This property is a lovely location. The condo has been updated and has a very welcoming feel. We will stay again as some point. Only issue is the lock on the front door. It can be very tricky/touchy.

The condo is beautiful! Loved the “beach” decor. The view was spectacular! Loved spending time on the balcony just watching and listening to the waves roll in. The turquoise water and white sand beach was glorious! It was fun to walk the beach early and watch the sun rise, collecting seashells along the way. We also enjoyed the restaurants along the beach within walking distance. We loved our stay and would like to return to Pensacola Beach again some day.

I have to say this condo for my husband and I did not disappoint. The unit was well decorated. The beds are the trickiest part when you rent a place, because you can’t tell by a picture how comfy they are. Our bed was 100 percent comfy. No complaints. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our manager communicated with us and answered the phone when we thought the door lock had malfunctioned. She told us what to do and we got rt in. Instructions were very clear on what to do upon check in and check out. We look forward to spending another trip at this Unit

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing. We had a wonderful time. We did have some issues with check in but it did get resolved. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back again.

Stayed here while our son was playing in a holiday basketball tournament. Great location. The condo was clean and well maintained. The managers notified us ahead of time that a couple things were not working as we have would expected and they fixed them during our stay. Would stay there again if traveling to Pensacola Beach

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. Very tastefully furnished in whites. All the furniture including the beds was very comfortable which we've found is not always the case. The kitchen was equiped with high end cookware and appliances. Everything one could need which was nice since we cooked 3 nights. Then there was the view. It was spectacular! It was just as good as being right on the beach but without the sand! Complete with the fresh smell of the ocean air and the soothing sound of the waves. Both management and the owner, Tammy,were immediately responsive to our glitch in the parking/car registration which seems to have some issues due to a new system. Overall we couldn't have asked for a merrier Christmas. Since we live only 45 minutes away we're looking forward to many more stays in this condo! Thank you Sharon and Tammy! 1. The coffeemaker carafe did not fit the coffeemaker. It was not tall enough to activate the basket. Thus the basket overflows. 2. The skillet was completely worn out. Teflon was all scratched and it needs to be replaced.

Everything was perfect. We went to Pensacola for my husband and I’s honeymoon and it was a dream. The view was incredible and everything in the condo was so clean! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Condo and Host! The condo is very clean, beds are very comfy, stocked with everything you need! The view is beautiful! The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. Gorgeous paint and so much natural light that it feels light and airy, yet still cozy and homey! The hosts are 5 star as well. Local and VERY attentive! We had a small hiccup with the code entry and they were very fast to respond and keep in touch. Book here if you are looking to stay in Pensacola, you won't regret it!

We had some early problems but were solved by the owner immediately, which was SUPER. The condo is A+.

Property was in a perfect location. Condo was perfect for 6 people. It had everything we needed. The elevators were a little troublesome but it was all good. Owner was very attentive and reached out when we arrived.

We had a great time. Location is great. Beautiful condo. Bed was very comfortable. A couple of days of rain and lots of wind. We noticed wind coming in around the entry door. We plan to rent in the future.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend at your condo. It was very clean, very comfortable and very relaxing. We did not want to leave!! The convenience of the location could not be better! We hope to have the chance to book this property again but with a longer stay!

My whole family loved this condo… from the minute we walked in the door we were blown away by how well decorated and serene the condo was. The kitchen is well stocked with matching dishes, the dining room has a large table for games and dinner together and the beautiful living room with the most comfortable furniture I had the comfy chair by the window with an ottoman to just lay there and look at the ocean and hear the waves. The view from our 14th floor was amazing. The huge bed in the master room was so comfortable with beautiful white linen , white towels in the en suite, huge soaking tub, everything was just so beautiful and clean and top-of-the-line I felt like a princess. The location is perfect , on Pensacola Beach music surrounded us and the best food I’ve ever tasted in every restaurant we went to. I had heard the beaches were white but I didn’t expect sugar white now I know why they call it the sugar sand beach. My sister and I are already planning our trip for next year at the same condo going to make it a tradition for our family .

This was a great stay and everything was exactly as it seems from the pictures. I would 100% stay here again. We stayed during the week, but if you stayed on the weekend, it does seem like it would get a little loud, but we were okay with it.

Too many codes to memorize for entry into each section. Parking code process was not user friendly but property mgr was quick to respond and help.

The dates got messed up so we were charged for a night we weren’t even there. I was told I could have a refund but was only refunded 1/5 of what it cost for the one night. When we did arrive at the property it was VERY dirty and had not been cleaned. The beds were dirty and not changed, all trash dirty and not changed, literally urine and feces on the toilets, dirty dishes in the kitchen, hair all over all floors. I am disappointed and disgusted and will not book through this company again. We had to pack up and move a day sooner than we were supposed to because they booked another family for that day. This was my sons birthday trip. Then we had to pay a lot to book a hotel for the remainder of the trip when we were supposed to be staying at this condo the entire time.

I travel frequently and have stayed at many places. This particular property is lovely. It was clean, up to date, and the AC was set to a chilling 67 degrees. It was perfect for a hot, humid day after traveling and unloading. I booked this last minute to see the Blue Angels Air Show. The unit is as pictured with quick response from the host. Perfect location!
