Everything about the house was perfect. Interior was very elegant and it had the perfect location sitting right on the river. We could go out every morning and have coffee on the patio and listen to the Geese and enjoy the sound of the river.

Great home, spacious living room and kitchen area. House had incredible views and was pretty well stocked with kitchen supplies. Check in/out was easy and well instructed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for walking to dinner/ daily walks around Drake Park.
Things to improve upon: two ply toilet paper would be nice given the level of home/cost of the rental, many lightbulbs out in main kitchen living area and the space is naturally dark. Blinds would be ideal in bedrooms, half blinds don't really cut it. Would also have like make-up wipes or towels in bathrooms.

This property is amazing! The views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park were lovely. This was for a reunion of 3 sorority sisters that have been getting together for many years and this house was perfect! We felt like Princesses at 75 living in a castle. Loved walking into town everyday!

Really lovely property, better than the photos. The interior was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, and the water view was wonderful. I would recommend some blinds throughout the home, especially in the main bedroom. It’s a bit awkward changing in a room when you don’t have the ability to close the blinds for privacy. The outside garbage and recycling was very full, but obviously that didn’t impact the quality and of the stay or the quality of the property.

To stay at your property, so convenient and walkable to trails and into downtown! Our only issue was inability to stream our acct with our device onto the TVs…unsuccessful in every room :(

This house was fully deigned for people to come stay with breathtaking views and a kitchen that made cooking fun again. The house is gorgeous with all of the beautiful wood work, washer and dryer, WOLf appliances, plenty of living space for our family of four, and it sat on the most beautiful lake to admire . We walked to the restaurants, downtown Bend's shopping, and had plenty of landscape to run, walk and hike. We went to the McKenzie river and white water rafted, fished, shopped, and enjoyed the home.
The beds were comfortable, as well as the huge leather couch downstairs. The neighbors and community were beyond friendly and helpful.
We cannot wait to come back!
I do also want to mention that the management company was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquires that came up during our stay.
By far our favorite house and experience while using VRBO.

We've rented several homes in Bend over the years. We finally found “the one”. This home is absolutely beautiful, top quality furnishings (very comfortable beds), we'll stocked kitchen, lots of interior space, impeccably clean and perfect location. Short drive to all that Bend has to offer. But, the best part - the backyard being on the river! What a beautiful place to sit and relax.

Everything was great. Could use a larger/better quality tv and cable in the downstairs living room. But besides that all was great. Host responded very quickly when help was needed to get fire place fixed and tv/cable fixed. Also has an upstairs living room with good quality, large TV

House is beautiful, very spacious…Location is within walking distance to food trucks, a mini mart, gas station, and Bagel Shop…even with one of our guests having hip problems. Some down sides were the fireplace’s pilot light was not lit so we needed host help with that, along with all 3 tv’s having no service. Management came and fixed problems the next day. Other than that the stay was private and enjoyable. Would stay again.

This house is amazing! Perfect location, wonderful feel and furnishings. We will definitely be booking this house again. It snowed 4 inches yesterday and the park was beautiful. Only thing I would suggest is some kind of curtain or blinds at the head of the head in the master. You are up with the sun since the window is by the head of the bed.

We rented this place last minute when another booking fell through. Home is just as described and in an amazing location right on the river/mirror pond. Perfect for launching our paddle boards and biking to/from places in town. The only reason this doesn’t get a five star is that while it’s a great location and as described, it just feels somewhat uninviting to rental guests. Decor is blah, no bikes or water toys (most every other place in town has bikes for guests), beds were not super comfortable, cobwebs on bushes right outside back door. But besides these nit picky things, we had a great time. My kids loved the big open tv room upstairs and location can’t be beat.

The house was right on the river=perfect for kayak, SOP and floats. We walked to many restaurants and the neighborhood was very friendly. We did cook and the kitchen was well stocked. I would rent here again.

This is our second time at this property in Bend. The location is perfect : 30 minute drive to Mr Bachelor , 3 minute drive to the shuttle drop off /pick up , 5 minute walk to the cute shops and restaurants on Wall Street, and 3 min walk in the other direction to a great coffee shop and 7-11 . The house has a huge master bedroom with a large closet, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. A fourth room can be set up as an additional bedroom. The best part of the home is the view from the kitchen/family room into the river. We also love the big dining table off the kitchen that can seat all of us . This is a great place for groups in Bend.

