We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay! Home is on a beautiful beach and has gorgeous views. Awesome tidepools to explore at low tide. Perfect place to watch dolphins swim by. Home has main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate casitas, which offers plenty of space and great privacy for guests! We will book again!

What a wonderful house right on the beach! Wonderful kitchen, super comfortable living room with a great couch. All bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are great. We loved parking the cars safely off the street in the courtyard. The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to hang out and a fun place to eat outside. I plan on staying in the house again and highly recommend it to anyone!

I love the configuration of this property! Having two separate upstairs casitas with a main house was ideal for our family. Of course those with climbing/balance issues should reside in the main house. The addition of covered parking and a courtyard was a bonus. There is ample seating for everyone with wonderful ocean views. We are so happy this gem is dog friendly, modern, and with comfortable beds. We will be returning :)

Great stay at Rancho Relaxo
This was a perfect place for our winter getaway family vacation. Loved the location and seeing whales and dolphins most every day.

Awesome property
We had a fantastic time as Denise’s property. Denise was extremely responsive to any questions we had, the property was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen needs. We had 4 couples staying together and we all very much enjoyed our time there. On top of that The beach out front was beautiful and not a huge hill climb to come up from. We hope to be back next year. We have been renting homes within Los Conchas for at least 7 years and this was our favorite so far. The property is exactly as advertised. Two of the casitas are outside upstairs so you will want people that have no issues with steps to stay in those two very nice rooms.

The pictures are pretty accurate. The home is right on the beach. It is large and spacious!! We had a wonderful time!!

Just what we needed!
This beach house was the perfect place to relax. Quiet, calming, and comfortable, IF there was one negative for this location it would be coral 10 yards out into the ocean. That’s it though, I will be back! The owner/manager was first class! Book it, pack, and get down here! You won’t regret it.

The home is so beautiful love the location and the distance to the beach is so close, the view from the patio is amazing. Denise is really great at answer questions and if you have an issue she is willing to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Mini trip to Puerto Peñasco
This house is pretty awesome, a few steps away from the ocean, very private, the other houses close by were vacant, so we had the ocean to ourselves. Besides, it has two little houses inside this property, very pretty and very private as well! Hard to explain! you have to see it!!! Access to the house was very easy based on the instructions and directions provided by
Denise. She kept in touch all the time to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! House is equipped with everything you need, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The House was great, just steps away from the beach. It was very secure with electronic coded key locks and a garage door. The two casitas were great for "alone" time away from other guests. The Kitchen was big enough for multiple people to work and it had all the amenities of home. We had an excellent time.

Beautiful home, amazing view!
This home was perfect for our vacation. Everyone had their own space and the patio was perfect for relaxing in the shade while feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. There was a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The tide is extreme so in the mornings we could walk far out and find seashells and sand dollars . In the afternoon, the beach was just outside of our patio to enjoy.

Beach House Fun
A family group of us stayed at this property last weekend. We loved the house and made use of the grill and kitchen every night to cook dinner. Everything worked and is in proper order. We loved the 2 casitas and left our windows open at night to enjoy the sea breeze! A/C also worked very well in all areas. We were all very impressed with how comfortable all the beds were. Wi/fi worked great and allowed me to work a little bit from the patio!
The view is spectacular - we enjoyed watching the dolphins from our patio every day and took a banana boat ride, rented jet skis and all from right in front of the house! There are beach vendors who are very friendly and are not pushy.
The owner Denise is very accessible and responds with any inquiry immediately. Hopefully we'll get to book this home again in our future stays! Thank you for the fun and hospitality!

Denise was wonderful to rent from. Quick reply to any questions. Directions easy to follow to find her home.
Really enjoyed having a garage to park the cars in. And the separate spaces for adult children in the casitas. Patio has a nice table for family games, food and puzzles. We used the fire pit and enjoyed the patio furniture.
Only thing I think you should know, is the shower in the second casita is short, due to the roof line. My son who is 6 foot 3 inches, couldn’t use it. We easily adjusted by moving the shorter people into that room!

There were 8 of us all together (4 adults, 4 kids) and the property was perfect for all of us. Very comfortable and spacious with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely renting this place again.

A truly beautiful, spacious home.
This home Is truly beautiful, with space for four couples allowing for a maximum of privacy for all. It is very well appointed and has everything you can imagine. But most important is a very responsive owner, Denise was always available to answer questions, give us suggestions for the area, and when we had an issue with a storm shade she had someone there to fix it within two hours. We had a great time, despite some challenging weather. We wrapped up in the plush, comfy blankets and sat on the patio watching the waves and the tides. We also were fortunate enough to see dolphins several times from the patio. Definetly would be a place that we would return to again and again!

a slice of heaven
Rocky Point never disappoints! This house was perfect for our group. Lots of personal space but great areas inside and out to gather for cocktail hour. The kitchen is stocked with great pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Make sure you bring zip locks and foil if you think you will need them. There were some spices but no olive oil so don't forget to pack some although the stores are close enough. Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and extra linens. House was very clean and secure, we would love to rent here again! Thanks Denise!!!

Great Vacation! Great Beach!
We rented this large, comfortable house Oct. 10-14 for 4 nights and loved it! The waves vary at different parts of the day - at night the tide goes out quite far, exposing many rocks with tidepools which house sea creatures, during the day, we were able to take out our inflatable kayaks for some fun riding the waves, we waded in the warm waters and enjoyed the magnificent sunsets. The house is comfortable, tastefully decorated with each bathroom having it's own bath, which we appreciated with 2 families and teenagers. We went into the port (downtown) and bought a few trinkets, had dinner at La Curva (it was OK) and got treats at "Candy, Cakes and Breakfast" (great place). Other than not having hot water in the showers it was great! The owner is quick at responding and super accommodating - she wants you to have the best vacation possible.
