Con su excelente ubicación al otro lado de la calle de la playa, y su ubicación en el centro de la isla, ¡no se perderá nada! Numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y actividades se encuentran a poca distancia o en automóvil. Toda la casa de playa se puede alquilar o se puede dividir en tres condominios en una casa. Hay una unidad de cuatro dormitorios, dos baños y medio. También hay una unidad de tres dormitorios y 2 baños. Y por último, una habitación, un baño.

First communication with the Coastal Lifestyle was exceptional. From the moment we reserved until we left, if we needed anything or had an issue, it was quickly resolved.
The property is literally right in front of the beach. We had about 23 friends and family stay at the house. The main house is on the 2nd floor. There are 2 units on the 1st floor. Each unit has access to the pool area from the bedroom. If you rent all three unit for a family gathering, it is not ADA accessible to get to the 2nd floor.
Overall, excellent service from Arnie and Debbie Creinin, Amber, Selena. The pool was perfect, the location was amazing, the family enjoyed and loved their stay. Plan to return next year.

Walking distance to the beach was about 5 minutes which was great. Property was great with a few exceptions. Issues with two toilets, washer and dryers in #1 and # 2 units, and unit 3 air conditioner not working properly. But the maintenance guys were great. Overall it was great! We would definitely book this beach house again. The pool was great. We all enjoyed being able to walk to the beach as a family and swim in the pool. Even with the issues I give it an A. Thank you!

The location and accommodations were great. We had 17 people, everyone had a comfortable bed and we loved the large table for meals and games. The location was great as everyone could come and go as needed.

40th Anniversary celebration
The proximity to the beach and upper porch were wonderful! We did have an issue with cockroaches, especially in the lower 2 units. The mattresses on the pull out couches were not comfortable and we had to purchase air mattresses to sleep on. The pump on the pool was not working and therfore the pool became pretty dirty. We were provided a pack and play for the baby. We also promptly received 2 fans to cool a few of the warmer rooms when requested.

The sofa mattress was thin/uncomfortable. Unit 2 sofa mattress smelled of urine/thin - unusable. Unit 1 sofa mattress was unusable also. Everyone sleeping in Unit 1 woke up the next morning with bites all over their bodies. Five people ended up with unsatisfactory sleeping conditions. Other than beds, this place is perfect for large groups. The call we made for assistance with air conditioning was also great.

Great location and space. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication pre-check in and out. Cleanliness around pool could be improved, left over cigarette butts, etc, and latch/lock for main double doors upstairs not secure. Overall great spot for our large group!

Great experience
It’s a great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed everything… from hanging out in the pool to walking to the beach. Very spacious. We are a large crowd. It accommodated everyone very well. We had a great time and we loved the stay. I strongly recommend this place.

Everything did have to be washed, but that was expected. The check in process was super simple and the management company was incredible. We had an issue with the pool not being cleaned and they sent someone over right away. Everyone from the management company was super nice and helpful. The rating is 4 stars just because the pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and because the a/c was a little wonky (some rooms are colder than others). Nothing too bad. Again, we intend to stay again. And I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed the location of the rental and the space. However when we arrived the pool was completely dark green. When we called about it they sent maintenance but they did not shock the pool. Later that evening we called a private pool cleaning service because we did not want to lose another day without a pool. He tested the pool and confirmed it had not been shocked. When we checked in, the back door of unit 1 fell off completely but was fixed right away. The units downstairs were hot and our guests did not sleep well because it was so warm. And last but not least Saturday morning we were woken up by construction. We found a small crew outside building security gates and railings at the property. The construction men were using up one of our parking spots, had nail screws all over the floor that our barefooted kids had to walk around. I asked if they were told to come work on that day and he said yes. When I called property management all they said was they were not aware of the scheduled maintenance/construction. No apologies or call back or did the men leave. Not sure why the pool was green and why construction occurred during our reservation both were easily avoidable. We were not happy with the inconveniences and we all own pools so we know that a green pool was just due to negligence. We were lied to and told it was green because the “chemicals were leaking out of the pool” and lied about informing us that there would be pending maintenance since we were allowed to check in 2 hours early at 2pm instead of 4pm. Not sure how they would have gotten the dark green pool clean in 2 hours. We always rent via VRBO, this is our very first negative review.

So close to the beach!
We had rented all 3 of the units, which was perfect for our large group. The location was fantastic! The condos needed some TLC, but not that much different than an average beach house. We had a problem with one of the sofa sleepers, but informed the owners and I feel confident that will be repaired. They were above and beyond in accommodating us. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. Also, the large second story covered porch was a lifesaver! It added on so much more room for us to gather. I would definitely stay there again.
