Kein Wlan Zimmer sehr hellhörig, hatten leider eine Fußballmannschaft in den Nachbarzimmern, die waren bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

Location… on the one hand it was close to a main road an very noisy. On the other hand you could hear other guests when they were talking, even if we were in different rooms.

WiFi is really bad. If you value good internet don’t stay here. Could not watch any YouTube vid. It’s remote so cellular is also not an option

A spacious apartment, check in went smoothly, everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast for a very fair price.

It was a relief to stay and breathe fresh air during all stay. Friendly personnel fulfilled our holiday with a happy mood. Thanks for the perfect chill.

Convenient location for where we needed to go

The whole property is dominated by a drive in / parking lot with loads of building debris and smelly dumpsters. Check in is not available as a normal feature, we got lucky that the receptionist was just leaving and was willing to come back, otherwise you have to call a mobile number and wait for someone to come. We were charged for the room upfront with the explanation that “we need to make sure that you wouldn’t leave without paying”. The room was basic beyond saying - none of the usual conveniences & amenities were available. Everything is really worn out and shabby. Breakfast choices were massively limited and almost exclusively unhealthy. Really bad coffee. All of this would be possibly fine if the place was at least cheap - but not for over €150 per night - one of the worst values for money in a long time

Property located 15 min. away from Heide park (by car), outside the city. Spacious room, comfy beds. Nice breakfast, good coffee, freshly made scrambled eggs and a friendly host :). Just what we did need on our way to Heide park. Would surely come back here next time. Self service late checkin possible.
