Este es un hermoso condominio totalmente remodelado a pasos de Village y Gondola. Es una unidad de 3 dormitorios para no fumadores de 1800 pies cuadrados con 4 baños y una calificación de 5 estrellas por su comodidad, ubicación, decoración de interiores y excelentes instalaciones.
Viene completamente amueblado con artículos de cocina, ropa de cama, toallas de baño, artículos de tocador, lavadora y secadora, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay 2 chimeneas y 2 balcones con vistas a las montañas de Sherwin (el balcón de la sala de estar tiene una barbacoa de propano de tamaño completo y una mesa de bistro alta con 4 taburetes).
Hay 2 estacionamientos cerrados, seguros y con calefacción en el edificio del garaje para nuestro complejo, entrada y calzadas con calefacción desde el garaje hasta la entrada del edificio y aceras con calefacción a la aldea. 10/10 would recommend! We love staying here, it’s the perfect location. We’ve stayed her about 7 times and fall in love with every year. The indoor pool and game room are a plus. Very close to everything in mammoth, walking distance to the village. The condo itself is lovely. Lots of space. The Host Tracy is the best!

What was good:
- The location near north village was really convenient. Lot of restaurants and shuttles nearby.
- The indoor pool was great for our large group to relax at the end of the day.
- Lot of beds and functional TVs in all rooms.
- Functional kitchen and enough utensils to make a quick breakfast.
What could have been better:
- The winding stairs were hard to navigate.
- The building and the apartment appeared quite old and could use a remodel.
- The bunk beds were difficult to climb for kids and need some maintenance.
- The downstairs toilet appeared dirty, not necessarily due to lack of cleaning but due to age.

All in all.. we can’t wait to come back… amazing location and spacious! The pans in the kitchen can use some updating and it would be nice to have pool towels provided and accounted for for the number of guests it sleeps other than the towels we shower with… otherwise everything was excellent!

friends loved everything about this stay. the convenient location, spaciousness, comfortability, and responsiveness of the hosts made my birthday experience unforgettable! for example, due to the responsiveness of the administrative office, we were able to get additional parking spaces which made accommodating for more cars incredibly easy and stress-free. additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to save money on food, there were a lot extra blankets and pillows, and the overall set up of each level emulated a cozy summer camp feel with friends. oh, and it was very clean. definitely recommend this home for large groups.
one note is that our neighboring guests (a family with kids) were loud and the 3rd level walls aren’t very soundproof. however, surprisingly, while there were quite a few loud parties in the complex, you couldn’t really tell while on the lower level or in living room area, which was pretty cool.

The location isn't just great because the condo is 60 steps from the Gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge but 60 steps from the Village which means you can go to dinner without taking your car and your teenage kids can walk around the shopping center without worry. The condo itself is a very nice 3 bedroom with plenty of room for families 5-7 - 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 4 barhrooms - and an underground garage, indoor sauna and game room.

This was one of our best trips ever. The group was very impressed with the condo, location and amenities. Tracy was awesome! Very accommodating to our last minute needs. We will be back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed in the Jacuzzi. It was a little dirty. Also. the sauna was out of order. Also, the shower in the rec room with the jacuzzi was cold — no hot water. Otherwise it was a great time. So convenient to everything. My family thoughly enjoyed our stay. 😀⛷️

Location of the Condo was good, right in the middle of the town. Also enjoyed the amenities like pool table, hot tub and table tennis.
But the condo was a bit claustrophobic, especially for 15 people. Even the narrow stairs are claustrophobic. It might be ok for 10-11 people max.
Also, the locks on two of the four bathrooms were not working.
We might not stay again with 15 people, maybe with a smaller group.

We love staying at this condo. We’ve stayed here 6 times now and it feels like our home away from home. The condo has everything you need to cook meals, washer and drier so you don’t have to pack as much, and just has that home feeling. It’s centrally located and just perfect. Accommodations provided everything we needed for our group of high school student athletes and adults. The condo was comfortable, perfectly located near the Village and easy access to the trails and mountain lakes. The management was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and helping us with parking. We hope to be back here next year!

This place is walking distance from the village. Piece of advice, take advantage of the loading dock - saves your back and legs from loading from the parking lot.
Also, steps are steep - if you have older folks with you, take advantage of the elevator that goes to both the 2nd and 3rd levels.

Beautiful, well-decorated cozy mountain home with a fully stocked kitchen and many thoughtful personal touches (love all the hooks!), that made our entire extended family feel right at home. We can't wait to come back next year!

The title states it, the location is fantastic. Very short walking distance to the gondola (maybe 2 minutes at most). The condo was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. Had everything we needed. The the bedrooms were set up to maximize occupancy. The only drawback was three levels, the spiral staircase was very tight. Had all the amenities that one would need to go enjoy the snow, lockers on the ground floor. A a game room for the kids. And a whirl pool after a hard day on the slopes. Property manager Tracy was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a ski weekend with friends. This unit was a short walk to the village gondola and local restaurants. Even with ski boots on, the walk to the gondola felt short! Plus, there was plenty of space for our large group, and the unit was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is very well equipped with space for a large group and helpful amenities for a stress-free ski trip (parking garage, lockers for ski gear, etc.)

I really enjoyed the location of the property. I walked to the village gondola and road directly to the ski resort. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The condo fit 12 adults. The group used the community spa and rec room during a little down time. The property managers were very helpful and responsive.

Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The beds and bedding are comfortable and adequate. The location relative to the Gondola and Village is as advertised and a plus to this location. Our only issue ; housekeeping suppled enough dishwasher detergent to allow for one cycle / day. We generally have 2 meals / day in condo and need at least one day for an extra cycle. Other than that, we loved the unit

This was the perfect spot for my birthday celebration with 14 close friends! The condo was large enough for the group to all enjoy games, movies, & meals together and allowing each person to have comfortable sleeping arrangements. The location is also walkable to the gondola and village for easy accessibility to all the amenities Mammoth has to offer.
I would highly recommend staying here and will have to return next year!

THIS CONDO IS GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS. IT WAS CLEAN, NICE LOCATION NEAR THE VILLAGE. WE HAD 14 PEOPLE IN THE CONDO, AND SINCE ITS 3 STORIES, WE FIT NICELY. PARKING WAS HARD WITH 4 VEHICLES, THERE ARE ONLY 2 PARKING SPOTS IN THE COMPLEX, AND NO STREET PARKING NEARBY. BUT OVERALL IT WAS A NICE PLACE.

The condo is in the perfect area, close to all things mammoth. Minutes from the village. We’ve stayed here the past 5 years each summer. The indoor pool, game room are a hit. The condo itself is huge and can sleep a big group. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

Great stay, at a very nice place in The Village
We are a big group on our annual Mammoth/Tuolumne vacation. 15 can sleep comfortably here, and it does not feel crowded at all. The home was very clean, and we had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a few big meals together during the week. The location was extremely convenient, and we took full advantage of it. We hiked, biked, walked, trolleyed, swam, and enjoyed an evening or two out to dinner. I'm very happy we found this home. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this home.

Great accommodations in a fabulous location!
This well appointed unit is perfect for large groups and extended family vacations. Can't beat the great location, with an array of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our family had a wonderful time, the kids loved the heated pool and game room, and Tracy was a wonderful host, super easy to work with and very responsive with her communications. We'll be back!

Awesome Mammoth trip!
We love staying here with some of our large family whenever we can! It is always very clean & well maintained. Close to town, Mammoth Mountain & Twin Lakes area. And the elevator really helps us seniors.
