Fabulous Views of the Ocean!
Nuestra casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños acomoda cómodamente a 8 huéspedes ubicados a pocos pasos de la arena en la playa de Rio del Mar. Esta casa de vacaciones de 2 pisos tiene una gran cantidad de espacio al aire libre. Incluye un gran patio trasero privado equipado con una barbacoa. También disfrute del área frontal, con un juego de patio con sombrilla que puede acomodar hasta 6 personas. Además, las dos habitaciones de arriba conducen a una terraza con impresionantes vistas al océano. No es raro ver a los delfines saltar junto con todos los demás lugares de interés que ofrece la playa de Rio Del Mar.
La planta principal tiene un plano de planta abierto que incluye una sala de estar formal con TV de pantalla plana, sofás y asientos nuevos, chimenea a gas, mesa de juego, baño completo, área de lavado, dormitorio y una mesa de comedor para 6 personas que se encuentra adyacente a la Cocina equipada.
En el segundo nivel, hay un baño completo en la parte superior de las estrellas con un dormitorio con vista al mar a ambos lados del pasillo.
La casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de una conocida tienda de delicatessen (Pixie Deli), cafetería, tienda de conveniencia y restaurante de gama alta (Cafe Rio). También se encuentra a 2 millas de las tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes, cines, estaciones de servicio, campo de golf, cancha de tenis y mucho más.

We were so happy to be able to return to this house after a two-year Covid pause. The house is a great family magnet. Our daughter, who has been vacationing with us in Santa Cruz since the late 1970s, went to UCSC and loves to return here. The Baily's staff is great.

The homes location was amazing! Parking was a problem as the driveway fits only one car and the majority of the remaining street is red curb. The upkeep of the house was okay and cleaniness definitely lacked. Bob Bailey Property Mgmt was very responsive and would rate high.

Our beach house was a 9 out of 10. The only thing that would have made it better would be a 2nd refrigerator out back. Check in and out was quick and easy with smiles and welcoming attitudes.

Great place to stay, right across from beach access.Wonderful time with the family. If you are not familiar with the area there is not a lot of shops nearby. A drive to Capitola or Santa Cruz took care of that. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. Small glitch with the dishwasher but heard all new appliances are being installed after our visit. I did find it strange that there were decor items placed under the beds and in corners next to dressers. And then oddly short on pillow cases, but plenty of pillows in the closets. I later found linens in several random places throughout the house. Some items were not centrally located and found like most places we have rented in the past. Overall, would recommend to others and would consider renting again.

Nice location across the street from beach. Lots of foot traffic, and to be expected with public beach. While mostly clean, the blinds were old challenging to lift up and down. Whole house is worn down. Also outside of property was covered in spider webs. Good tv with streaming.

The house was ok it slept 8 but it had no setting for 8 people to sit together at any table inside or out. The supply of towels was exactly 8 towels 8 wash clothes and 4 hand towels. That was very insufficient for 8 women for 3 days. Parking was only for one car. The public parking area to the left of the house was limited time and the sign that is there is very faded only visible in day light if standing right in front of it. Could not see there was a time posted that said hours of 10pm to 6am no parking. 3 of the cars that were in the group received $26.00 dollar tickets. Again, no sign that said there was a fine for parking after hours that again was not visible on the sign. There should be a notice in the home about the parking.

Enjoyed the front window table and good kitchen amenities. Bathrooms , new and clean, upstairs bedrooms a nice surprise and porch great. A bit pricey after all the added charges? Needed to know the sizes of beds in each room. Bedrooms upstairs could accommodate more than we thought.

We had a wonderful quick getaway in Rio Del Mar. The property was spotless and we were super comfortable despite being Covid-cautious. Location was amazing and the parking spot on perfect beach days made everything easy. Great trip.

This place has a great location right across the street from a great beach. Beach is great for walking, great for boogyboarding. The street is not a main street so not heavily traveled. Beautiful sitting out front and watching the waves - great for my parents who are 90 years old to sit and enjoy the beach!

The house is furnished and stocked perfectly for a family to be very comfortable. The constant sound of the ocean was relaxing and watching the whales and the dolphins was so entertaining. The beach was across the street and we walked on the beach every day. Best vacation ever!
