1) There is much too much Noice from the highway. We could not sleep with truck and motor cycles zooming by all night. Much better window insulation is needed. 2) On the Priceline web site this location was advertised as "HAVING A SHUTTLE BUS' TO THE AIRPORT. There was ans is no bus. EXTEMELY and DELIBERATELY MISLEADING!!! We would never have selected this hotel had we known. Management knows about this, but obviously benefits from it, but HILTON does not if it lets this knowingly false advertising stand.

See above 2 points. This is serious and below any quality Hilton stands for in our experience.

Convenient location

Check in lady was not very welcoming. She was perturbed that I wanted a room on the back away from the freeway noise. As many times we have stayed there -it should be in our profile. The breakfast at best is mediocre- over ripe bananas, muffins cut in tiny pieces. Hilton Garden Inn has a amazing continental breakfast ( both are Hilton properties) Also I asked when they are going to start back the air port shuttle van - parked in the parking lot- no idea when they might bring it back?

Standard clean hotel near the shopping center and restaurants.

This hotel is first class- VERY nice! extremely clean hallways & room! The bed was very comfortable. it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!

I like that I had access to any door entrance and lot of space for parking

driving up to it and exiting it’s a dangerous access
