Completamente remodelado de casa de pueblo situado entre la playa y la laguna con una piscina. Esta es una pequeña comunidad tranquila y segura en una ubicación muy conveniente. Muy amplio plan de piso abierto, 986 pies cuadrados, con un garaje de 300 pies cuadrados. A menos de 5 minutos andando a la playa o la laguna. La piscina de la comunidad nunca está de más llena, ya que es utilizado exclusivamente por los propietarios Bonita Point e invitados. Todos los nuevos muebles, colchones, decoración, muebles y electrodomésticos GE de pizarra. Inicio y garaje recién pintado y extremadamente limpio. La ubicación es muy conveniente para los restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. Dormitorio con colchón de matrimonio y sala de estar tiene sofá cama doble. Gran baño con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha independiente. En la entrada de la playa se pueden alquilar motos de agua, ir a la tubería o parapente, buceo y snorkel. Muchos, como el muelle de pesca en esta zona y se puede pescar en los muelles en Bonita Point (ver fotos). La Marina está a sólo un par de millas de distancia, donde se puede alquilar un viaje de pesca de altura, crucero al atardecer, o de crucero pirata, o Shell Island Cruise. The townhouse was nice, clean and spacious. The beach is a short drive and there are many very good restaurants in the area.

Stay was great. Steps were a little difficult for me with my asthma. Would have preferred to have a deck where we could see the sunsets

Check out the details
This place was nice and the host was very nice however.
1. Didn't like the fact that my children were downstairs away from me.
2. We were welcomed with threats that excessive fingerprint could cost my deposit.
3. Leaving the door open to the downstairs could overheat the air conditioning costing my deposit.
4. Please put towels/ sheets in washer upon leaving. Leave the unit like you found it. Why am I paying a cleaning fee if I have to do laundry, wipe fingerprints and wash clothes.
It was Stressful overall great vacation! 🤷🏽♂️

A FEW BUMPS!
KEY CODE PAD UNOPERATIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. DON'T EXPECT CHASE TO ANSWER OR HELP! SHERRY VERY HELPFUL! BATHROOM NASTY EVIDENTLY FROM CONTRACTORS WORKING ON UNIT. I THINK THEY EVEN SHOWERED WHILE THERE! ONLY ICE IN KITCHEN, THEY EVEN TOSS SALT AND PEPPER EVIDENTLY. SEEMS LIKE COOKING OIL AND SPICES COULD BE LEFT, BUT JUST MY OPINION. EGO WAFFLES AND FROZEN MAC AND CHEESE DINNERS IN FREEZER FOR SOME REASON THOUGH. NO KEYS TO UPSTAIRS DOOR FOR SOME REASON, ONLY ENTRY THROUGH GARAGE. HANICAP LIFT USEFUL SINCE THE 20 STEPS FROM GARAGE TO DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN TOUGH WITH MY HANDICAP. SHERRY DID ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALLED HER AND CAME RIGHT OVER AND CLEANED BATHROOM HERSELF WITHIN AN HOUR OF NOTIFYING HER OF PROBLEM. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN A SECOND CHANCE. I WAS TOLD BY OTHER RESIDENTS WHILE FISHING OFF THE DOCK THAT THEIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW TRAILER PARKING ON THE PREMISE. JUST S HEADS UP FOR BOATERS AND BIKE RIDERS WITH TRAILERS!

Booking was easy and fast. The host, Sherri was extremely helpful and answered questions promptly. It was a beautiful place, convenient, and well equipped. Definitely will stay again!

Super clean, as listed property. Easy walk to the beach across Thomas Drive. Generally had the pool to ourselves which was a big plus. The neighborhood was comfy and friendly. Sherry was very kind.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean
What a beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing property. The garage is a huge added bonus, it made me feel safer being able to keep my vehicle tucked away.
The bed was so comfortable , as was the entire condo.
Sherry was beyond accommodating, responded quickly, and genuinely a nice person. She was a pleasure to work with and will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Wonderful vacation spot!!
My fiance, child, and I had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze! I loved that this place accepted children because that was a little hard to find. However, the living room had a few breakable decor items that I had to put up high so there was no risk of anything being broken. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property to stay
The property was located in a very nice gated community. It is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was perfect. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen area, bathroom, and garage were perfectly cleaned. The advantage of having wash and dryer machines came very handy. We did love the fact that the property has a gated garage because it gave us a sense of privacy. The fact that the property has handicap stairs accessibility is awesome. Although we didn't need it, it certainly will be convenient for any family of group of friends that have a handicap. We also loved the balcony access. We do enjoy sitting out for a bit and catch some of that ocean breeze. The people in that community are very kind and polite. The pool access is very good and enjoyable. We do recommend booking this property to anyone who's looking for true comfort, cleanliness, and privacy.

We were happy with the location of this property, and it was mostly clean. It was perfectly described in the listing. However, we experienced issues with not receiving check in instructions; frustrating responses from the owner when we shared concerns about Hurricane Sally, and when we decided to evacuate - our road home ended up getting washed out (bridge on I10) after we left, but to her it was no big deal; and other issues with the property. Example: there were only a few towels, not really adequate for our stay; the bathtub is fabulous (but don't use the jets! They are full of sand and who knows what else), but the water heater could not provide enough water; the water heater temperature could not be adjusted; the A/C had written warnings about extra fees associated with adjusting the temperature, which resulted in us waking up super hot and sweaty in the middle of the night every night. In general, some of our disappointment was weather-related, but these other issues were frustrating. **Owner did work with us to refund a portion of the money we lost, after we checked out early and thoroughly cleaned the whole place. We appreciated that. We realize she has no control over the weather either. However, some of these creature comforts need to be addressed. I'm paying a lot of money and expect I should have adequate hot water and control over the A/C while there.

Garage is a bonus!!

Perfect location for a quick trip
We loved the location. Easy drive down to St. Andrews Park. Condo was clean and had everything you needed. The pull-in garage was a bonus.

The BEST VRBO rental ever!
You couldn't ask for anything better in my opinion. From the moment I walked in it felt like home. Their decor isn't gaudy like most places.

Great location, spotless
The townhouse is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, you can put kyaks in the lagoon and paddle around, ride bikes through the neighborhood and swim in the pool if you want. My 13 yr. old spent hours on his bike and in the pool! The townhouse was very clean, plenty of towels and stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and you're good. We highly recommend.

Cute property
This was a nice townhouse and Located conveniently to everything. There were 3 adults and a child during our stay. The bedroom slept comfortably; however, the pullout sofa slept awful. It wouldn’t lay flat. It would be perfect for a couple getaway, and maybe a small child; but don’t count on the pullout for an adult.

Well equipped with all the cooking items needed. Decor was cute with a beach theme. Very comfortable bed. TV had local channels plus ROKU and other streaming stations. Garage where car was safe was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful townhome close to beach
This townhome was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. It was great location for the beach and the PC sports complex, which we were visiting for baseball tournament.

Property was just as advertised. Everything needed was there as your own home. Updated and clean. Great not having to deal with highrise hotels and elevators and parking. Sherry you have a wonderful place. Pool was never crowded. 5star place
