We had a lovely stay in this gem of a home. If you like eclectic antiques, more space than a hotel room and a great location, this is a retreat for you. Communications were great, the welcome package amazing, and the home is sooo charming. We did not do a lot of cooking, which was good as there is not a dishwasher, but the kitchen was fully stocked for a lovely coffee or simple breakfast. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. You can tell that the owners are very thoughtful of their guests. The house was clean and located near all the action but also just far enough away to be peaceful. A+++

The cottage is in a great location, just a short walk to downtown. So charming and comfortable! Would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Fredericksburg!

This house was exactly what it said in the listing, very clean and decorated beautifully! The location was great, we walked to everywhere we needed to go all weekend. Only concern was the A/C, it is set and can not be changed. We prefer to sleep much cooler than this and the window unit in the master was out of order. But, fortunately after long days of wine tasting and much more we were so tired we slept anyways! lol! Overall great experience and we will stay again!

The location was perfect, walkable to Main Street. The property was peaceful and quiet. We had a nice getaway. Would be perfect for a small group of friends, plenty of beds.

Most darling cottage and location was ideal! We loved the shabby chic/ farmhouse decor and how clean and pristine the cottage was! Everything is walking distance and it was the perfect retreat before our children head off to graduate school! Thank you for an amazing weekend with memories we will cherish forever!

Fabulous cottage, actually bigger than expected. Had a wonderful stay with my step mom. Laura considered all the things needed and then some. The location is perfect for visiting Fredericksburg and the landscape is meticulous (I’m a plant nerd). Will most certainly be back for the next trip down!

Great house - within walking distance to Main Street and other amenities. Perfect in every way - most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!

This precious house is perfectly located behind the courthouse on Main Street. The location is awesome because you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. You can drink all of the wine you want and you don’t have to drive because the house is super close to everything. I rented it with 2 friends and there was plenty of room for all three of us. The beds are super comfy and it has nice towels & linens. The house is decorated like a fancy farm house. We enjoyed all of the very cool decorations and also goodies the host left for us. (There were bagels & cream cheese and a giant danish in the fridge and lots of coffee❤️) I had to contact the hostess to figure out how to lower the temperature in the house and she responded within a minute of me reaching out. She was awesome. I would definitely rent this house again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed! Great location that’s just a short walk to everything on Main Street, easy check in and out, beautiful decor and well appointed with everything we needed. This was a perfect spot for a weekend away to celebrate my birthday with friends!

This house is an ideal location if you love spending time on Main Street. No driving necessary. The details in the home decor were like in a magazine. Adorable. The master bed was very comfortable and all of the little extras the homeowner left us (bagels, cream cheese, chocolate covered pretzels, sparking water and the coffee bar) were enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house is located one street off of Main and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. This property is beautifully decorated and maintained. We had great communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
