The house was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Only complaint would be not enough bath towels or hand towels in baths. Great location. Close to beach access and retail shops and restaurants.

This property was exactly as represented and more. The house was extremely clean and well supplied. What doesn't show in the pictures was a lovely sandy back yard with palm trees and patio. We enjoyed the plentiful patio and balcony furniture. The multiple beds in the 4th bedrooms were great for the kids. It was also nice and more private to have a house instead of a condo. The owners were so good to communicate with us when we had questions. We loved it.

This property met all of our needs. We have been staying in one of the high rise condos in the past, but this house was immaculate. The home owners supplied all of the basic needs and responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We hope to stay in this house again.

This was a very nice place to somewhat isolate and enjoy a beautiful time at the beach. The pool was great and the walk to the beach isn’t bad. We took beach chairs and umbrellas down on a golf cart. The house is clean and well appointed. If planning to work from there, internet is spotty but just what you usually find in the entire area. The owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly. We would go back to Bluefin for sure. Our family of ten all loved the week.

This is a fantastic vacation house. Everything as exactly as per the listing or better. The house was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and resolved a minor issue very promptly. The location is really great with super easy walking to the Gulf beach or the sound beach. The Gulf beach is gorgeous with lots of space. The sound beach was also great and better than most sound beaches we have swam in on past trips. I would recommend staying here to anyone and we will definitely consider it for future trips.

What a wonderful place for a family vacation! The location makes easy access to all activities. We enjoyed the nearby beach and pool. The house is large enough that everyone had plenty of space to allow for both together and solo time. I would highly recommend booking this property for great family fun😎

We really liked this property; very nice layout in the home with excellent amenities. No problems communicating with the owners. Only odd thing was that it had no iron. But overall one of the nicest places we have stayed in with this family group.

This property is exactly as shown! It is a beautiful place in a quiet gated neighborhood!!! The owners have thought of everything!!! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses even spices!!! They provided beach towels as well as linens and towels for us!!! We had space for everyone in our family of 8!!! Enough comfortable seating in the kitchen and living room for all!!! This was very quiet and peaceful with all the comforts of home!!! Wonderful memories of a perfect vacation!!! Thank you!!!!

It was such a Great space for the 10 of us, ages 18-80. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking with wonderful pans & spices. The bikes were so much fun and the beach accessories were amazing ( umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, toys, etc ). We would totally stay again!

We had such a good time during our week stay at Bluefin Cottage. The property was everything we expected, and more! The accomodations were so well-thought out, from the plethora of hooks (for beach towels and supplies), to beach chairs and floats, wagon for carrying supplies to/from Beach & Bay, to bottle openers in the handiest of places. Our group consisted of 3 adults, 3 teens, 2 preteens and a 5 year old. We had more than enough room to occupy different parts of the house without ever feeling cramped. The enclosed garage downstairs was perfect for leaving sandy shoes & towels before ebtering the house, but all was right there when we were ready to head back out. The beach would have been a bit of a hike for our gang with supplies & such, so we did rent 2 golf carts for the week, and they the the distance a non issue. Great view, beautifully furnished, we will definitely be back!

We loved this vacation home! The floor plan is great and the decor is beautiful. It was helpful that each of the four bedrooms had its own private bathroom. We were disappointed there was not a closet available to us in the master bedroom, but there was plenty of closet space in the other bedrooms, so we were ok. Family room is much larger than it appears in the pictures on line. Access to the beach is easy. The weather and water were beautiful during our visit. We will definitely be back!

This was absolute paradise!!!! We loved the location and the house was amazing!!! We had 4 kids with us and they loved the pool and their own room in the house! The location is perfect for anything you want to do. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining and the house was spacious for all of our family. The beds and linens were also amazing!! 5 stars for sure!!

Probably shouldn't provide a glowing review as then this property will be less available.......but what an awesome week we had. Beach was fantastic, house was awesome and the view of the sunrise over the sound from the rear deck was spectacular. We will be back. Owner was great to work with and has our endorsement.

This property is in excellent condition and as advertised. Location within the development is a short walk down a neighborhood street to the bay; once you reach the end of the street it is maybe another 40 to 50 yards to the bay waterfront. Getting to the beach is a short walk as well, a couple of blocks once out of the neighborhood to the public access and does involve crossing the main beach road, which isn't generally busy. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owners to even basic questions and for their flexbility with our dates of travel. And having bikes and a large beach umbrella as well as toys was a nice touch! Thanks so much for an awesome week.

I could not have been more relaxed and comfortable while staying at the Bluefin Cottage. I found myself not knowing or caring much about what time it was. My family enjoyed out time together swimming in the pool and visiting the beach to pick up sea shells. We found the neighborhood to be warm and quiet and the house was more beautiful in person that described in the listing. It you are looking for a quiet oasis to get away from the every day hustle and bustle then I couldn't recommend this rental more. We look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks to the homeowners for a very pleasant visit.

This is an excellent place for a large family or two. Plenty of space to get away and get together. This is a nice house...not what you might expect from a beach rental. Four bed rooms and officially bed space for 12 but with for the kids bring a couple sleeping bags/pads you could easily put a few more in the kids room if needed. Its situated between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Beach so its an easy and short walk to either one. Located almost to the end of Navarre Beach you are a good ways from the big multi story condos nearer the bridge.pier so you get away from the crowds. Good food options nearby and a little further down the coastal road are lots of touristy type options on Pensacola Beach. Its such a nice place I felt at home in a matter of minutes.

We loved spending a week waking up to the beautiful view of the sound from the back patio. We enjoyed having the choice of the heated pool or the gulf just a short walk or bike ride away. I found myself not knowing or caring what time it was most of the time. This cottage was perfect for our family of eight to spend time together but have our own space as well. The kitchen was great for gathering around to make dinner and had everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The house has all the comforts of home and we wanted for nothing. It even included toys for the kids to use in the sand and floaties for the pool. Thanks to the homeowner for making our stay so amazing and we hope to be back soon!
