Had a perfect amount of beds and rooms. Had ages 2 to 64. Every one had a good time. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed.

It was a nice location, on the water near downtown! We enjoyed a chance to spend time with family. With grandchildren that are young adults and teens we could have used another bedroom but it might have been perfect for younger children (grandchildren). The pool was a great feature and greatly appreciated!

Good house to stay at. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. We will be back again as this was our 2nd time to stay here. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

We loved staying at Casa Sirena! The house is great and the location is amazing! It was such a peaceful spot to sit and watch the sunrise each morning. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

We LOVE the mermaid house; plenty of room; cute/quaint… spacious… my crew LOVES the front porch with morning sunrises and afternoon shade and the private pool is amazing for relaxing… one way street in front is quiet and if you like the ocean, the water is shallow so walking out; sitting; enjoying some waves… my family’s favorite rental in Rockport

This oasis offers a beautiful view and is located right on the water. The property has a mermaid theme and is super clean. We enjoyed our stay with good friends and would definitely rent there again!

One of the windows in the living room was cracked. Edge of the rug in twin bedroom was taped down. No hand towels or wash cloths in bathroom where washer and dryer are located. We still had a lovely time but these things were noticed.

Location and water views were great. Swimming pool was nice. Pool was covered in debris and algae upon arrival but owner was responsive and had someone out three times to clean it. We were disappointed that the house was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There were articles of women's clothing left in one bedroom and at the pool, a child’s shoe left on the floor, food and food stains on the floors, melted food residue on a plate in the cabinet, pills on two bedroom floors, pet hair throughout the house, hair pins on one night stand, bath tub had to be thoroughly cleaned, towels left in the dryer, and mold on the walls in one bedroom closet and the HVAC closet. At the completion of our stay we informed the owner of the lack of cleaning. She indicated she'd let them know. Once we cleaned the house our stay was good.

This property was amazing with an amazing view! The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it every day for hours at a time! The house had everything you could possibly need plus more! Already looking at going next year!

Family Getaway
Highly recommend this property if you are looking to spend time with family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for a family meal. Relaxing living room & Board games. Great view of the Bay from the balcony. Lots of stairs, Might be difficult for elderly people. Bbq pit on site was perfect for burgers pool side. fun in the sun! thanks so much for having us! ;)

Memorable Getaway
Since January I had been planning a trip for our family to celebrate my parents anniversary, my dads birthday and him being cancer free. Through the months of planning I had 2 cancellations and 1 issue with properties I had booked before booking Casa Sirena. I almost thought this trips was not going to happen. Luckily a day before our original departure date I decided to take one last look at Rockport rentals on VRBO before canceling the trip all together. It was quite a miracle when I saw Casa Sirena listed and available for our travel dates. I quickly messaged the host Carroll and she replied in less then 20 minutes. I was able to book this beautiful gem of a vacation home at the last minute. The check in process was very easy and hassle free. Upon arrival the house was definitely inviting with all the beautiful beach and mermaid decor, completely furnished and equipped for anything. you might need. We grilled mainly out by the cabana and fully enjoyed the clean and refreshing private swimming pool. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 7, everything was clean and beds were cozy. One of the many attractions of this property was the amazing waterfront balcony. We were able to enjoy our coffee and conversation in the morning watching the sun rise and glisten on the water, in the evening we would listen to the sound of the waves while sipping on cocktails and admiring the magical full moon. The place was definitely more than what I could have ever asked for, the host was very attentive to any questions we had and made this process very worry free. We will definitely come back and have already recommended to all our friends and family to stay here for their future getaways. Thank you Carroll for making this weekend happen for us and our family! We will forever remember Casa Sirena!

Relaxing and Peaceful
Great place to stay and relax - take a midday dip in the pool to cool off on those summer days! Be sure to get up early to see those gorgeous sunrises. You won’t regret it!

Great view
We enjoyed the view and especially the pool, but it did not mention that the suite room had portable fans to use cuz the A/C does not cool that room, the pool had couple dead spiders no biggie we used the pool net to get them , just think they should have given a little more info and a little more care on that pool.. we still had a great family time and enjoyed the view ... 😀

we enjoyed our stay. nice place, but it does need some maintenance. Pool was missing some tile and grout was in the pool and pool lights were not working. 3rd step from the bottom on north side of house was loose and needs repair. some nails sticking out of the steps. definitely enjoyed the view and space

Needs some upgrades. Oven issue (Original oven was removed. Replaced with small countertop oven. I thought it was unacceptable). Strange layout with poor access to back bedroom. Clean, spacious, good location. Great host.

Great place to stay! Location, home, pool, view, everything was great. It didn't have an oven in the kitchen but did have a toaster oven. Threw us a curve ball but we managed.

Comfortable stay with beautiful view
Great location and stunning views. The property is large, comfortable and cozy. The house is older and more rustic than pictures show and could have been a little cleaner in certain areas but overall a pleasant stay. We would rent here again.

Lovely Bayside Rockport Gem
I found the owner/ manager to be very responsive and great to work with. We loved sitting on the upper deck and watching the birds and dolphins. When the dolphins weren’t chasing the fish away, the two guys were fishing from the shore. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we head to the Texas coast!
