Rooms were not fully cleaned. Air conditioner was malfunctioning, made loud noises. Dirty walls, mirrors.

everything. it smelled awful, everywhere. it is filthy, grounds are not kept up. carpet in my room was damp and sticky. peeling wallpaper from the 1990’s.

Overall comfortable and the hot part breakfast was actually hot. Hard to find at a lot of hotels. Eggs and sausage.

Had to clean the toilet when we got into our room and our room was missing a corner chair when there was an obvious spot for it. The place is in a need of freshing up. Walls and doors were dinged and scratches.

The bed was comfortable

It was really dirty! Everything! The bath tub was missing the slip rail and there was no anti sip mat. I expressed my disappointment to the front desk, and they transferred us to another room, that was just as dirty and beat up. It looks like no one of any authority has walked threw any of the rooms of the facilities in years. The breakfast was a joke.. the apple juice had mold in it! When brought to the attention of the staff they tried to tell me that it was part of the juice! I've worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and I know that it's because their juice machine is dirty. Along with everything else I seen from the "free breakfast" I will be reporting them to the health department.

The heater didn't work right, day staff was rude. Night staff was nice

location is great it is in the main drag of town so you are close to everything. it is also right off the freeway so super easy to get to. pool was nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. outside was clean and manicured. Deluxe room was very spacious.

it is an older hotel so the decor is old old looking in the rooms. the bathroom in our deluxe room was super super tiny, you had to step into the tub to shut the door then you could use the toilet lol. Hot tub is small so good for 4 adults. Deluxe room was big, but the bed was very lumpy and you rolled to the middle.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The TV konked out a couple of times while we were watching a program. Kind of annoying.

staff were friendly and bedding, towels, etc. were clean. however one of the bed covers had a stain on it. continental brew as great!

there was nothing we didn’t like.

Rented a room for the night with the jacuzzi tub for rest and relaxation night away with my son. Clean room, plenty of towels++, comfy bed, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Can't watch TV when in the jacuzzi tub. :( Son couldn't hook up Xbox to the TV. Water pressure in shower not the best.

It was located close to downtown, under 100.00, breakfast, pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub very comfortable temperatures.

This motel is in dire need of repairs, minor and major. Also it needs more cleaning staff, hall and stairs need vacuuming. Hand lotion in the little bottle had been partly used which was a turn off.

Clean, near city center, good price! Location is beautiful in the fall!

Working on some problems they were having but no problem.

Terry is great. Everything we've stayed here he's been there and always friendly and helpful.

Very clean & comfortable. Beautiful grounds.Convenient location.

The room was clean and was a good size for me and my mother. We were able to eat dinner in our room since there was a table and chairs available. Breakfast was full of choices and was good. The check in person was very courteous, helpful and professional.

Breakfast was good, room very clean, bed is clean and great location to explore, close to Silver Wood park
