The house was perfect for our group. We loved the pool and the games/puzzles that were provided. My only complaint is the pots and pans in the cabinet were dirty and still had food on them so we had to wash them before we could cook.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly located and well equipped. It is directly across the street from the bay and while the bay has very little beach we enjoyed swimming there and paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing there. We only had to carry the equipment across the street. We also rented a golf cart and that was awesome to be able to get around the island easily. I highly suggest you rent one. The house also has pac'n'plays for the toddlers. No working gates though for the stairs.
As far as the cleanliness of the house, I would not be able to rate it high. The blankets were not clean, nor the dishes and silverware. We had to clean that before we could use them. The A/C didn't work the first night on the 3rd floor and while we reported it and left multiple messages, we were never contacted. The 3rd floor bedrooms were 84 degrees the first night. The repair man just showed up the following day about 1:00 pm. It would have given me much comfort if the management had called me to let us know they were working on this. Once that was resolved everything was great.

Great place, great location. We had a wonderful time. The house could use a deep clean for sure and it would be nice if there were some cleaning supplies for simply wiping down the counters, etc. Overall, great spot. Can't beat the backyard or the location!

The house was roomy but really needs to be updated and needs some investments in cookware, bedding, beach supplies and amenities. For the price, very disappointing. Yard very roomy and was the nicest feature but furniture is worn. Stains on bedding and low thread count sheets. Decor very dated. No hot water in master tub. Neighbors were noisy and the smell of weed was prevalent the entire stay.

We had a group of 4 couples, the space was good . The room with twin/double was the short straw but still had own bath across the hall. All the toys, easy walking distance to shops. Farmers Market on Tuesday provided a chance to cook in the large kitchen.

This was one AMAZING home. The location of the house is over the top,, out the front door and steps to the Beach. The weather was not on our side the first few days but we spent most of the time on the upstairs deck. The view of the Bay is amazing especially the sunrises. Easy access to everything including restaurants, shopping and of course 2 Scoops Ice Cream. This is a home we will be returning to for our next reunion!!

This is my second stay at this house. It’s my absolute favorite home. The pool, kayaks, pool toys, ice maker, beach cart and chairs made everything so convenient.
My only suggestion is to have a first aid kit within the house.

Best Vacation Ever

This was our first time on the island we could not have lucked out with a better location. Close to the pier and pine st and an amazing view of the bay. House was great with plenty of room for all and the backyard was a private sanctuary. We’d stay here again!

Best place ever
We were to go on a cruise that got canceled two years in a row and had three days to figure out where we were going, and we found this beauty that made everything so much better. Once we got down there we had so much fun we had six teenagers with us that we never seen ever because there is so much to do there. We may have to make this a yearly visit. If you ever think to rent this place you will have the time of your life.

Nine lifelong girlfriends cozied into this lovely home for a week and loved every minute! It's important for us to cook and share our meals at one table, do 1000 piece puzzles in the living room, and have a bed for every body... This home delivered! Family Get Together
Perfect house for large groups. Beautiful views from the front porch to relaxing on the back porch overlooking the pool. Large open floor plan allows everyone to gather & be together. Our only wish is that the front porch had the missing ceiling fans installed so we could have had a breeze when sitting out. But I would definitely recommend this home for your getaway.

Best vacation place!
The property was perfect for the 10 of us! The views were outstanding from all the balconies. The Location was so convenient to everything! Best part for us was the pool area! Full stocked with floats etc. kayaks and paddle boards perfect for the bay across the street! Kitchen was equipped exceptionally well! Hope to rent this house again!

Perfection
Our party of 9 greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was perfect, the pool area was fantastic, the views of the bay off of the balconies amazing. There was plenty of space and privacy for all, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and gorgeous finishing touches to the home. If I had to think of something negative to say, all I can come up with is that the seats in the kayaks were in rough shape with broken straps...thus we couldn't use them. The bikes were great though! Wonderful location near The Waterfront restaurant and Two Scoops ice cream. I really hope to stay here again in the future.

Couldn’t be better!
This property was amazing- from amenities, to view, to location. House was stocked with anything you would need! Decor was beautiful and practical. Beds comfortable. Family room/kitchen a great setup for our group to visit together, views on the balconies from front and back were relaxing and beautiful. Shirt walk to the public pier and local shops, including Two Scoops ice cream less than a block away! We would love to come back!

