Shower wouldn’t drain. Bed was stiff, sheets were dirty. Floor was nasty, old nasty carpet not vacuumed. Stingy with bath tissue. Broken ice bucket. & the hall ways smelled l horrible. Praying I get my deposit back cuz the staff seemed sketchy.

Everything was broken and super dirty the beds had pee stands on the blankets the bed was really itchy the toilet paper had blood and ashes on them the towels were used and hair all over the bathroom. Wish I could give it a -100 really bad

we had to wait more than 10 minutes to check in. There were children running through the halls, yelling and using profanity. There were room doors either being slammed or shut loudly throughout the night. The bathroom tub water was running when we entered the room. the lap shade was broken, the tv didn’t work (but that could have been due to the weather) and there was a smell in the room.

1 go look at the location and the pool plus some type of hot breakfast.

Microwave was damaged and the heater and air conditioner unit was damaged it kept putting air conditioning all night long if you wanted it or not and the room had no blankets.....

Just stay there was very terrible rude staff people in the parking lot with loud music roaches in the room the place was not very sanitary I wasn't even there for 12 hours and I will I am going to go to corporate because I want my money back for the state because I'm about to report the hotel I I unfairly got ripped off of my money my my room was dirty the carpets weren't even clean and this problem needs to be fixed I just went almost $400 and this needs to be fixed so I can have my money back cuz that was a birthday party present for my family my son and it got raped for me they did not have breakfast made in the morning I left as soon as I woke up and I didn't appreciate spending my money on a lie and a fake input of how this hotel was
