I loved the location

The AC unit was super loud and kept me awake all night.. very noisy in the early hours like 4am

When you pay $1,200 for a 3 night stay and you lay in bed and all you smell is animal piss. It was absolutely disgusting. It was such a strong odor.

Breakfast food ran out. Room vibrated and the air conditioning sounded like a freight train coming through. Made it very hard to sleep

The staff was exemplary. Surely the best part of staying at this lodging is the wonderful staff.

The breakfast area was crowded and was out of some items while I was there. Real room for improvement.

We stayed two nights and did not know that they were not going to clean and provide new towels for the second day. That would have been nice to know beforehand.

I wanted to love it. The location was great. It appeared nice. Staff were pleasant. They accommodated the early check in I needed.

The cleanliness. The shower wasn't cleaned well, there was hair on the wall and water spots all over the shower. The soap was empty which shows it wasn't given much attention. All the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. Inconvenient and gross. To top it off , we were on the top floor and the elevator broke shortly after arrival. Made check out a pain.

It was a decent hotel in a good location around shops and Restaurants of walking distance.

For an upscale hotel, it was expensive, there is lack of staff and if one was found, they’re always too busy. The housekeeper on first night got snooty with me for asking for an extra comforter for the sofa sleeper. She said, did you not check the closet? Um, yes, that’s the first thing I did and there were NO bedding for the sofa sleeper. I received a very thin blanket. I took that I gave up my comforter to my children. Knowing it is pet friendly is fine, however please have their owners pick up the poo I’m stairway, Lobby, and hallway. The garbage rule (left outside of rooms) should also apply to baby diapers which stunk up our floor level. We also had no coffee maker, the garbage disposal did not work, and had no water pressure. Additionally, fridge, microwave, and counters were not wiped down. At breakfast time, there wasn’t a variety, and the bacon was uncooked.

I liked the waffles.

When we got to breakfast an hour and a half before it closed they were out of oatmeal, eggs, bacon, biscuits and coffee. The refilled most of it but we had to wait. So I guess the timing could have been better.

This is the second time we stayed in Staybridge Suits Coeur’d Alene And IHG Hotel. This time we stayed in one bedroom. We love stay there. Good size of room and bed was very clean and comfortable. Very nice kitchen as well. Clean and has everything you need. Nice Gym and Pool and Hot tub. Selection on break first was good. Staff is very friendly.

I know hard to change on this, but the view was ok. I do like base view but fast food drive through didn’t like. Well, just if has open curtains to see outside, drive through is facing the building so lack of privacy.

This hotel was great! it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room we had was great size for the 6 of us in our group.

There was only 1 trash can in the room and they didn’t have a crib or play yard for the baby in our group.

The size of the pool was very disappointing.

Hand soap in the bathroom, fan that doesn’t blow in your face while sleeping, need new shower head and towels in the pool area.
