This is an awesome property with great amenities and I love that you can literally walk out the door and be on the lake. The hot tub was amazing and it's very close to local shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

You can't beat the views at this lake house, we commented that it was almost like being on a houseboat. It was super hot but down by the water in the shade of the umbrella, there was a nice breeze and the water was refreshing. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay.

View of the lake from each of the outdoor spaces were gorgeous. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. House had everything we needed. Owner communicated with us well and we overall had a great time! Shower placement is interesting with the bathroom between the two bedrooms but we made it work. Would rent again!

This is mine and my family’s 2nd time at this lake house, and once again it was a great trip! The property being right on beautiful Canandaigua Lake is awesome . Last time we visited it was October and we didn’t get a chance to get in the water, but this time we were able to swim in the crystal clear water and kayak a few times (bring your life vests)! Accessibility to the finger lakes wineries is great, and one of the hosts, Dawn, is super communicative and made checkin and stay a breeze. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend!

Dawn is a tremendous host. I have stayed at their lake house before and this time was no different. Clean, easy check in, amazing views, the hot tub is clean and perfectly placed to take in the sunset and lake view. I will be back, thanks again, Dawn, for another lovely stay!

The property is located on a beautiful location on Lake Canandaigua. I stayed there with extended family on August 19 to August 26. It was a fun time, we did hikes in the area, visited historic sites, attended a concert and the NY State Fair. We also used many of the things that were available at the house. Like the barbeque, ping pong table, kayaks, swimming right from the dock, and of course the jacuzzi. We also found that the kitchen had all the appliances to make our meal preparations go smoothly.

Dawn’s house is an ideal spot on Canandaigua lake! Right on the water and million dollar views! Convenient to the marina for a boat rental and close to town for restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Great 2 week stay at the lake! Can’t wait to go back!

Dawn’s property in Canandaigua Lake is a idyllic weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes. Fun for the whole family from sipping coffee on the deck in the morning to ping pong and foosball before dinner to a nice evening soak in the hot tub.

The lakehouse was clean and comfortable . It was everything that was promised and more. The setting was ideal, right on the lake and a quiet setting. It was as.if you picked up your house and just moved it upstate.

Great property and host. Has everything you will need for a pleasant lake side stay. Wonderful and safe area mixed with rustic and/or updated cabins to full size luxury homes. Very clean, organized and comfortable. While it was a bit cool for water fun we enjoyed other aspects including board games, table tennis, tv and music. Great spots to just hang out and relax outside on deck or near the outdoor fire pit. Perfect distance from "downtown" or shopping (I think Wegmanns was short 3 or 4 mile drive). Host was great and communicated as required (including during local power outage due to weather). Will stay here again next time!

We are a family of 4 ( 2 teens) and we loved staying here. A short drive to Bristol Mountain and local attractions. Jacuzzi worked great! Hosts are super helpful. Will come back for sure :).

The house was comfortable and has great location right on the water and so close to town. The space was great and had all the basics and amenities we needed. Dawn was very helpful to ensure we had what we needed and enjoyed the stay.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this house. The view from the living room and master is top notch (it feels like you are actually on a boat instead of on land). The house had everything we needed and was perfectly kept and clean. I also really appreciated the quality of all of the little things like the towels and sheets. Also the hot tub was so nice and in great condition. Perfect for chilly October evenings. The owner was also very easy to talk to. Couldn't have enjoyed our time more!

We stayed here for a birthday celebration with my family. We were very familiar with Seneca and Cayuga lakes, but this was our first time at Canandaigua Lake. This property is amazing. The views are amazing, the amenities were just what we were looking for, and in proximity to so many things to do. Thank you Dawn, and my family will definitely be back!

Location is ideal, house 🏠 is clean, well equipped and includes all the amenities you need to enjoy a fabulous time on beautiful Lake Canandaigua. Don't forget your water shoes* Plenty of covered indoor/outdoor spaces for rainy days too! Owner was quick to respond to communication and very accommodating. I had a lovely stay. It enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the lake. Although it was mid-Sept, it was warm enough to swim in the lake.

Dawn's place is lovely! We stay on Canandaigua Lake every summer and have never had the experience of being suspended over the water...what a great way to drink coffee in the morning. One note, for anyone with mobility issues...the kitchen is upstairs (and serves as a pass-through), while the grill and the area we used to eat are downstairs. This made for a lot of up-and-down the narrow stairs and was a little challenging. All in all, a great place!

Dawn was great. Her communication was quick and she wanted to make sure all was good. The cleanliness was impeccable and the cottage is really nice. I recommend water shoes as it can be rough on your feet when walking in the lake. Other then that, it was great! I would recommend this cottage to anyone!
