El hermoso condominio frente al mar en el piso 11, con 3 habitaciones / 3 baños en las exclusivas villas de Southshore, cuenta con muebles de alta calidad y colchones nuevos para una máxima comodidad. Esta unidad de 1800 pies cuadrados tiene un gran cuero seccional, 55 "HDTV, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, numerosas comodidades y todas las comodidades del hogar.
Disfrutar de impresionantes vistas al océano y sonidos desde el balcón 26 pies con acceso desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. This was our 2nd time staying here. It's well worth the money. Norbert provides you with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating inside and out for your whole group. Our family really enjoyed our week together.
Unfortunately, as we were getting ready to leave at the end of our trip, the electricity to the whole block went out. My son almost got stuck in the elevator after getting the luggage cart, and there was no way my 86 year old mother was going to be able to walk down 7 flights of steps in the dark to the parking garage. Norbert told us to stay put as long as we needed and contacted the bldg manager and the electric company for us. Luckily, the power came back on a lot sooner than they anticipated and we were on our way home.

This condo was great for us. We had two married couples and one single person. All 3 bedrooms were very nice with bathrooms in two of them and one bath just outside the other room. Living room, kitchen and dining room were good size with open concept. Great view of the ocean from the large balcony. Owner was very nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Condo was perfect for an adult family of 5. Location was perfect. Balcony was awesome to sit and listen to the ocean which we did often. Master bed was very comfortable. Super nice owner.

Temps in the triple digits all week and it was STILL a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. So great to not have to go get/keep track of keys, too. Super clean, really comfy beds and plenty of space. The views were wonderful to wake up to and end the day with. The beach access was easy and the beach was no where near as crowded as other places we have stayed. It was even close to our favorite restaurant, Martinis (best steaks!). Our daughter couldn’t come last minute due to law school obligations but we look forward to her joining us next time. Thanks again!

View was great. One bed had a broken frame. The replacement came in on Friday. We contacted the owner as soon as we found it which was the evening we arrived. Pictures were sent. The couple in that room slept on the couch for 2 nights, and on box springs/mattress on the floor all nights except one. Fitted sheets had poor elastic and kept slipping off. Towels were worn and bleached. We asked for compensation because of the broken bed. The owner told us we were lucky he didn't charge us for the breakage. Really disappointing! Won't use this owner again.

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Norbert was super responsive and helpful. Keypad entry to condo was easy. Wasnt super fancy but it was more than comfortable for our family. The bedroom configurations were perfect.
The true highlight is its beach location. We went over the 4th of July and expected it to be packed, but it wasnt bad.
The balcony was great and accommodated all of us.
Location felt reasonably safe, parking was tight if you have a truck or SUV but there was plenty of it.
I cannot wait to go back!

My grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome resort. This is our second time staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient vacation home with amazing oceanfront views.

Beautiful views! Condo was clean & equipped with practically anything you would need- even a clothes hamper! (We've never stayed in a property that had one. Always had to bag dirty clothes.)
Owner even supplies some board games, cards and beach chairs & toys. Not much you have to bring!
Also- Mr. Haas contacted me to make sure everything was to our liking. That's important to me- to know they care about their property.
Property had an indoor pool, outside pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, & hot tub. Bathrooms are near the pool, which was great! You don't have to go back to the room. Property was clean as well.
We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, luxurious and spacious accommodations. Kitchen well stocked with extras/ accessories not normally found in typical rental units. Loved that we didn’t have to keep track of keys or key card…digital lock was nice convenience! Owner communication was the extra touch! So nice to be able to completely relax! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back! Everything was clean, neat, comfortable, and up to date. It felt like home. The beds were incredible too, which is something very important to us. We slept amazing. The view of the ocean was breath taking. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying the ocean. We even watched a sunrise from the balcony. The pool area was very nice. It was not overcrowded. Direct access to beach from the boardwalk was nice as well. The beach was also not over crowded. The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful. This was definitely one of our best trips to the Myrtle Beach area! The hotel and room were very family friendly. Thank you so much. Many memories were made!!

Great rental
Better than I had expected. This rental was clean, the beds were comfy, stocked kitchen, plenty of parking. The beach/pool was not crowded. Overall great experience. The only issues we had for our week stay was the cleaning crew only left 2 kitchen trash bags, zero dishwasher pods or gel, and only 1 extra roll of TP so we had to purchase all the things for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!
Our condo was everything we hoped it to be - clean, spacious and perfectly located on the beach. The property is well maintained with lots of available parking in the garage. I'd definitely recommend staying here when vacationing in Myrtle Beach.

Absolutely Wonderful
We have stayed in a couple different places in Myrtle and this is the best place we've stayed in, it's our new favorite! The unit was clean, had everything we needed, the facility's amenities were great and our host Norbert took the time to answer ALL of our questions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Typically I am ready to get back to my own bed. Not on this trip. The beds were incredible in every room! The room was super clean and the building was well maintained. Awesome view and my thanksgiving with my family was one of the best.

We had a great family vacation. Condo was clean, in a great location and very comfortable for all 9 of us to stay in comfortably. We would definitely come back and stay again. Great communication with owner.

Lovely View in Comfort
It rained or threatened to rain for most of our stay and we totally enjoyed this place. We visited and enjoyed having the door wall opened to hear the ocean. Hanging out in the hot tub during the rain was a first for me and quite pleasant. The saline pools were wonderful and the king size beds were the best.

Family vacation
We stayed in this property for a family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space and everything was as described. The sand toys and chairs were an added bonus. The location to the beach was perfect for those wanting to be on the beach all day and those only wanting to be on the beach for a short time. Close to Krogers, barefoot landing, parasailing, and souviner shops. We had a great time and hope to be back.