Such a lovely property right on the river. A chef’s kitchen with a Wolf stove and Subzero refrigerator. The beds were comfortable but the sheets could use replacing. Carpets and area rugs could use cleaning but the home was quite clean otherwise. The fireplace was extraordinary and added such cozy ambiance to our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and so many parks. Thank you. Best VRBO we have ever rented.

We all had a wonderful time, and the home had everything we needed. The only thing was how we found the faucet in the kitchen upon arrival. The handle was very loose, and as we used it to turn the water on and off, it only got looser. Please have someone fix it before the next guest arrives.
Other than that, it was absolutely perfect, and we would rent it again. The views are amazing. Our first full day was met with snow softly falling all day. Ducks and geese paddling and floating up and down the river and people frolicking in the snow. How perfect and fitting for this time of year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the river was beautiful. We could walk to town over the footbridge in 10 minutes. The main room downstairs was sunny and welcoming and kitchen was well-stocked. The bedrooms were good too. The linens weren't fantastic...a little bare and no extra blankets or that many towels. I was cold the first night there, but once the house heated up it was fine. We had to get help lighting the fireplace but once that was figured out the downstairs was super warm. Just a really pleasant house and nice rental.

The house and location were great. Overlooking the bank of the Deschutes River and right across from downtown. Walking distance to shops and great food. The house is incredible and perfect for a larger family. Only complaints would be that upon our initial arrival the house had not been cleaned and the bedroom windows REALLY need blinds/curtains. But the property manager was quick to address our concerns during our stay.

River VIew and Easy Walk to Old Bend
This house is 5 stars. Set beautifully on the Deschutes River. Sip and watch the geese/ducks/paddle boarders drift by. It's a very comfortable walk over the pedestrian bridge, through Drake Park into DT Old Bend. West Bend with The Lot, Bossa and a Bagel shop is even closer - one block out the front door. Crank style windows allow for fresh mtn air to flow through the house. Beds are very comfortable and linens are top quality. Kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and plenty of space to whip up a home cooked meal if you choose to dine in. All homes in Old Bend are on zero lot lines - so you will get to know/greet your neighbors.

One of the BEST homes ever!
We were so surprised and pleased at our experience with Arrivednow. The company had great integrity and honesty. When there was a problem with the house we rented they worked diligently to relocate us. The home we stayed in was fantastic. Perfect location for visiting Bend, right on the water and a beautiful walk to downtown. The house itself is magnificent. Well appointed and spacious, elegant and comfortable. We will definitely rent it again the next time we come. We will use Arrivednow anytime we can from now on. Thank you!

Bellini river stay
All in all everything was not working. The house want clean at all. Cobwebs were everywhere and the floors were filthy
We couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub at all. Weatherstripping is falling off of the windows. Windiws need cleaning and some wi dies need to be replace

Beautiful house and location
We very much enjoyed our stay on the river. The only real negative is the loud construction noise next door, which begins at 7 a.m. each week day morning, making it very hard to sleep beyond that time. That is not something the manager can control but guests should be aware of it. One suggestion the manager/owner could control is that an umbrella on the back patio table would be very nice on hot summer days. All that aside, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We got in later than expected but the instructions were clear for access. Beautiful home with unique art and decor. Loved the space and view. Surprised with 7:00 a.m. construction noise from home being built next door. Enjoyed walks into town multiple times.

Fourth of July Stay
This is a beautiful house and the location is fantastic. The house was very clean and tastefully furnished. We loved being able to walk to downtown Bend and being right on the river. However, they did not disclose that there is a house being built next door and it was very loud starting at 7 am. We could not enjoy the house from 7 am to 3 pm on weekdays because of the noise.

Good But Not Flexible
The management company of this house is good, but not really flexible. We arrived to Bend around 2 PM and had pre-arranged to check in 1 hour early. When we arrived the door lockpad would not let us in and we needed to reach out to the management company. Additionally, we had originally tried to get into town earlier, having a 2 year old in our party, and wanted an early check in, which the management company was going to charge us by the hour for. We paid a premium for this house and didn't feel that was appropriate with flight schedules and the toddler we had in our group. Overall the location is a "10", cleanliness was an "8", amenities were a "7" and management was a "5".
