Sandpiper 107 está ubicado en el primer piso del edificio posterior de Sandpiper Condos. Had a fantastic week!
Other than the air conditioning not cooling adequately on the hottest days everything was great!

Condo was fabulous, spacious, charming,fantastic location. More than enough room for 3 young ladies & 1 gram. Kitchen had everything except Pancake turner,lol.
Would stay again, a super short walk to beach, food & shopping.
Only complaint floor was sandy & a little dirty when we arrived on Sunday evening. Also at least 4 burnt out light bulbs that housekeeping should have noticed, also 1 trash bag for 2 waste cans. We used grocery bags & took trash out every morning.
Very quiet all night, lovely decorations & furnishing.
P.S there is no local or national T.V. Coverage only streaming or apps, not good if you like to watch TV .

Great condo with a nice stocked kitchen beds were comfortable and it was clean. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs replacing was the only thing that I noticed. Great location you can park and never have to get back in your you can walk everywhere you need to go.

Our daughter got married on the beach. We rented 3 condos at the Sandpiper. They were very nice & spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Steps to the beach
The condo was perfectly located; steps to the beach, my favorite pizza place, favorite breakfast place and shopping. The condo was very livable for our family. I particularly liked the balcony.

Great location!
Great location, easy to communicate with rental agency, clean property and a generous amount of living space to hang out. Kitchen well equipped for impromptu breakfast for dinner when kids were too tired for a restaurant.

Don’t go there
The furniture was dirty. The overall property needed a face lift. Not many nice restaurants to eat. Beach was ok but dogs are but allows on them which was a surprise. Not many parks to take dogs around there.

The perfect getaway
We chose this property because we have a large family. My husband, myself and 6 kids. We were absolutely blown away by our rental. It was so beautifully decorated. Very clean and automatically felt just like home. Having our own designated parking spots was something we appreciated most. Parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. And we were in perfect walking distance to the beach! There was absolutely no disappointment for our family for our first ever beach trip. We are already planning our next stay, in the same condo and we've passed along the information to a few friends!

I was not able to be with my puppy though as dogs age less than 1 year not allowed ( even if the property says pet friendly)

Tybee girls trip
This was an excellent location! Steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc!
We went SUP, booked massages, and hung out at the beach! The only time we had to get in our car was to go into Savannah for a night!

Great place and excellent location
So pleased with stay. Had a problem with door lock, texted property manager and they were right on it. Short walk to pier, watched the sunrise everyday.

Perfect beach getaway
The location is right on the mix of all that Tybee has to offer. You can walk to the restaurants and bars and the beach is right across the street. The condo is large and clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking and resting comfortably. Absolutely perfect trip! Thank you!!

The condo was on the south side in a very crowded part of the island. The unit was spacious and worked well for us.

Perfectly located in walking distance to everything we enjoying doing at tybee. The condo is clean and spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six and two dogs.

The HOA was doing significant construction while we were there and the noise was terrible. The walls to the unit were literally vibrating, starting at 8:00 in the morning and lasted all day for three days. We were not notified in advance which was disappointing. The rental company should be aware of things like this and should be transparent with their communications. After several emails, calls and a personal visit to the realty company, they finally offered us some of our money back as they did not have another place to move us to due to the holiday week. If they had not been doing construction on the building while we were there, our stay would have been perfect and we would have been totally satisfied with this rental.

Great Vacation spot!!
We arrived on a Saturday and spent a few days relaxing. This condo is in a perfect location! It’s large and you can park your car and never get it in again until it’s time to leave. I highly recommend and will be back!

Property was NOT clean
My husband & I and our 3 boys arrived to this property seeking a wonderful beach vacation. We found ourselves in a disgusting, unkept condo whose only selling point is its location to the beach.
I’ll start with the parking and say that the access to park was difficult to get into. We brought 2 cars and while there were technically two spaces, our cars didn’t really fit in the two spaces provided. The surrounding area of the garage was filthy & overflowing with trash.
The condo itself photographed deceptively well. Walls & carpet were stained, smudged, & dirty. Door facings had not been cleaned. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The sheets were extremely low quality. You could not run both showed at or there was no hot water. The washer & dryer were filled with sand. The water spout in the refrigerator was filled with black mold. The previous renters dirty sock was left behind. The air did not cool below 70. There was a bright building light outside that shines directly in the master bedroom all night. Being close to all the bars, there is party crowd noise all night long.
I’m extremely disappointed in this property and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect!!
This property was absolutely perfect for our quick trip to Tybee. My son had a lacrosse game in Savannah so we made a weekend of it by booking this condo last minute. There was plenty of room, it was clean, well stocked, and we could bring our pup!! The weather was terrible but we made the best of it and truly enjoyed our stay! The beach is just a few steps away. Plus the booking, check in and check out were all seamless. We ate at Spanky’s and Pier 16, both were delicious and just a short walk away from our condo. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Little* Condo Near Tybee Pier
This rather large condo near the heart of Tybee beach, pier, restaurants, and Marine center, is a wonderful spot to stay. Room for parents, children, and grandparents. Easy access to parking and the beach. We had a great stay even during a pandemic.
