Esta maravillosa villa de 6 dormitorios y 6 baños tiene vista a la hermosa playa Dawn en la isla de St. Maarten. La villa está a pocos pasos de la playa y se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada de Dawn Beach Estates. Dawn Beach Estates se encuentra a diez minutos en automóvil de Phillipsburg, la capital de Dutch St. Maarten y minutos de la frontera de French St. Martín. Our days consisted of playing in the pool in the morning, staying at the Villa for lunch, then walking down to the Westin beach in the afternoon. The walk down to the beach is lovely. It is a 5-minute short walk. The pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this villa.

Myself, my husband and our 6-year-old son stayed here for 8-nights in February 2017. The Villa was probably too big for just the three of us, but we absolutely loved it. It is in a gated community within a short drive to Oyster Pond, which has many lovely restaurants. Once at the property we were not disappointed. The view from property is breathtaking. The house is great for large family type stays. Kitchen has high end appliances. Common areas a comfortable, great breezes and ceiling fans to keep the living spaces bearable. The bedrooms are all air conditioned. The amenities - wifi, laundry, cable, sound system all were serviceable and working well. The development is gated and manned which provides an extra layer of comfort. The complex has a trash and recycling area, which is great to see. One of the only issues would be the water pressure was quite poor, but really that is only an inconvenience to those of us used to first world conditions. The property made for a great place for the entire family to enjoy morning meals and some great pool side fun.

It was really nice for us as local residents of St. Maarten to enjoy the spectacular views of our island from this No.1 Villa in Dawn Beach. Everything about Villa Dawn Beach was just as described, though it was a short stay for us we had a great time. As for the kids they enjoyed themselves and did not want to leave. Took along some items with us we thought we would need, but it was a waste of time, because it sure was home away from home. You name it, they have it. I would like to say thanks to the owner for trusting us in his home at such short notice and also to Vicky at Remax. Will sure be doing it again sometime soon and to the world, this is the place to stay for your next vacation stay. LOVE IT!!!!

We just spent 4 nights at the villa. Amazing location, beautiful house with pool overlooking the ocean in a secured, gated area. 1 spectacular Master bedroom with ocean view on top, 2 really nice bedrooms at the main level (pool level) with ocean view, a bedroom for 3 people in the basement with an OK view, and a last room for 4 in the basement with almost no window, good enough for kids, but not so nice. Clean house, clean bathrooms, Remax people were vey kind. The house is ideal for 8 people and 4 or 5 kids. Good amenities, well equipped kitchen, BBQ... Rental car needed to access the house or to go grocery shopping. Beach accessible by a 10 min walk to the Westin hotel. As the house is facing the ocean, it is quite windy there, but never bad.
