En el corazón de Destin, este encantador condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con un plano de planta abierto. El condominio recibió recientemente algunos muebles nuevos y ha sido completamente pintado para nuestros huéspedes. Disfrute de las vistas al mar desde la sala de estar y el balcón abierto. El principal tiene una cama queen y baño completo adjunto con cabina de ducha. 2 dormitorios con un rey y 3 dormitorios con dos camas dobles. El segundo baño completo tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Con mesas de comedor y cocina, así como taburetes de bar, hay asientos para 13 para grupos más grandes. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina y pequeños electrodomésticos. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo están disponibles en la unidad para su conveniencia y hay unidades de calefacción / aire dobles. La unidad cuenta con 4 televisores y 2 reproductores de DVD, wifi gratuito y televisión por cable. Hay una pasarela a la playa que está a solo 125 metros. The condo meet all our needs. Tvs had a blip in service but we was able to get those back up and going the next day. Master bedroom tv picture never would come on so not sure if it is a cable ussue or not.

It was as advertised. Beach is just a short distance across the parking lot, but beach view from the room. The free beach umbrella and chairs was an added perk. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect! Big kitchen, plenty of space to eat, breakfast was had on the patio, and everyone slept comfortably! Check in was an absolute breeze! One of the best stays we have had!

We loved the spacious condo, the location was perfect, loved having a workout room to exercise in every day!! We have stayed in condominiums on either side of Shoreline Towers and it is by far the best! Loved being close to the beach! Enjoyed not having a long walk to get to the beach and not having to cross the road. Thanks for the beach umbrella and chair rental each day that saved us a lot. Will definitely check to see if this unit is available for our next stay!!

The condo is so so beautiful!!! The owners are wondeful people and so terrific with communication!! There is construction going on but it didnt bother us a bit. The owners let us know everything that was going on beforehand. We did talk to some other people staying there who were blindsided by the construction and very upset. We were so thankful we booked here, and they also gave us such an incredible deal ❤️ Absolutely would stay here again 💯

Construction started at 8am everyday, 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service and the construction workers tied the single elevator up during the day. The beds were were horrible to sleep on and the furniture was uncomfortable. For the price i would not recommend.

Condo was nice and spacious. The only issue was with the extent of the construction. Feel perhaps a bigger discount would be in order.

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious, clean and close to shops and restaurants. The beach wasn’t too overcrowded with clear water and soft, white sand!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay near the beach. Everything was so close to us the beach, restaurants, stores etc. Great customer service from the start thank you me and my family felt welcomed! Only complaint we had was that the beds were not that comfty and some rooms had a weird smell other than that we recommend this condo !

It’s a beautiful condo. There were a few minor things, there was a molded washcloth in bathroom and balcony tile was broken. Outside housekeeping left a dirty rag for 4 days by steps. Also swept under bed and found someone’s glasses. But it’s a beautiful view and condo!

Overall good stay. Only one issue that can be improved for next customers.
The beds were not comfortable at all and as a result sleeping was an issue. The mattresses need to be changed.

The property is beautiful @ a premium price. But, needs to be updated. The mattresses are horrible and low. My parents are older and had a rough time getting up and down. The TV’s in the bedrooms were small (maybe 20-24 inch) and not smart TV’s. The couch leg was broke and wobbly.
There was also a lot of construction on the property. Once off the elevator the railways covered in plastic and they were painting outside our unit most days. The pool area needs to be updated also.
But, you can’t beat the beach access and that part of the beach is beautiful.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed the location, and the view from the living room was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were fine. We enjoyed using the free beach umbrella and two chairs. A couple of downsides that we noticed are that it appears the floors were not mopped since our feet were consistently dirty from day one. We did see two cockroaches indoors one night, but the office was very helpful and prompt to fill a hall closet hole we found and we didn't see anything after that. Finally, just have to be careful with the washer, which only holds small loads. Despite these couple of glitches, we really enjoyed our stay and this beautiful condo definitely contributed to that!

We stayed here for our sons beach wedding in Destin. The condo was perfect. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Office staff was amazing. Just a few steps away from the beach. Even with the renovations going on, our stay was awesome. Would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was perfect and soo spacious! It's located in the 3rd building which is behind building 1 and 2, but you can still see the water in the ocean and it's a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again

I would definitely come back and refer you alls property everything was perfect , despite some noise from construction overall I will come back and chose this location . Convenient to beach restaurants and entertainment

There were obvious cleanliness issues when we first arrived. The showers and bathrooms were not cleaned well. Hair from previous guests still clung to the showers. The beds in the back room are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My back actually hurt for the week following our stay. Otherwise, we loved the amenities and the area.

The property is beautiful and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. They only problem we ran into was an additional 60 that was had to cover last min for incidentals. There was no mention of this is the listing. However this didn’t ruin our stay. The beach was a quick 3 min walk away and was beautiful!

This property is in the perfect location, the beach is just a short walk across the parking lot, the beach service was an added plus! Master bathroom sink was clogged but other than that, would highly recommend!
