1st floor accommodations due to my disability was very much appreciated

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and the door to the bathroom was wider than i expected which was nice, good hanging space & drawers for my clothes and the night stand was perfect for my cpap machine, I liked the USB port on the light and the accessible outlet plug for my cpap machine.

The floor in my room was dirty, I had to wash my feet before going to bed. The hallway carpet had cracker crumbs on it near my door and they were never vacuumed while I was there for 4 days. I could hear conversations from the next room as well as the television. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were flat. I was not given a hand towel or Kleenex in the room. The toilet paper was too rough. The smokers would smoke near the entrance and I could smell the smoke through the air conditioning vents on the first floor.

I did ask for a sofa bed and didn't get it. Other than that, it was okay.

The room was comfortable and updated...but holes in the bathroom door from someone who apparently got mad and punched it.

The simple things I missed are a coffee maker in the room and we were not provided with a hand towel. I understand the motel is more aligned with long term stay, and that you also allow pets. Unfortunately, the night we stayed, a nearby room was loud and there was a dog that barked throughout the night. Not sure if either had anything to do with the other, but I did not get any sleep. I am not sure if it's because the walls may only be two inches thick, or that noise just carries throughout the whole motel. I was very anxious to leave as soon as possible in the morning...hoping to get some coffee that said....Served 24 hours a day. Nope....didnt get that either. We stayed at Merryville one other time and while it wasn't the best stay due to similar noise, it was worth the value. We will not be staying at Woodbridge in the future because there is no control over the guests and/or animals that may be loud. Then again...like I said...it could be the fact the walls are so thin you can hear everything. I am not bashing the staff so much as the culture of the company. If you offer long term stays, then the clientele tend to make the place their own, and neglect to remember other people around them.....including letting dogs bark all night. Take away the noise around us, and I would give our stay an 8 out of 10 for the value. Thank you for the opportunity to provide a review.

Staff is always friendly, excellent rate. The young lady (I should know her name) at the front desk knew my name, she reserved me a room for my upcoming stay for the weekend. The room is spacious and the hotel is overall peaceful and quiet. It is conveniently located and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

I didn't have towels in my room. 2 wash cloths and the one for the floor. Whoever cleaned the room and stocked I feel just left it how it was after the previous guest's stay. I say this because of having no towels, the shampoo bottle was half used. I stay here weekly and have just noticed this in the past couple of weeks..bc my last stay there were no towels or wash cloths at all.
