Nuestro condominio está en el segundo nivel y tan cerca del océano como un dormitorio puede llegar. Las vistas miran desde la playa de arena hasta el puerto viejo. No es necesario tomar el elevador ya que es solo un tramo de escaleras.
Este condominio de propiedad privada en la Fase 1 está muy bien cuidado y decorado con un tema de playa. Cuenta con una nueva almohada cama king size y ropa de cama de alta calidad. Disfrute del tiempo en la cocina gourmet bien surtida con encimeras de granito, asientos de bar y un sistema de filtración de agua de ósmosis inversa. El baño tiene una ducha de vidrio vertical con paredes de travertino de piso a techo.

We loved staying in this unit, easy to access by stairs, close proximity to both the beach and the pool areas, and a great view of the ocean! The unit was as described, had everything we needed for our stay, and we'd love to stay again :)

Me, my husband and our middle daughter stayed just steps away from my son and his girlfriend and my niece and her family. The trip was wonderful. The condominium was very clean with everything you will need. I loved the lazy river.

Rocky Point June 2022
We arrived two hours before posted check in time and our room was ready. Resort and pool were wonderful. Amazing to watch all the workers cleaning and watering every morning which seemed like an endless job. The condo we rented was great. Only one bedroom but all we needed for two of us.

This was our first time in RP and in las Palomas. So we didn’t know what to expect when checking in. And since it was a busy weekend, check in was a nightmare!…. But everything else was great! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The ocean view is exactly as it shows in the pictures. We had a wonderful time.

Can see sunrise from the balcony, sunset is hidden but can easily be watched from the beach. Nice new patio furniture. Sleeper queen sofa in living room and king size bed in main bedroom, unit easily sleeps 4. Great host, very responsive! A pleasure all around! Highly recommend!

Soon afterwards a family came and sat down where we were told to move. A different security guard came and even moved a lounge chair for them and no one seemed to be disabled and they were able to have quite a few people sitting there. Need to have the same rules for everyone.
