This home was the perfect place for my family. Access to the water was just down the road. We brought Kayaks and canoes. It's also a short drive to Annapolis. We had an amazing time.

This property is absolutely lovely. It is well appointed and has everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated the lovely decorative touches throughout the house. The deck and backyard were just wonderful. Since it was fully fenced in our dog was able to run and explore while we enjoyed eating outside in absolutely lovely surroundings. We will be sure to stay again when we are in the area.

How do I begin to express our thanks, appreciation and satisfaction with Jodi’s home?From the moment I made the reservation, we were impressed with the responsiveness to our reservation, as well as genuine concern to make our stay the most comfortable one possible. The home is absolutely beautiful… From the moment you get out of the car you will be met with the charming home behind a sweet picket fence and lovely landscaping. Then you walk in the front door and you are met with these gorgeous hardwood floors in the most comfortable setting. There an are so many “little touches” all around the home that make you feel so welcome. The house is beyond clean and it is obvious so much care as gone into making this your home away from home. The backyard is a destination all its own. The location of the home is ideal as well…restaurants, tourist attractions, grocery stores/shopping, the water, Annapolis….the list goes on and on. A very safe neighborhood, with the most lovely park to go walking. We are very grateful to Jodi, for making our stay more comfortable and positive than we ever could have imagined. Very open, nicely decorated, ideal yard for warmer weather.

The house is very pleasant and comfortable. It’s in an area with lots of restaurants, shopping and a short drive into Annapolis. The area is very quiet with a park outside the front gate. It’s a great area to walk around and the water is fairly close. The back yard is fun and relaxing. The owner is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

This home offered enough space for our family to gather from 3 different states. 5 of us slept very comfortably and we were able to sit and visit and enjoy each others' company. Parking in front of the home is available for 2 cars. The home is an easy drive to the Naval Academy and to the football stadium, and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to cook our own meals. We were able to bring our dogs and they really enjoyed the large backyard where they could run. Our family would recommend this home and would stay here again if in the area!

I had a wonderful stay here - the home was so clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Jodi (the host) was so welcoming, and it was clear that she had put a lot of thought into ensuring a great stay - including restaurant recommendations, an easy check in, and even tailoring her recs to dog-friendly places. And the yard! Absolutely gorgeous and relaxing, especially with the mature trees, thoughtful touches (like the swing), and the koi pond. My dog loved it - I literally had to pick him up to get him back inside each time! The neighborhood was also great, with a lot of local stores and restaurants, and it was close to beaches and other attractions. It's a bit off the radar, but we went to Historic London Town one day which was super close, and had beautiful gardens and replicas/museum/history from the 1700s - highly recommend this - it was dog friendly too! Overall, just a wonderful and welcoming stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Jodi was a great host and very responsive. The neighborhood is right near the water and very convenient to lots of locations nearby.

We stayed about a week for summer vacation. 6 of us fit comfortably, me, Husband, Grandma and 3 kids. Jodi’s home is perfect for a family with kids. The kids really enjoyed playing in the yard in the morning while we made breakfast in a well appointed kitchen. The home is close to many attractions- go-karting, Annapolis, arcades, jet skis, boating, Six Flags America and a quiet little beach down the street on days we didn’t feel like exploring. Lots of restaurants in the area and a cute little ice cream shop. In the evenings the kids really loved being able to run freely in the park right next to the house, and the adults enjoyed the downtime :-) We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Our dog especially loved running around the backyard and the park right next door! Jodi was very communicative and the house was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, the air conditioning worked great, overall an excellent vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is an excellent host, the property was as described, the outdoor spaces are beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful property!! Very clean, updated and fully equipped. My daughter loved the Koi pond. The hostess was so nice! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely house.

Easy to rent the property.

We stayed here for a wonderful commissioning week. The location and the yard were perfect. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and we also enjoyed the games in the yard and just the peace and quiet. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place near Annapolis but not right in the hustle and bustle of it all.

From the moment I inquired about this property, the host, Jodi was Wonderful! The House was Absolutely Amazing and Perfect for my family’s stay! Jodi is so kind and hospitable and she was available to answer any questions we had 24 hours a day. The Home is BEAUTIFUL, immaculately clean, and is the most amazing location to host a small gathering. My favorite part of the Home was the Beautiful deck and backyard! It was just Perfect! Everything about this home was perfect for our family to gather for Easter Weekend. We wanted a place to relax with our Midshipman and her friends. The distance from the yard is a quick and easy 15 min drive. The backyard is very spacious, private and fenced in allowing us to truly unwind while we sat around the fire pit, fed the Koi fish, lounged on the deck and played fetch with our family dog. Families can enjoy time walking the 1/2 mile track or playing softball at park next door to the home. The homeowner was accessible and responsive to any questions we might have had. Home was very clean and we would definitely stay here again!

The house and property are cozy and comfortable and only 15 minutes out of Annapolis. We used this location as a centralized local for our family Christmas with everyone traveling large distances and had our family meals and time at the house. But were also able to enjoy the area. The yard is perfect for dogs and kids both young and old. Jodi is great and would highly recommend this property.

Our family of four (plus dog) had a wonderful weekend stay here. The house was very clean and the backyard was even bigger than the pictures showed. We had a great time using the park next door to throw a frisbee and it’s an easy walk to the waterfront. Jodi was extremely helpful and the house had everything we needed.

It was a perfect setting for our family of 6?getaway. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The grounds are spectacular with the fire pit, swing and koi fish. Something for everyone to enjoy! Very easy communicating with host. Will definitely consider coming again.

This home was absolutely amazing! The decor was simple and elegant. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The yard is GIGANTIC with a pond full of real live Koi fish! Gas fire pit, covered patio ect. The bedding was clean and soft, the mattresses were so comfortable. The owner was super hospitable to a point where I felt like I met a new friend! All the appliance were high end and the cookware was nice. PLENTY of parking as 4 cars fit comfortably in the driveway.From the major to the minor details this home was a home away from home for SURE! We host a small gathering of 16 ppl in the back yard for a going away and it was so perfect. This home and owner are on my MUST RETURN list!

If there was an Above and Beyond Expectation category we would give another five stars! Jodi was not only super responsive but also pro-active in anticipating our check in, stay and questions. We've never had a more seamless check in and easier time getting acclimated with a VRBO rental. We were in town for Navy/Air Force game and location was perfect! Conveniently close to downtown Annapolis, Harry S. Truman Park and Ride (our go to for free stadium shuttle & parking ), shopping, and award winning restaurants (Jodi had the best recommendations!!). The yard did not disappoint and kept 5 adults and one border collie entertained for hours - It was large - completely fenced, and the mature trees and landscaping filled it with charm and added privacy which was a great buffer to an otherwise densely populated residential neighborhood. We ate out for the most part but thought home was well stocked from Nespresso machine down to crab mallets (which came in handy for backyard crab feast with crabs purchased within a 5 min drive). Home was "eat off the floor" clean and beds were dreamy and obviously had quality mattresses although we wish rooms could have accommodated king size. We enjoyed many short walks down to the neighborhood water front and have lots of photos of pretty sunrises and sunsets. We would book again in a heartbeat!

It had been years since I played with musician friends in Mama Jama, so I was looking forward to the opportunity to jam in an outdoor location near our old stomping ground of Annapolis. The setting, as pictured in the listing was every bit as lovely and actually more spacious than I expected. Our host, Jodi, was great to work with. Cudos all around.
