This was nice clean little place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. Parking is tight but adequate. The stairs leading up to the apartment are narrow and could be difficult for people with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and well represented by the pictures. Check in and parking instructions were thorough, accurate and timely. Nice restaurant options (Mexican, Thai, Vegan Pizza) and 7-11 for quick shopping items within walking distance. Super cute neighborhood.

Very clean little place! We stayed the weekend to attend a show at Spokane Arena. It was just a quick drive to the venue.
Our only challenge was parking. I drive a Toyota Rav4 and anything larger would not have fit in the parking spot. It took some maneuvering to get my car in!

It is a very old and outdated place.The kitchen and dinning was so small. I'm not sure where you would put 8 people. It wasn't hardly big enough for four. It was difficult to find and the garage was small. The occupant in the A apartment parked in front so that helped.
Laundry is available but not convenient. It's in the basement of another unit

If you’re looking for a place just to sleep stay here. However don’t have expectations of a wonderful place. This vrbo is very dated. The furniture and carpet seems old. We couldn’t get the tv to switch to the HDMI port even though there were directions on the wall. We tried to watch something online but it kept buffering. There is no dishwasher.

I had the pleasure of spending several days here at the beginning of the new year to reflect on the previous year and strategize for the upcoming season. The house was clean, peaceful and felt like home right off the bat. The atmosphere of the home also felt uniquely creative, so I was able to paint, draw and journal with ease. Thank you Pete and Sarah for such a pleasant retreat.

This was a perfect place for us to stay! We had four adults and two teenagers - and plenty of room for us all to relax. The property was very clean & quiet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need. Wonderful directions provided by the hosts. We’d definitely stay here again!

Short walk to Manito Park and close to almost everything in Spokane
We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed our stays both times. I love taking a walk to Manito park each day, and many places in Spokane are just 10 minutes away.

Overall suited are needs, could be cleaner upon arrival. Dirty dishes left out. Needs some maintenance. Broken drawer/faucet in kitchen, shower head, and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Great location to food and Manito park was great!

Fun Stay
We enjoyed our stay and Manito Park was blooming with crocuses in March! The apartment is a bit older than we thought but everything was clean and comfy! One suggestion is bathtub anti-slip strips. Spokane was bustling and our visit was enjoyable.

Sweet neighborhood
Well appointed and well loved vacation rental in the historic South Hill neighborhood. We enjoyed a couple cozy mornings in the snug kitchen. The local turkey flock stopped by frequently. Walking distance to many parks and historic mansions of Cliff Avenue.

This was my 4th time staying at one of the properties at this location. Great location, responsive hosts, clean, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Highly recommend. 😊

Great rental for family with small children
This was great for my husband, myself and our 3 year old twins. My twins loved the Fisher Price Little People farm play set and the kids books in the book shelf. The kitchen was small, but adequate. Would recommend and will consider staying again.

Good for a short stay
Average accommodations as it is an older house and we stayed in the upstairs apartment and much of the furniture… is well loved. Near a busy street so lots of car noise. WiFi and Roku TV weak signals and not able to log into the Roku. Was fine for one night.

We were really nervous
We were running late and very nervous about the place. But, we knew as soon as we pulled up it was going to be all good. The place was cute, clean, and so homey that even our baby was cool with it. There were fresh towels, sheets, and even a comfy throw blanket. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Short stay
This place was in a good location with lots of stuff within walking distance. The house was really old even though it was updated. The couch smelled like BO and under the cushions was gross. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, the baseboards, doors and window sills were dirty and there was a pretty good stream of ants in the kitchen next to the ant traps. The fridge needed to be wiped out. The whole place just needed a good deep cleaning. Beds and linens were fine. The carport is pretty small so a big vehicle like an SUV or truck will not fit. It was hot during our stay so the extra fans were a blessing as the AC unit was not hooked up yet.

