Pelican Upgraded 11th flr 1 bedroom -on the beach-
Esta casa de vacaciones está justo en la playa. Me encantará debido a las magníficas vistas del océano desde la sala de estar, el balcón, la cocina y el área de la cena. Tiene pisos nuevos y cocina nueva. Todo está actualizado. Puertos USB en zona de cocina. Las vistas, especialmente las puestas de sol desde el patio del piso 11 es increíble. Ofrezco sillas de playa / sombrilla, Amazon prime / Neflix e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Pelican Beach Resort tiene clientes muy leales que vuelven una y otra vez cada año.

Sentirás el lujo a tu alrededor en este condominio. La unidad se actualiza con encimeras de granito y nuevos tocadores. Los armarios de cocina se actualizan. Todos los aparatos se reemplazan con unidades LG de acero inoxidable. Las alfombras en las áreas de la sala de estar y los dormitorios se reemplazan con pisos laminados de lujo. Nuevo televisor de 40 pulgadas en la habitación. Separador wifi separado en el dormitorio. Bancos personalizados recién pintados. Nuevo colchón de espuma de memoria Twin XL en literas. Enfriar colchón de espuma Gel queen de memoria en el sofá cama. Nuevos armarios en baños. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto con todo lo que necesita. Incluso tenemos puertos USB integrados en el área de la cocina. Operamos el alquiler nosotros mismos como una familia para que reciba una atención individual de mi parte. Tengo otras dos unidades en Destin, Sandestin Resort que se enumeran en airbnb recientemente con excelentes críticas. Utilizamos la misma empresa de limpieza con la misma atención al detalle.

Was an ideal place to get away from the cold and enjoy the warmth. Place was perfect to relax and unwind. The closeness of the beach was ideal and the simplicity to get there and enjoy the ambience added to the overall convenience of the place. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Location was great, parking was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Two out of the four elevators were broken so sometimes it look forever to wait to get in, not a huge deal but sometimes got frustrating. The beach chairs in the condo really need to be replaced only 2 of them were nice enough to bring down. Kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs that was very cool for them. I would stay here again and would recommend others as well!

This unit was clean and communication frothe host was timely and clear. The resorts pool remodels made the stay even better than it was back in 2022. My girls loved that each bunk had their own TV. We will be back next year!

My family and I had a great time. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. The condo was great and provided us everything we needed. Destin is one of our favorite places to visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

My family and I stay here for 6 days and had a fabulous time. The view is out of this world, we spent a lot of time on the balcony! It is easy to get down to the beach and pool from the condo. Tufan provided beach chairs for use, which was great as we didn't bring any! My only complaint is the beach chair rental company that took up the majority of the beach with rentals, but that is nothing to reflect on Tufan and his property. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much, it was a fantastic stay. Communication with the host was exceptional!

We enjoyed staying in this condo! This condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony view is fabulous and the pools are relaxing and fun. Pelican Beach provided a full range of amenities and the location is ideal. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Everything was perfect! Room was very nice and clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very is unbelievable and so as sunsets. Very convenient location. Highly recommended!

This condo has everything we could ask for. The location was in the middle of a lot of different restaurants, kid attractions and just a few mins away from grocery stores! We loved the decor and cleanliness of the condo itself. The view was like a dream especially when we saw the dolphins almost every morning. The resort also has a cafe and tiki bar which made it very convenient if you didn’t want to get out to go get food. Overall my best friend and I agreed we would love to come back!

Our Pelican resort was right at the beach.
It was clean and the property owner (Mr. Tufan)was excellent with communication.
We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable (starter kits toiletries), kitchen necessities and wonderful linen.
We would recommend this property to all and will certainly be back.

Fantastic view! The unit is updated and very well appointed. Everything you need is there including beach chairs. The building is older but very well maintained. Good location with lots of restaurants and close to grocery .

Let me start off by saying I am picky when staying outside of my home. This condo was SUPER clean. Bedding was comfortable. The furniture was up to date, kitchen had everything a cook needed and the view of the beach was gorgeous. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. The owner was so easy to work with. He answered questions in less than 30 minutes. We only have one regret…. We didn’t stay long enough. We would definitely rent from him again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

This was a very easy process to book the rental and communication was prompt and detailed. We loved the condo as it was in the middle of the resort and faced the ocean. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic. The bedding was super comfortable! I haven't slept that well in a while. Unit was mostly quiet and construction kept a strict schedule of 8 to 5. Super easy access to the beach, pools, and other conveniences! Thank you for supplying beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. We well definitely be back. Only criticism is that water drains slow so we were cautious about toilet paper etc..

Great stay and plenty of room for our family of 3. There was construction and painting going on which has one pool closed, but there was plenty of room in the others so it didn't bother us. The only complaint I have is the bed....its super squeaky! Probably just a board that needs adjusting. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! Definitely would stay here again!!

This condo was so beautiful. The view from the 11th floor was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I highly recommend that you stay here.. we will definitely be back!!!!

Location was excellent, right on the beach. The specific unit was in great shape and the owner provided us with the essentials to make our stay perfect. Everything from a bag of ice in the freezer to beach chairs, ice chest, and umbrella. The bed was COMFORTABLE! The kitchen had all the essentials you would need. Best of all was the communication prior, during, and after our stay. 5 Star review well deserved.

Be aware if you’re looking for 1bed room condo, they have no washer and dryer in the unit.
Inconvenience with no washer and dryer at the unit, we had to going out by a little laundry room to do that and it was so hot in there also not clean ..

We hadn't been on a vacation to Florida in about 4 years and this was by far the best trip we had. My husband (who is normally very hard to please when it comes to vacations) really loved the accommodations! Everything was clean and neat and had all the amenities of staying at home. The bunkbeds were loved by our girls and the master bed was big and comfortable. The loaner beach chair and umbrella were very appreciated as well as the wonderful view of the ocean. We had a great and relaxing time! This was our first visit to Destin and won't be our last. We will def book again with this renter!

Perfect family location
This was the ideal spot for our family of 4. The bunk beds were terrific for our kid. Beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Two pools were never too busy and always heated. Perfect location to get to the Harbor area as well as the Commons. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway
We had the best stay at Pelican 1106. The condo was perfect for our family of 3, my 6 year old loved the bunk beds and own bathroom, felt like he had his own space. Beds were comfy, condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We loved all of the amenities of the resort and especially enjoyed the tiki bar right next to the pool. The cafe was also really convenient for breakfast or a quick lunch before heading to the beach. Best family vacay we've had in years!
