The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is a little hard to find because it's tucked away and hidden from the street but once you find it you will be so glad you did! It was the perfect spot and an even better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the pass. Parking wasn't too bad either. The best hosts ever! When I say about their business...I have rented many condos in Gulf Shores but this was our first in Orange Beach. Ms. Nancy made it too easy! I had no questions. She covered Everything! I have never been to a condo where you only had to bring your own food cause literally everything was there for our convenience. We never treat our stays with disrespect and always try to leave it as we find it. Just being here made you feel like it was your home. The hospitality was 10 out of 10! Don't second guess it...choose this sweet gem! You won't regret your decision! Thank you Ms. Nancy we will be back!

Had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful, very clean and updated! It’s a great location, not overly crowded. The property is well kept! Nancy was great with sending recommendations on what to do in the area, and also very quick to reply with any issues! Highly recommend!

This condo was as advertised, maybe even bigger than the pictures make it look. Ample room for a family of 5, and the location was great for fishing, hanging out at the beach, and a short drive some of the excellent local restaurants. Inshore charters is across the street!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views and fully stocked with everything you need. Nancy was a wonderful host that stayed in communication with us. Grand Pointe is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach!

Owners were in contact from start to finish which was much appreciated. Unit was very clean and comfortable with elegant decor. Everything in unit worked. Had a small issue with the shower faucet and was taken care of as soon as I informed owner. This condo is stocked with all utensils you may need as well as extra pillows and blankets. The view of the pass and gulf is absolutely stunning. Located right above the pool was helpful especially when you have kids. With the pool being right below I thought it might get a little noisy but it was never an issue. The building is gated so felt very safe. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning. Thank you!!!

Great location-enjoyed watching the boats in the Pass, very clean, well stocked kitchen had everything one would need to make meals for my family, comfortable beds, Nancy was great to work with and very informative on places to go in the area. Overall a wonderful vacation for my family!

We had a great time on Spring Break at Grand Pointe. Nancy and Bill are great with information, mailing the check in packet, and supplies/amenities in the condo. Super clean, spacious for our family of five. Great view, pools, location right next to the pass. Highly recommended!

We had some difficulty checking in because we hadn't received the parking pass and mailbox key beforehand. We were able to check in by contacting the cleaning person.
The condo is excellent! It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and appliances. The deck is spacious and the deck furniture is excellent.

The condo was beautiful and exceeded expectations from the minute we entered. Beautiful, sweeping views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass, this is a must stay location! The condo is wonderfully furnished, with updated furniture such as a 6 person dining room table that allowed our whole family to sit for meals. We walked the short distance to the beach where hundreds of shells were waiting and also enjoyed the hot tubs and heated indoor pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We highly recommend and will be back next year!!

Considering we had limited time to vacation over Thanksgiving break, I’m grateful that we were allowed to reserve two nights. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and we could not have asked for a better location at the pass. The views were amazing. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated the heated indoor pool and the short walk to the beach. Before our arrival, Nancy texted me to welcome us and to thank us for our stay as we were leaving. She was quick to respond and get help when we locked ourselves out (Huge thanks to Weldon for his quick and friendly service!). Bill and Nancy were wonderful hosts! We plan on making this vacation a yearly Thanksgiving tradition!

We were so impressed with this property. The beach access, the views, close proximity to everything you will need. It was probably the cleanest property we have ever rented. The property owners are great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a group getaway. We will definitely return!

We had a fun family getaway at this Grand Pointe Vrbo. The condo was very spacious and just as described. Nancy was great with communication and checkin/out information was a breeze. Always had a spot to park in the gated lot. Fantastic location. The beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus. The beach in front of Grand Pointe was beautiful! Would be happy to stay again!

The property and unit are beautiful. The condo and unit location are fantastic. The unit is right above the pool, but you can’t hear anything if the sliding door is closed. Pool hours are reasonable, so we were still able to enjoy our morning coffee quietly on the patio. Beach is clean and family friendly, and the water doesn’t drop off quickly so the little ones can play safely a bit off shore. We LOVED the vacation and would book it again in a heartbeat!