Great location
Really enjoyed our stay here. There was a slight ant problem in the kitchen and the bathroom sink didn't have a filter so it sprayed a little wild...but other than those things, the property was perfect for us. It's in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Comfortable beds and all of the amenities you'd expect.

Only complaint... lack of cleanliness! When we first arrived, the first thing we noticed was the floors were dirty, there were mice feces in the closets, the coffee pot was dirty and the linens didn't appear to have all been washed prior because there was a substantial amount of someone's hair on the king size bed. Other than that, just little things like extra beds, but no extra blankets. Extra pillows, but no pillow cases, empty paper towel rack with no replacement available, etc. Just a bummer when you pay fees for cleaning and have to clean when you arrive. Otherwise, everything was just fine! They have laundry on site which is great and even leave a few water bottles and bags of popcorn for you! Quite area, quiet and friendly downstairs neighbors also!

South Hill gem
Cute property in South Hill. Perfect for our family as we looked at local colleges. Take a walk to the park then walk over to Rockwood Bakery. Close to Huckleberries grocery. Follow the owners directions. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong way to access the property.

Spokanada
The location is absolutely perfect to downtown and the interstate to Idaho and Montana is easy to access. There is lots of smart TV apps which our boys loved. I cannot remember if the listing says it is an upstairs unit but we didn't have much access to ground level to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The property did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. We found clothing left by previous renters in the closet, microwave dirty, fingerprints on the refrigerator. During a time of a Pandemic we would have appreciated knowing it was more thorough.

Great Hideaway in South Hill
We had a little trouble finding the location at first, but when we actually read the directions found it with no problem. What a fantastic comfortable spot! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics that we could need. The entire place was clean and orderly, and very comfortable. It is close to downtown and shops and restaurants, and was really all that we could ask for. The check in and check out process was a breeze as well. We will definitely keep this spot on the short list when we come into Spokane. Thank you!

This LOCATION is everything!
This is one of those rare gem of a units that has the most incredible location! It’s right smack dab in the middle of a busy area on the South Hill, but hidden tucked up off the road. We loved walking across the road to the Bangkok Thai restaurant as well as picking up a pizza from the Close by papa Murphy’s?! Great for a family, couple, or even a single person needing somewhere to stay. It’s cute, clean, affordable and the owners are very easy to get in touch with! Thank you for a lovely stay and for being so professional.

Spokane visit
We were very happy with this property and it definitely met our needs. The kitchen now has a table that seats 4 vs. the one shown in the pictures online and that was so nice for us to all be able to eat breakfast there in the kitchen! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the parking for unit B is hard to get into if you have a larger car or van but the owner was nice and let us park in the driveway and that worked perfect. One thing they should fix is the steps leading to the outside door - they slant downward and have no handrail; and one of our group almost fell on them.

Lovely Neighborhood
Great location in Spokane to drop our daughter off for college. Enough room for everyone to have a space. The only bummer was it was quite hot and there was only a window AC unit in the back bedroom. Lots of fans though. Thanks.

Peter's place was charming, spacious, clean and centrally located in Spokane. Easy walking distance to Manito park, bakeries and restaurants and close to the freeway. Will definitely come back!

Cute Upstairs Apartment
This was a great location for us to stay in. Manito Park nearby is absolutely fabulous. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and the owners were very helpful when we had an issue. The parking was a little bit tight but it all worked out fine. We had a great stay there!

Hidden little gem
This place is wonderful! Love the king bed in the unit - the beds were comfy. My children loved the toys (2 year old) my boys loved the games. Great location. Easy in and out. We will be back!

Clean, spacious, and a comfy bed!
This place was perfect for my husband and 18 mo. Old and myself. She loved playing with the toys provided and we loved that she had her own room. Our SUV didnt fit in the carport, but we were able to park out front. The kitchen was tight but worked just fine for cooking a quick pizza and snacks. Bathroom lacked a fan and had a few mold spots on the ceiling, but was otherwise clean. The owners were responsive and helpful when we had a question. This location perfectly fit our needs.
