We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful home and was very convenient to the beach, boardwalk, lots of shops and places to eat. We vacation every year in Va Bech and this was our first time staying here, I venture to say we will book again.
Our only complaint was that the outside windows and doorways were covered in spiderwebs and a lot of dust/ dirt on the patios. The patio furniture was also and the dirt transferred to a lot of our clothes. We couldn’t really enjoy those spaces and if we went outside barefoot we tracked back in a lot of that dust etc. I quick pressure wash would make a big difference.
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you again!

Absolutely phenomenal Townhouse. I o ly gave 4 stars because, they need to make sure their cleaning company is actually cleaning the house, the upstairs bathroom was not clean, hair in the shower, dirty towel left behind. Luckily, I'm used to subpar cleaning with these type of spaces, I brought my own simple cleaning products. But the house was absolutely gorgeous, great location. I would definitely rent again.

The place was great. plenty of room to spread out, updated, nice to have double sinks in the bathroom. The only problem is the noise on the street. It is on a very busy street, with cars going very fast every night and very loud. We could hear them in the back bedrooms even while using earplugs. That made it hard to sleep. One would think the city could do something about that.

Nice house, floors and bathrooms not very clean. Neighborhood seemed run down. That section of town had few sidewalks which made it difficult to walk the town. Very noisy with traffic (loud cars racing and apparently no cops). The entire town seems dirty and neglected.

The place is as nice as you'd expect from the pictures. The host always responded quickly if I had any questions. Spacious bedrooms, and almost fully stocked kitchen. 3 balconies and a front porch, plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would recommend. Would stay here again.

Property was clean and decorated nicely. Location is just a couple of block from beach, but staying here you have a private patio to relax and unwind. Kitchen was not very well appointed - no hot pads, scissors, pans w matching lids, Tupperware, grill, cooking knives. Also, no beach chairs, umbrella or cart. Bought and contributed to property scissors, beach umbrella and sand toys.

The house has everything you would want and felt safe and plenty spacious for our family of four plus two sets of grandparents. There are stairs up to bedrooms. Try Abbey Road pub just down the street and the mini golf is awesome just down the street. Any necessities, 7-11 is less than a block away. Maybe a 8 minute walk to the beach with kids and gear! The only advice I have is that breakfast places fill up early Sunday morning…

The property was nice and within walking distance to the beach. Would be nice if there were tv’s in the bedrooms for the kids as my son brought his Xbox and had to play it in the living room and we couldn’t watch anything else. Other than that it was a good location and close to where my son had has basketball tournament.

We were in Virginia Beach celebrating my brother’s birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach and to the Vibe district, which has several cute stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We hope to stay in this house again this fall. It was great weekend!

This is a nice place. perfectly equipped. We had a nice stay here. A pretty short walk to the beach and main strip with shopping and restaurants. so that is good. There are a few things that should be noted:
1. This is the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Most of that is just the location and the venue. Virginia Beach is not a quiet getaway. This house is right on the highway heading out of VB and there are a lot of d-bags out there racing their motorcycles and hot rods being as loud as they can. Its right outside the window and sounds like it's in your room! Also, there is a naval airbase right down the road. F/A-18s are flying over the place all day and a couple of nights they were running until midnight. the other 3 nights they quit earlier. And it is super loud. These jets are extremely loud if you are not familiar. Not a huge deal but again, not peaceful. Also, you can hear everything in the house from the master bedroom. like people upstairs and downstairs. One of our group was getting breakfast ready and I was trying to sleep in for a while, I could hear everything like the dishes for instance. It seems magnified. And the beds are loud when you move around. like really loud. The two full size beds in the room above us were so loud the girls did not want to move for fear they would wake everybody up. It's odd. Anything the owners can do to reduce noise would be a good thing. Maybe some more rugs or tapestries. ? I don't know. But fix the bed noises, that's a must.
2. No TVs in the rooms. This seemed strange to me. This is not a romantic, no device type of getaway, at all. Also, I go to bed with the TV on and that helps me sleep. It would have been a big help with the noises coming from outside. This seems like a small expense, just a Walmart TV for $200 would work fine. Also, a smart tv would be good so we could log into netflix and such. It's a comfort factor that should be remedied.
Overall this is a nice place and I think could be improved with a little effort. We had a good time and the noises and lack of TV dont lower my overall rating.

Great vacation
We had a great time. The location was a short walk to the boardwalk, a short drive to shopping and kid-friendly beach activities, and close walking distance to great restaurants. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had.

Really nice place, would rent again
This place was beautiful, just like the pictures! We had 8 adults staying, and we all fit comfortably. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for us to all get ready to go out at the same time. Very close to a 7-11 and grocery store, so that was convenient as well. And we were glad to see that there was parking for our two cars right by the back entrance, so unpacking and then loading up the cars was very easy.
Everything went smoothly during the trip, so there was no need to contact the property managers, but they were friendly and helpful in all my correspondence leading up to the trip. They even were kind enough to offer an early check in for us.
I do wish that we were slightly closer to the beach. The description says about 2 blocks from the beach, which is true, but you have to cross two busy intersections on the way there. Maybe something to consider for anyone traveling with children. Also, the vacuum provided didn’t work well which made cleanup during our departure a little difficult. We swept what we could, but the vacuum didn’t do much on the carpeted areas.
Overall, the place was wonderful and we had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a 3 story town house; the wifi is weak on the first floor fades In and out On the second floor and not at all on the third. Since I was on the third floor and the only tv is on the first I was hoping to use my lap top to stream. of course that was not possible. I hate rushing out by 9am on Check out, it is far too early. Any other issues we had were addressed in a timely manner. I do wish there was a barbecue available., but other than those few items I was very pleased and we all enjoyed our week. They were helpful setting up activities, like boating and jet skiing. All I all with those few exceptions, I would recommend
