The house was nice and roomy in a great location. The beds were comfortable. We loved all the refrigerator space and having 2 ovens and 3 dishwashers. The management was very easy to get a hold of and were there promptly to solve a couple of issues! The theater room was great and the kids loved it.
Some things we didn’t like about the property is we absolutely could not get in until 4:00 even though there was no one at the house after 2:00. The rooms had no dressers and really no place to put clothes. We basically lived out of our suit cases all week. Only 1 of the 3 refrigerators had an ice maker which basically didn’t work. There was no common bathroom. We had to use a bathroom in one of the bedrooms or go to our own room which was not always convenient.

Property was perfect for us. Clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for a large family. Beach was only steps away and kids loved the pool. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. Only problem was the elevator. It kept getting stuck between floors. The staff was helpful and we followed all the rules but it just wasn’t dependable. Minor issue: Outdoor shower didn’t work. We still had a wonderful time and made a lot of memories.

The vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family!!! The kitchen and the pool table couch area was absolutely the hang out for 37 people. Unfortunately, the elevator in the house was very rickety and felt unsafe so we chose not to use it at all. That probably needs to be checked out. Also the two refrigerators next to each other on the end, the inside one next to the countertop, the icemaker and water dispenser was not working at all. We definitely needed two refrigerators that were making ice properly. The ninja blender is broken so we were unable to use that. The company that you are currently using is not mopping the floors whatsoever... the floors were black, as we all walked around the first day without shoes are feet were absolutely disgusting.... I had spoken to someone the week before and the property was vacant that week so I know that no one was in there which means that they didn’t clean them properly after the last family stayed. I could send you pictures of the bottoms of our feet all week. It was pretty gross. Even using a swiffer would’ve helped. we left the house in excellent condition and would have been able to do a little more cleaning if there were more cleaning products available. The outside railing by the main Kitchen door was very wobbly and needs to be checked out. The showerhead by the pool was broken and the spickets we’re not working very well at all. The couch upholstery in the kitchen area was heavily stained, and probably could use some cleaning. Just some insight moving forward, but we had an amazing vacation and creative memories for a lifetime!

It was great, Desaray, Mandy and Team, made every step of the way a simple process. Quick communication always, very professional. House was just as expected. Weather was colder than usual but having different control on every floor helped to regulate it better. Very cold weather we were not able to use the pool or spa but still got some gorgeous pics at the beach which was just across the street. Awesome location and pricing w was great too. Great location to the beach and restaurants. House has everything you would need. We were a softball team and was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. Parking can be tight (only 7 spaces at the house), but there is more availability at the mgmt. office. Would rent again.

The idea of living with a youth baseball team and families was daunting. Finding a place to accommodate us all was difficult. This house had EVERYTHING we needed. The rooms were the perfect size, the large bunk room was excellent!! We found the place was easy to keep clean, and the kitchen was very functional for a large group. This place really had it all! Beds were comfortable, beach/pool was excellent, property management very helpful. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Perfect for Youth Group
We had our summer retreat at this property and it was the perfect size our small group of 35. Everything was just as advertised and the property managers were wonderful to work with. Together Resorts made us feel very welcome!

Not quiet what was expected.
The property had ample space, the furniture lacked quality and minimal, no place to put your clothes or no closet to hang up. The fabric sofas stained in both the great room and the theater room. The bunk beds in the bunk room did not feel safe to sleep on the top bunk. Parking was an issue not enough spaces and the spaces where tight. The pool was nice however had to call for repair. One of the dryers didn’t work and one dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival, reported but no one came to service them, we did without. We had to purchase pans, meat thermometer and ice tea pitcher in the kitchen ( we left behind for the next vacationer). Close to the beach which was nice. Overall it was good but not perfect. Definitely would recommend leather sofas and dressers in the bed rooms.

The property was okay. However, the pool was only cleaned once on the day before we were to leave. The floors were not clean. The dryer upstairs on the right didn't work and the middle dish washer didn't work. Other than that, everything was GREAT!!

Our stay was very relaxing, with only a few problems with the property. There were a few maintenance issues with plumbing on the third floor that was quickly resolved by management. Overall the property is in a great location with plenty of space for parking. The house is well designed, but it should have a guess bathroom so guess don't have to walk into someone room to use the restroom Overall I would definitely stay again.

Expensive but worth it
The price is very expensive which was not ideal for our group. However, after being cancelled on last minute Susan and Together Resorts did everything they could to help us out. We had to pay a hefty security deposit, but I am sure it was just to make sure we weren’t a random, reckless group. As we did not damage anything, we received it all back so it ended up being an amazing trip!

