This has been an amazing week! We would highly recommend this property for its spaciousness, cleanliness, beachliness, and outstanding location in relation to everything you might want to enjoy on a beach vacation. The rooms, bathrooms and living areas are open and inviting. The pool is not so much, BUT it at least gives opportunity for a cool dip during the hot, Florida afternoons. We would definitely consider booking this property again and recommend it.

This property was perfect size for 2 families traveling together on a beach vacation. The close walk to the private beach in a secure location worked great for our pre-teen children to go back and forth to house. Overall would highly recommend this place and would come back again!

House is located less then 2 min walk to private beach. Did not have to drag a bunch of food or drinks to beach bc of how close it was. The house is much bigger than in the photos. Beautiful home. Pool is bit small, the size compares for a hot tub as not much room for more than 3 to 4 people. Overall very satisfied with the property.

The property is beautiful and perfect for our two families. Being just steps to the beach was perfect for the kids Extremely close to dining and shopping for the adults. We will be back!

Great location beach not crowded.
Easy rental process. Nice house great layout. Easy beach access and no giant beach crowds during a VERY busy week. Great beach chair set up Sofa and chairs could use replacement but other than that house was very nice.

Beautifully decorated, rooms very spacious, beds were very hard and the pool was dirty and definitely not cleaned.

The property location and set up were great!!! Stove top burner didn’t work never got fixed, grill burners didn’t work either. But everything else was great

Spring Break
We had a great stay at The Grits Carlton property. There were 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 7-13) and the house had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. There were no pictures of the beach on the website but it was spectacular (not crowded, clean and easily accessible). The rental company (Ocean Reef Resorts) was attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The Grits Carlton was perfect for our family. Six adults and 5 kids from the age of 17 to 7. It was the first time our whole family had been together in a long time. We had a wonderful time

Love, love, love!
This was our second year at the Grits Carlton....we love the home because it is so beautiful and feels like home. We are able to fully relax and enjoy time with our family. We love the big showers and back deck area most.
