The breakfast was cold cereal and a few other options. The food was not replaced on a daily. Breakfast options were very limited on the last day of our stay.

The air conditioning did not reach our room. I did not speak or see an employee one time. Another guest gave us the code to our room.

It was clean, no one bothered you. Low traffic from other guests. Quiet. Met the new owner, he and his family were very nice.

Our room had a community restroom room. We got used to it and never had to wait to use it. The floors squeaked a lot. Granted the whole house had signs revealing they are under construction (but did see any happening). Walls where thin, therefore you could hear music from above, people walking on the floor above as well.

Staff were totally disinterested. Indicated our rooms are upstairs but had to be convinced to show us. Bedroom area is run down and we decided to leave.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The young lady we dealt with was trying her best to fix the issues that we had, she was excellent. The inn with some work will be a nice place.

I understand that the owners live in the house. But when you arrive and it looks like there are a few disabled cars on the side of the driveway. There was no warning that the driveway was being redone. When we arrived the water in the room was not working and when it was fixed the sink drain didn't drain.

Yes we like to stay. The staff is really welcoming. Is love the homemade breakfast.

The advertisements and reviews on booking.com are extremely misleading and dated. Property itself probably Used to be very nice but need a total rehab right now. Grounds are poorly kept, room wasn't properly cleaned...hair in shower, trash behind the bed, breakfast...I guess that's what it was called was less than desirable. A total renovation is needed.