The house was very nice and as described . The pool is small for the amount of people allowed but under stable given the fact that it is very close to the beach. My main issue that our large security deposit was never refunded without ANY explanation. We followed every check our procedure and didn’t use the pool heater so I don’t understand why deposit was not refunded especially with a big transaction for 4 days

The home was very nice updated and had all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. There was a remove missing and some goose ball balls but they were quickly replaced. Unfortunately We had a group going that was very much looking forward to having the ping pong table as described. We called and were told we would have one the next day. Then the next day we were told we would not get one with the only explanation is that it would take too long to get in. Based upon the house I would stay again but the amenities described were not in good working order.

We had 43 people, 31 adults and 12 children, stay in this house for one week. We were a bit worried that we would feel crowded, but we never did. The house was definitely large enough for all of us. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and we used the room with the bunk beds, dubbed "The Dorm", for the older kids. The kitchen/living room area was a great space to gather each morning. Plenty of room to cook and sit at the large table. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals was available. The theater room was perfect for the kids and the game area was a hit. Having 2 washers and dryers on each level was great.
The outdoor space was perfect for us. There was a private pool and hot tub with 2 gas grills. We also used the parking area under the house for several corn hole games and a birthday celebration. More than enough room!
The beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the street. 2 grocery stores were only a few minutes drive and there were several bars and restaurants close by.
The elevator did not work so I contacted Melissa and she had someone come over right away. They quickly repaired it and we never had a problem again. The grills did not initially have propane tanks and Melissa took care of that as well. She immediately returned my messages and resolved the issues.
I did rate this property an overall 5 stars, however, there were a few small issues. When I called to make payments or with questions I was not able to speak with someone directly. We played phone tag for awhile each time. 2 of the 3 refrigerators had ice makers, but they did not work well. Some days it never made ice. An ice machine would have been better. While the house was clean, some of the ceiling fans had quite a lot of dust on them as did the window blinds.
I would absolutely recommend this property for a large gathering. Our families had a truly memorable experience and would stay here again!

For the most part it was very enjoyable. When we arrived in the unit, we noticed several issues. The A/C was not working, A shower head had been broken and not repaired before our arrival, two of the dishwashers had issues with the doors, and the shuffle board table was so loose that one of the guys in my group had to fix it so it did not collapse on anyone. We were advised several times, before we arrived, about the parking and made every effort to adhere to the rules. The group in the unit next to ours did not. Ever time we left, they would move a car into our spot. At one point, they had 11 vehicles in the parking lot, and my 80 year old, elderly parents had to park up the street and walk down. We did address it with them but they continued this all week long.

Great location for a large family vacation. This home offered plenty of bedrooms for our 35 guests. That’s for comfortable in house was very quiet. Places for people to get away but a great kitchen in which to prepare meals for everyone and gather together each day for the evening meal. Beach was a very very quick walk away. Great Place for Large Family
We were very happy with our stay. Plenty of room for our large family of 35. With 14 bedrooms, we were able to give each grown up couple/family their own space. The rooms were quiet and the kitchen was great. With three refrigerator/freezers and three dishwashers as well as plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. we were able to cook and serve our large family quite easily. The pool was clean and a great place to relax when returning from the beach which was a very quick 2 minute walk away. There is only parking for 7-8 vehicles so plan accordingly. We left two vehicles at a lot at 2nd Ave. North for the week and that worked out fine. Thanks for a great place to reconnect with family.

It is clear that despite the $15,000 price tag, everything has been done with minimal cost in mind. This was billed as a luxury property; it is not. It is indeed a large property, but large & luxury are not equivalent. list of items noted during our first 2 days: -elevator does not function properly-requires someone pushing the door closed from the outside -handicap accessible room is not accessible: toilet is low to the ground; it has a tub in place that does not allow for wheel or walk-in showering for someone with limited mobility. Wider door frames and 3 handrails do not qualify as accessible -grate not secure on shower floor -shower heads directed toward the door/too high, not adjustable (without fear of breaking them), water directed outside of shower door -holes in ceilings where fire sprinklers are located -TV boxes shoved behind TVs instead of placed on a mount so you have to walk the remote parallel to the wall/TV to make it work (or those that have the boxes propped on top of the tv falling forward repeatedly) -middle dishwasher doesn't stay open/falls forward with door opening -kitchen cabinet without handle -kitchen drawer striking & loosening cabinet handle with opening -dumpster is broken -outdoor shower not finished/available -no available hot tub controls for spa function / pool light not functioning -unfinished plywood beds -holes in walls/paint splattered in showers/stickers still on sinks update, since no one has responded to my emails: -4th day without wifi. someone was here yesterday but still no wifi, & no one has returned yet -internet was functional on our 5th day & the plumber identified the unfinished work that lead to the water coming through the ceiling into the bedroom & why the sink was leaking. As I stated in one of my many unanswered emails, we feel as if we're helping you bring your property up to code/making it vacation ready for future guests, during our vaca
