. It was really convenient for our stay during MWC. The host was really helpful in providing us with local information. Will definately come back.

Rita, the owner, is a wonderful, beautiful and charming host and her flat in Sitges is literally only 50 metres from the sea front in the old part of the town. It couldn't have been better. The sun was gorgeous and the small restaurants a pleasure to go to. We went often for breakfast at Costa Barcelona overlooking the sea. The flat was big for two but would be perfect for a family with several bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen with all the equipment needed. Several modern bathrooms. A great pleasure to stay there.

Beautiful interiors, perfect location
Wow, what a beautiful apartment! We felt like we'd walked into an interiors' magazine when we entered the spacious living-kitchen-diner, and the bedrooms, each with a lovely shower room, are super comfortable and quiet. The apartment is really central (in fact, there's a great cafe opposite for a fantastic jamon iberico breakfast or lunch if you don't fancy cooking). On that subject, the kitchen was nicer, and better equipped than mine at home. The beach a short stroll away, but we did spend some time just chilling on the two big terraces. Found it very hard to leave...

Perfect location! Attention to detail!
This apartment was ideal. The bright, airy, open plan layout gave the family plenty of room to move around. Nestled between the boutique bars, shops and a skip to the beach makes it a definite place for our return.
