Size of the room
Air conditioning in room had no controls. Would cut on and off for temperature control but woke us up every single time, every 3-10 minutes and we did not get a wink of sleep. Could hear all outside noise - woken up by people in the hallway and neighbors shutting their door. Towels were cheap and rough. Horrible experience

Hotel is outdated. When I arrived it says Sheraton outside but everything inside has Marriott (very confusing) the parking is horrible to have to walk up the hill with your belongings at night alone. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel with 6 floors horrible. The tubs weren't spotless clean I could visibly see the tiles needed to be scrubbed

The room was nice, they didn’t have enough towels and/or wash clothes. There was a stain on the carpet from prior customers I’m assuming( I didn’t make it) the fridge didn’t get cold at all for the beverages I had in there. Front desk was pleasant when checking In/out.

Worst hotel in this price range, do not stay here, find yourself a decent place. Don't let the 4 stars fool you.
Crumbling old stinky rooms, filthy carpet, horribly stained bathrooms.
Ignorant and rude frond desk person.
Our experience was horrible, never suffered through this kind of filthy, dusty, stinky room before. I wouldn't say there again EVER.

Breakfast items and drinks are not clearly marked.
Long ramp in the back entrance and no trolley racks available to carry luggage

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was great! We got in late after a long drive and went to the bar where Mama Mo recommended some great food and even made me a surprise drink that was AMAZING! The room was great and very comfortable.

everything was nice but the worse staff ever, unfortunately in this day we were still being racially profiled and being treated differently than other people !

Nice location. Beds are comfortable. Front staff were very friendly.
They dont service the room. Even when asked. I had to ask for coffee and creamer. All they did was empty the trash and throw clean towels on the sink. We stayed 5 nights the room was never swept and the beds where never made. Even though I asked.

The room was exceptional and clean. Received wake up call as requested and had shuttle to the airport. Thank you all was great! And awesome crab cakes at the bar!!!

Clean hotel with friendly staff!
Shower seemed to only have two temps, burning and scalding no matter which way I turned the dial. 1 elevator was out of order which slowed down getting to my room or out. Prices for a bottle of soda or chips were like stadium level prices, 1 mountain dew, 1 bottle of water, a bag of chips and a bag of Skittles was $16. Save $10 and go to the 7-11 down the road

The room was nice and comfortable but quite small. The property is clean and well maintained and the views from the higher floors are lovely. The hotel is also located close to the airport, Amtrak train station and a shopping & entertainment center. The airport and train station complimentary shuttles are also a plus!
On a few occasions, my room did not get cleaned. I realized later (when submitting a survey on another site) that there is a housekeeping policy that should have been communicated but wasn't.
