“Sheppards by the Sea” beautiful waterfront home with pool and view
¡Disfrute de sus próximas vacaciones familiares en este paraíso tropical! Gran sala tiene amplios asientos con gran mesa de comedor, televisión (cable e inteligente) y chimenea de gas. Banco de ventanas da vistas al agua del Canal Redfish y Little Bay. Conexión inalámbrica a internet. La cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable hace que la preparación de comidas sea muy fácil. Cuatro habitaciones y tres 1/2 baños. Duerme 11.
Arriba, el amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado con ducha / bañera y lavamanos doble. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen con una alcoba y espacio para una cuna. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen con un pequeño balcón. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño jack y jill con entradas privadas y tocadores y baño compartido y bañera / ducha. El cuarto dormitorio está abajo con dos camas individuales con camas nido para dormir cuatro. Un tercer baño sirve esta habitación con ducha y lavabo de azulejos mexicanos.
Garaje para dos automóviles con lavadora y secadora y suministros de lavandería. La casa tiene sistema de alarma y detectores de humo.
Afuera, el paisaje es maduro y exuberante. Disfrute de hermosas puestas de sol en el porche trasero con vista al agua y la piscina (climatizada) con salones y área de parrilla. Gran área de cubierta perfecta para jugar hoyo de maíz (provisto) o tomar el sol. Puertas para bebés disponibles para proteger el porche de las áreas de agua. Elevador de botes, escalera y rampa para perros. ¡Tres kayaks, una tabla de remo y chalecos salvavidas disponibles para su disfrute!
La casa fue comprada en otoño de 2018 y recientemente amueblada. Daños del huracán Harvey completamente reparados.

We seen dolphins in Little bay every morning and a few times in the evening. The house was everything it says it is and more. There were no life jackets for the kayaks. A quick trip to Walmart however remedied that. We fished a lot and caught a wide variety of fish. All in all it was a wonderful home, beautiful and comfortable.

The house was beautiful the location aswell .Of course the had life jackets that were missing so I couldn't go canoeing. Some of the items in the house need fixing .But for the most part it was amazing. The house was very cold and comfy..

This property is exactly the way it was described. The house is very clean, every bed is comfortable, and it is well stocked with supplies. We ate almost every meal at the house. Cindy communicated promptly for checking in and offered her availability if needed. The pool was nice and clean and the view of Little Bay was awesome. We were very happy with this house and look forward to coming back.

Fun by the Sea
My family has been going to Shepard’s by the Sea for the last 3 years and we always have a great time. There is so much room. We love being in the pool and sitting outside on the patio watching the boats go down the canals.

Family Get-Away
This property is perfect- I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back. Such a nice retreat from busy everyday life. The hosts are incredible and do a great job of communicating. Looking forward to next time!

Wonderful on the water home
The house was so beautiful and had plenty of stuff such as paper towels, cookware, towels, washcloths, beach towels, air conditioner was amazing, one of our favorite things was fishing off the back dock. Able to catch lots of fish. The pool was nice each night to relax and unwind, the kayaks were fun also. Everything was just a short drive such as walmart, HEB, restaurants. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

Water leak under house, garage smelled horrible. Light above sink & microwave did not work.
AC struggled to keep up during the day. House not clean, cat hair everywhere.
Everytime we rent there seems to be issues..

Excellent vacation home!
The house was very well maintained and clean. The location is a must see. On the bay and right by a channel. Being on Key Allegro was great since it was secluded and quiet. The home owners were great with communicating with me and the check in was super easy. I would highly recommend.

Definitely a return to this property. Great location and amenities. The pool and back deck were just what we needed. The Landscaping is beautiful makes you feel like your in the tropics. Owners provide many items and the house is as advertised. Thanks for sharing your home we loved it.

Perfect Vacation Home
We loved our stay! The home was impeccably clean. The view was amazing and the pool heated very quickly. The house was homey. Perfect for a family or for multi-family groups. We will definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations!
This trip was a multi-generational family getaway. With ages ranging from 2 to 66 this house was perfect for us! Room (we called it the basement bunkhouse) for the little ones to have a special place just for them and all three adult coupes had there own rooms with plenty of privacy. A dining area with room for all. The porch overlooking the water was a favorite gathering spot. Enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the abundant flowering foliage and dolphins offshore. All ages had a blast fishing on the dock below the house. A variety of small fish and not so small crabs were caught and released. Tip: crabs love hot dogs. The pool was an added plus that we all enjoyed. We would be happy to book this house again!

Rockport favorite!
This house was incredible! From the views, to the pool, and even the house layout, it was perfect. Shared with 2 other couples for an adult birthday weekend. This house will be a favorite to rebook!

Awesome Location
We enjoyed our short weekend stay. The location is fantastic with amazing views. There were some slight issues with tidyness when we arrived but owner quickly addressed. Love their were games available to play in the home. Also enjoyed fishing right into the canal. We will definitely stay again.

Nice home with a good location
It was a very nice home, we enjoyed the pool and the view. Only drawback was we went to go kayaking on the bay only to find out one of the kayak pedals was broken. I notified the property owner and was told she forgot to tell me about that. So, only one kayak was operational, and no one wants to go kayaking alone. Wanted to fish at night and the pier lights weren’t working so that was kind of a bummer as well. The house was very clean, and did have everything we needed to cook, eat and sleep. All in all it was some good family time.
