Nice location
I had to be transferred to 3 different rooms because the rooms were never serviced and dirty upon arrival. I couldn’t leave because no one was there to refund me. Last room was fine but sink was clogged

The covers were very dirty and when asked for clean linen was told there wasn't any and was given 2 flat sheets to sleep w for the night the towels was dirty it was a pill under the sink in bathroom the bathroom sink was clogged and it was fake nails still on carpet and also beds definitely didn't feel like Queen size..

Great location, available parking, pretty easy to get to downtown attractions and food. The staff are really nice too! Breakfast is provided. The bed was super comfortable.
The water pressure is terrible and the hot water is on a hair trigger, the hallway is stuffy and the elevator is slow.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Upgraded us at no charge when the room we booked was unavailable. Room had a lot of windows. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and appeared to be clean, until we were packing up to go home. Breakfast was decent.
Not enough garage parking. Got charged to park in overflow lot despite using code for free parking. Discovered a small stain on the sheet covering the mattress where I had slept for two nights. Pulled the sheet back and discovered a huge stain from bodily fluids at least 18” in diameter that had seeped through. Front desk staff called the manager, Mitt Patel, who wasn’t on site. Mr. Patel said he would call us back to “talk about it”. It’s been five days. No phone call. No apology. No attempt to make it right. No assurances that steps would be taken to make sure this doesn’t happen again. The room was 221. Registered a complaint with corporate. Would’ve left a much better review if Mr. Patel knew how to actually be a manager. Front desk staff deserves a raise.

This is one of the worst hotel stays I have had in years. The room was too small, and the staff were not to customer friendly.
There was marijuana stench throughout the hotel and overall, it was not a good stay.

Breakfast was fine, the only issue was the small elevator, but that was really not a problem, just have to use the stairs. All the bad reviews are not justified. Didn’t go out much late at night so can’t address the safety issue

Very clean. Free parking garage. Friendly check in staff and afternoon front desk. Location is great. Had free coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at check in.
Elevator did not work. Stairs close to us were blocked in morning so had to find another way out. Outside doors close to our stairway were never locked. Breakfast was horrible!! Waffle mox was running so did not cook right. Gravy but no biscuits. Front desk said she put 5 out this morning and if they are gone she cannot make more. 2 other spots were empty so not sure what was there. We went down at 8 and breakfast was to end at 9 but nothing left but eggs, cereal, and white bread. Coffee was like colored water. Left my pillow behind. Called and could not tell me if they found it until the next day as she was the only 1 on staff and she could not leave the front desk. So we went back there. She called housekeeping and they threw it in the trash! When asked why they said it was left behind we can't keep pillows. No apology. Told us where the dumpster was if we wanted to get it out.

Waited 10 mins at the front desk to check out and inform staff about issues,but to no avail. Plan to contact corporate. Not worth price paid.

As of this morning my bank account is overdrawn because they charged me the $150 deposit fee twice. I made them aware of it Sunday morning but they said there was nothing they could do about it and blame the bank. I called the bank and they explained that it was the hotel’s fault cause they charged me twice

I checked-in in on Christmas eve, and the lady in the reception looked like they forced her to work that evening; she was mumbling about work on Christmas eve loudly, which made me uncomfortable, at the beginning she said you don’t have a reservation, and when I showed her the booking she put me in a room without water, I called reception with no answering, I went down, and I told her, and she starts yelling “this is Christmas eve .... I thought it would be easy” I asked her to use the restroom in the lobby, but she told me that she is germophobic and she just sprayed the restroom !!! , then she moved me to another room on a different floor, and I had to move 3 of my luggage, and she kept mumbling about her work that evening, and she didn’t even say sorry to me, not even once. I understand that it was Christmas eve, but that was not my fault; I thought I deserved a "sorry" for giving me room without water then I had to move my stuff again to another room.
