We absolutely loved our stay, the property, and property owners! Beautifully kept property with many activities to keep our young adults occupied, lots of outdoor and indoor seating, best place to destress as the grounds and Puget Sound are wonderful!! BEAUTIFUL property. Everything is so well maintained. The gardens are so tranquil. This was the perfect spot for our family to set for our home base, it was a short drive to Seattle- and not too far for us to get to Mt. Rainier for a sunrise and the Olympic rainforest on a different day. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved eating at the cabin and enjoying the view. All around it was wonderful, we’d give it 6 stars if we could.

Words cannot adequately explain the beauty of this residence. The house so nice that you didn't want to go outdoors. But the grounds were so beautiful that you didn't wat to go inside. The view of the water and all of the landscape was AWESOME. The gazebo by the water was so restful. We had the pleasure of meeting and talking to some of the owners and they were a joy to meet. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever visit Washington.

Amazing relaxing felt like your home. Did not want to leave at all. Can’t wait to come back. They where so helpful and giving and u felt like an Aristocats.

The cottage on Dash Point was nothing short of amazing. The home was very quaint and comfortable and also beautifully decorated with colorful landscaping that was eye-pleasing through out the property. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well thought out to make anyone’s stay here enjoyable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals with the very nice cookware, dishwater, spices, and condiments. I love the photos and history that was explained on the wall in the master bedroom. There was plenty to do during our downtime that I wish we had more of to enjoy all of the amenities. The view is so picturesque and lovely! The property owners also did a great job providing directions to the property and providing phone numbers should we need anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing stay in the area.

This is one of the most amazing places. The photos do not do it justice. It's beyond beautiful. The host is great with communicating and answering any and all questions. Our family had a trip to remember. Highly suggest!

This is our 2nd time staying here, and it will not be our last as we visit friends/family often after living in the area for 30+ years before moving away. Very well stocked, breathtaking views. Not a walkable area, but we aren't looking for that. The beds are quite firm, though, especially the basement - my daughter needed to pile pillows on it. The new basement area is a great addition! Wi-fi is spotty - not sure if a better modem would help or if it's the area. The history of the property is on display and really nice to know about. And the gardens! Love all the details, inside and out. Thank you for sharing!

I would have given more stars if I could. Its an adorable cottage with spatacular views. The hosts are very helpful. I highly recommend this place. And it comes with homemade brownies and a bottle of wine.

The listing was correct. The owners where helpful. This was my first rental experience and i will surly be disappointed by all other rentals. This was perfect.

I loved staying in this cottage. Everything was lovingly arranged for the comfort and pleasure of guests, and the location was divinely peaceful and serene. It felt really good being there. I would love to go back one day. One thing - the directions to the cottage could have been better. I recommend that the directions indicate one should follow the avenue to a t-junction and locate the driveway to the property opposite the t-junctions.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is incredible, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the house itself is spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for foodies and lovely historic touches throughout. We had a senior with limited mobility in our party, and the home is very well suited to accommodate that, with kitchen, bed and bath all on the same floor and a level entry option.

This property was a real gem! tucked away in a beautiful, quite neighborhood with absolutely amazing views. The house was adorable with lovely touches throughout. We loved learning the history of the home and seeing the many antique touches throughout. The hosts provided excellent communication with directions and instructions and even went the extra mile, gifting us a bottle of wine and homemade brownies. We certainly enjoyed both after a long travel day. We may be coming back to the Tacoma area about the same time every year and will absolutely be looking to rent this place again. Highly recommend!

Everything about the cottage was perfect! Spotless, well appointed, and the VIEW. We could look out the windows all day! We will be back.

It was absolutely beautiful and the property managers were extremely accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

This place has everything a family reunion could want. I visited with my two sons and daughter and we had plenty of room. The place is cozy and well equipped. The views are outstanding and serene. I would recommend it and will stay there again.

A family wedding brought us to the area and we loved staying at this cozy beach house for the extended weekend! From the well supplied kitchen, the cozy fireplace and amazing views we felt as comfortable as being at home! As an added bonus the gardens are beautiful and games and books are plentiful! We also walked to the beach and enjoyed the water of the Puget Sound! The owners were very responsive to any and all questions and were lovely to interact with. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to see if this is available.

Family get together for Christmas was superb at this house and location. Will stay again for sure.

We found the expansive water and lovely garden views to be just what we had hoped for and the house was probably the best equipped place we've had the pleasure of staying in. Very clean, charming and comfortable, we would heartily recommend it to others and look forward ourselves to returning.

It was a “wow” from all. The wine, brownies, and especially the view from the expanse of windows in the living room. This was precious time for us because we don’t all live in the Northwest. The cottage and location made for a perfect stay.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The first thing we noticed was the breathtaking view out of the wall of windows in the front room. We also noticed was how clean the property was, both inside and outside. It's clear that the owners take great pride in their property. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the house including the well-equipped kitchen. A fun surprise was plums growing on the tree outside and being able to pick and enjoy eating these juicy treats. Highly recommended!

Debbie very accommodative to our check in needs as well as being quick to respond. The cottage is absolutely adorable. It has so much personality and EVERY little amenity you could possibly ask for. Very generous hosts and the place was spotless. Then there is the spectacular view. Even better than I could have imagined! The area is quiet and there are so many outdoor sitting areas and places to explore. You can tell this place is loved. Would definitely go back!

Our family (3 children, ages 13,11,and 8) LOVED our stay at this gorgeous home. It was so cozy yet we had more than enough space. The kids had so much to do in the evenings after sightseeing between the basement and outdoor game options. We loved watching sunrise and sunset over the sound. Just the best view! This house has everything we wanted and so much more! Extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen, even extra things that we had forgotten like seasoning, toiletries, and ziplock bags. The robes were such a great addition. Truly, we had the most wonderful stay.

If you’re reading then you need to book this property. I’ve stayed in many rentals around the world, this is the best I’ve ever encountered. It’s a family home that’s lovingly looked after and has everything you could need. Clean, spacious, comfortable with the most amazing views and sprawling gardens. It was perfect place to chill out at the end of a 3 week hiking holiday. Wonderful, thanks for letting us stay! Book it. I most definitely would.

This property is absolutely stunning. The house is comfortable and fully stocked. My family absolutely loved the garden space and we are every meal outside. We spent so much time outside we barely touched the game room. Short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets. Stunning views from everywhere. We would love to return.

The cottage was immaculate! The view was spectacular from all rooms on the ground level floor. You can tell the owners take pride in their cottage. The home, as well as the property, was extremely neat and clean. The welcome gift of fresh brownies and wine was very much appreciated. We enjoyed sitting in the living room looking out the large windows at the Puget Sound watching the vessel traffic as well as the Osprey hunting for food while enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything one would need and then some. Views from the kitchen were also fantastic. There is also a lower level bedroom and bathroom with a smart tv and various games. For the two of us we did not need this room and it stayed rather cool there. Another reason we did not care to use the lower level. The area is very nice and close to many sights. Also, one can walk to the beach from here. It is a bit of a hilly walk, but well worth the effort. We highly recommend this property, 5 plus stars, and would come back when staying in the area.

The gardens and view are incredible! We enjoyed traveling to hikes and to downtown Seattle but would have been happy just sitting on the lawn or even in the house taking in the views. We were able to see an eagle and otters. The beach is a short walk. That in addition to lawn games make it ideal for families. The house is comfortable and has plenty of amenities. It may be the nicest place we have stayed. Hope to be back!