We visit Orange Beach every year and Grande Point has been the absolute best place we have ever stayed. It is very family oriented, my kids made new friends, beautiful views, and vert clean. Our condo was beautiful!! Very relaxing, beautiful view from the balcony, and not to mention how nice it was to have easy contact with the owner's and also how stocked this condo was, everything you need or could possibly need was right there!!
We really didn’t want to leave. We are hoping to return again next year.

Beautifully decorated condo with a VERY comfortable master suite! So cozy with a great layout and amply supplied in every way. Loved the extra large balcony with the great view overlooking the pool and the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Of all the condos we've stayed in the past 8 years, this one was definitely our favorite! Will absolutely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed this location. It was private and had plenty of beach space. The unit was large and had a fantastic view and a huge balcony. We would return to this site.

I was so impressed by Nancy and her husband attention to detail. The supplies is unmatched. Not sure who they use for cleaning company but they are TOP NOTCH! I never noticed detail to cleaning could be such an emphasis. The views were mouthwatering! I would definitely choose this condo 211 again!

Relaxing 5 days in a beautiful condo with all the extras. The view was stunning with direct views of the Pass and sandy beaches! The owner/managers were especially kind.

I highly recommend this rental! The beach area where the condo is located is not very crowded so you had room to breathe. My fiancé collected some of the most unique shells and even found a couple washed up starfish and crabs (hermit). The condo was very clean and the owners were reachable when we had any questions. It was a very nice place to leave ordinary life and all its stresses. Do not think twice! Just book it! I know we will if we ever come back to Orange Beach.

My family and I enjoyed this property. Upon arrival, the check in process was easy. There were plenty of carts to make sure we only had 1 trip to make to the car. The condo was very clean and spacious! The decorations are perfect for a beach location. Everything from dishes, cleaning products, laundry supplies and beach supplies were there. I can't forget about the large balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach. The outdoor pool and spa were out of order but it was too chilly to be outdoors anyway so that did not bother us. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nancy and I will be contacting you again soon!

This condo was perfect for a 2 day getaway. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The back patio is very large with an amazing view of the ocean and the mouth of the bay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication from the owner is incredible. There were a couple of minor issues that were beyond the control of the owner and we were notified of these well in advance. Should we visit the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again!

This condo was a new experience for me, being next to the Pass and seeing boats and a different view in general but still at the beach. The condo itself was as described, owners notified me of a minor issue beforehand that I appreciated but was in the extra bedroom we were not planning to use. The condo was clean and well cared for. Nothing negative to say. I plan to look for this condo for my next conference trip to Orange Beach!

This is probably one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. The condo was spacious and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable which is not always the case in rentals. We didn't use the other bedrooms but they looked nice. The pool is currently under construction but looks like it will be very nice when finished.

Beautiful and comfortable! This condo has everything you need to relax. We enjoyed the patio, the view, and even the wonderful beach chairs to sit in on the beach! Nancy was great to work with, very responsive. The view of the pass and the gulf included dolphins!!! The waves were big enough one day to watch real surfing! Such a treat ❤️.

The owners of this property couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Always answered our questions in a timely manner and made sure everything was to our liking. This property was very well kept, well stocked, and very clean. You could tell the owners took great pride in this property. We had an amazing view from our balcony and would definitely stay here again Thanks for the great memories.

We stayed with another couple who were in town for a wedding, and the condo was amazing. Bathrooms for each bedroom is huge, and the condo was roomy and nice, as well as the balcony.
Nancy and Bill were incredible. Had a plumbing issue that was not their fault at all, and they were super quick to get back to us and get a plumber out, even on a holiday weekend.
If you are going to Orange Beach, you should certainly stay here.

We have stayed in quite a few different units over the years at Grande Pointe and this unit has by far been the best experience. The unit is very well kept and the owners are very quick and thorough in their communication. We will certainly book again.

The condo is spacious and has an excellent location! We enjoyed watching the boats heading out during our morning coffee on the huge patio. Many great restaurants and shops are right across the street within an easy walk.