A home away from home.
Anapauo Beachhouse provided a welcome backdrop for much needed family time. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for our group of seven to gather and then break away for quiet time in separate areas. The view was beautiful and entire home and pool were well maintained. We found everything we needed from dishware and towels to bikes and pool toys -- and then some. The property was spotless and convenient to local restaurants and shops. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Excellent Service
Our trip was canceled due to the coronavirus, however I want to leave a five-star review for Sato Real Estate and the owners of this property. They were accommodating with our cancellation and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We have friends who rented from others and were not able to change or cancel their plans. Thank you to Sato RE, the owners of this property, and VRBO for allowing us to cancel in light of the pandemic. We will certainly rebook once this is over and will recommend you to our friends!!

Beautiful views everywhere
Lovely home across from the bay. We loved sitting on the porches and watching the water. We saw dolphins most days. We were able to walk to a wonderful restaurant and enjoyed the ice cream shop. The house had kayaks which we took to the bay and had fun . Loved the pool and backyard was a tropical wonderland. Hoping to go back.

Great vacation and great house!
This was our first visit to AMI, though we’ve been to many other nearby VRBO homes in Siesta Key and Lido Beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the view of the bay is amazing. There wasn’t a day that went by when we didn’t see dolphins from our deck! Plenty of room for two families, we had 4 adults and 5 kids that were between 2-8 years old. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation including a cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas and pool toys. The pool was the perfect temperature for chilly nights and even though the temperatures were in the mid 70’s and windy, the backyard was protected and warm. Sato was easy to work with and organized, we would definitely rent from them again in the future. We would also recommend Two Scoops which is only a block away, great ice cream that everyone enjoyed. We also picked up fresh snapper and smoked fish dip from Captain Anthony’s for Easter dinner. Both were outstanding! The fish was caught fresh that same morning.
The kitchen and house were well equipped which made it easy for us to cook the majority of our meals.

The Anapauo beach house has the perfect layout and comfortable furnishings. It is located steps from the bay, restaurants & shops. The pool is amazing & so private. Paddle boards, kayaks & bikes are the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Wonderful home, beautiful location
The property was as amazing as the pictures indicated with breathtaking views of the bay!! We spent a great deal of time on the many balconies watching the dolphins and pelicans go by and walking/biking to shops, restaurants and beaches. We used the kayaks, bikes and backyard pool often. Would highly recommend this property to everyone!!

Fall Florida getaway
We loved this house! The perfect views and a great backyard pool area. The pool was nice and warm. We were able to swim even though some of the days were on the cool side. There was a couple of issues with things around the house but Sato was quick to take care of them. We loved watching the ships across the bay and also the dolphins swimming out in front of the house.
My only complaint is with the town of Anna Marie as they have been absolutely nuts about giving parking tickets for any little reason. Everyone in our family received one. Oh you can request a hearing to dispute them a few weeks later! Like most tourists are around that long. Just another way for them to stick their hands in your pockets.
Other than that we would love to come back again.

The house was great views from almost every room. The City pier is gone but still a wonderful place. Nice pool and lots of room to enjoy time with a big family. We enjoyed the paddle boards in the bay. Our family really enjoyed the house. I would stay here again.

A lovely property with stunning views and great position to visit the pier, beach and Pine Avenue shops. Well equipped but would have liked more drinkwear for both inside and out and a change of sheets for the beds. Pool great and regularly cleaned. Accommodation good and beautiful house decor. Best property we have stayed in.

Absolutely Perfect!
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and the third time for my wife to stay at this property. It is absolutely perfect! The views are incredible as the main level (kitchen and living room) and two of the bedrooms have wonderful views of the bay. We have seen dolphins and manatees swimming in the bay each time we have stayed here. The house is located in an ideal spot on Anna Maria Island - a more quiet spot, less car and people traffic - but yet is only a few blocks and easy walk to the incredible stretch of beach on the island. Another beach and the historic Anna Maria pier is just across the street from the property. Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance (just blocks away) and Two Scoops ice cream shop is dangerously close to the property :) The property has a great private pool in the backyard as well. I can not say enough good things about this property.... we will try to stay here every time we come to Anna Maria Island. You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, luxurious Bay front home!
Incredible, roomy, home for our extended family of 10 overlooking the Bay! Today we saw dolphins from large front deck! Exquisitely remodeled by new owners, including new pool (where kids and grands spent many hours) and landscaping in back with ample deck furniture, and privacy with deck overlooking pool. The home is near unique restaurants and businesses. You can ride the free trolley around the island with many stops.
We enjoyed walking the beaches, biking the neighborhoods (2 bikes provided by owners),
walking the 400' pier a block away, and just watching the activities out on the
Bay! We really appreciated the washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchen! Owners very helpful!
"A little bit of Heaven on earth"! How will I get my wife to go back to Iowa! :)
