This property was perfect for a family stay as it was only 1 block away from the beach. It was so convenient. We enjoyed using the BBQ and being walking distance from the restaurants and shops as well. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Siesta Key.

As noted in the description of the property, there was ample room for the six of us adults. The availability of beach items, including the many large beach towels and additional beach chairs was much appreciated (we and another couple each drove to the destination and neither could bring a sufficient number of beach chairs). We were, however, a bit taken aback by the lack of seating in the living area. Although there were 6 of us, there was insufficient seating for all to enjoy an evening of television viewing or even conversation--the backless bar seats were not designed for relaxed seating. On the plus side, the beds were quite comfortable. Not unexpectedly, we did take advantage of the close-by beach and the stores, small shops and restaurants, all of which were within easy walking distance from the rental. We even took the short trip to St Armands Circle in Sarasota and, on a different day, a ride to historic Venice, located to the South of Siesta Key. Finally, the weather was most cooperative for the middle of April and the Gulf waters were warm enough for a dip or two on all of the days that we went to the beach, i.e., every day that we spent at Siesta.

The bedroom with two beds was plenty spacious and the beds were big.

This was my second time in this building. There is a 2 bedroom unit on the lower level and a 3 bedroom on the upper level. Both are amazing. I just love how nicely decorated it is and how modernized and remodelled and I simply love the location to both the beach and the village center. All so walkable. I want to stay again!

Overall we were pleased with the experience we had with siesta key management and their facilities. While initially we had some complications that included air conditioning units, not working, Internet, not working, and then a dishwasher that didn’t work, the rental company came through with relocating us to an upgraded home. We appreciated the fact that they daily had check-in‘s with us regarding what was going wrong, and, how we were doing. We probably would’ve preferred to have been relocated sooner in the vacation but we are appreciative that the management company relocated us for our final few days.

This is one of the best areas to stay. We rode our bikes down to Turtle Beach and would come back and stay at this location/condo again!!! It was easy to check in, clean, provided beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We would highly recommend and definitely come back again. It was perfect for my two teenage daughters and I:)) No need for a car. The market, restaurants, and Mini Donuts are all within a 3 min walk.

We absolutely loved this condo. This was our 6th trip to Siesta Key. The location of this condo is perfect. Close to all the restaurants in the village and right next to the beach. We walked everywhere which was super convenient. The first night was a little warm at first but the AC units definitely cooled off enough throughout our stay. The beds were a little firm for my liking but definitely not a deal breaker. The property is very well kept and clean. We would definitely stay in this condo again in the future.

This place was top-notch with all of the ammenities, house-warming gifts, cleanliness, and beachy vibe decor. The layout was wonderful too. Enjoyed the outdoor grilling area and the beach accessories came in handy. A definite 5-star place to rent for a week.

Beautiful property 2 minute walk to the beach.
We booked this property for our wedding anniversary. We had 10 people in our group and we all were very comfortable with sleeping arrangements. Two rooms had king beds and one room had double beds. Pull out sofa was in the livingroom and was very comfortable and big. Very clean unit, has everything that you need in the kitchen and is 2 minute walk to the beach and 4-5 min walk to all the restaurants and gift shops. This is by far the best property and location we stayed at Siesta Key. Highly recommend. We will be coming back next year.

Ideal location, walkable to everything
We stayed at this beautiful property with 2 young children (4 and 1). We had plenty of space and everything we needed. We walked everywhere! The beach is a quick 4 minute walk and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants and shops are a quick 4 minute walk. We loved the place and plan to stay there again. I will say, that you need to come prepared with your own toilet paper and soaps, etc. I’m used to these being provided the entire stay, but this property only gives you a little starter of supplies.

Siesta Key Condo
The condo was in the perfect location. It was very comfortable for all of us. We missed having an outside space at the condo as the table is in the driveway area. There is a place for a deck on the roof which would make it perfect.

An amazing stay!
This condo is super cute and has everything you need inside! The abundance of towels was amazing! The location is perfect! The property manager was easy to work with and came once to check on us to see how things were. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a larger group looking to stay. I will be coming back!

The Perfect Siesta Key Beach House Rental!!
My family and I come down to Siesta Key every couple of years and we were looking for somewhere to stay that was a short walk to the beach and to Ocean Blvd for all of the restaurants and shopping. This unit met and exceeded all of our needs and wishes. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The house came with umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, etc. for the beach so we had no need to look elsewhere for such items. There was an entire binder of information on things to do and restaurants to order in from when we wanted to chill and enjoy the house. They also provided items like dishwasher and laundry detergent which came in handy. We were all so pleased with our stay that we will look to stay at this house specifically in the future. We will also choose to stay in a property owned by Siesta Key Luxury Rentals in the future when we come down to the beach.

Great Vacation Spot
We loved the look and feel of the property. The design made the most of the space and provided us (7 people) with a roomy and comfortable setting. The beach decorations were beautiful. The little tiki hut in the front gave us a nice place to sit outside when we weren't on the beach. Access to the beach was the next best thing to having a condo right on the beach. We had everything we needed - bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It was an incredible stay.

Great location near the village and beach. Great decor. Plenty of room for 6 of us, might be crowded with 10 guests (not a lot of additional storage space and only 2 bathrooms). Only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the bedrooms (back of door or on wall) so people could finish getting ready in the bedrooms.

Our yearly Oasis away from Baltimore
Our house/condo (FINS) was in incredible condition when we arrived. Dana C. from Sklrb was the perfect Concierge. Super friendly and very accessible. Sklrb has this system down. They totally have their act together for sure. We highly recommend the property and the property management company. The location of Fins is perfect. On minute walk to beach, three minute walk to Siesta Key Village. Very close to the Orioles Spring training site. What a great ball park!
