Plenty of space for sleeping, food prep and serving, as well as plenty of things to do on site (we didn't even have time for everything!) And we loved that it was so near other things to do off-site as well. We got a lot of use out of the sport court! Had it been a little warmer on our last full day, we would have made better use out of the pond. Craig made sure we knew he just was just a call away if we needed anything. The ropes course at BYU-Idaho was a hit--a must do if there are teens or young adults wanting a challenge! Thanks Craig and Virginia, our family loved our time there!
P.S. I personally loved going to sleep to the distant sound of the hay baler--just like when I was growing up :-)

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. There are so many amenities to enjoy. We loved our time here.
The kids loved the playground, trampoline, giant swing set, pond and sports court.
The huge dining room and outdoor patio gives plenty of seating for mealtimes. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

This is a gorgeous property. The listing is great, but still does not do it justice. We had plenty of room for sleeping, games, meals, and just sitting around. The outdoor facilities are awesome. We spent hours playing and swimming in the pond. Everyone loved it. The courts and game chest were great for enjoying the rural area. It is very quiet and very relaxing. Everything is in great condition. The owners are onsite and available but never intrusive. They could not have been any more welcoming or gracious. The initial walk through was very complete and helpful. The pride in ownership came through and was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning ourselves.

We loved this property! There were 40 of us for our family reunion and it was SO perfect!! Plenty of place to eat together, tons of fun things outside for little kids to adults to do, and lots of beds!! Because it isn’t brand new I didn’t stress as much about the kids being kids! The lenders were so darling too! We would FOR SURE book this place again!!

We had a family reunion and had a great time. There was more than ample space and loads of fun things to do. We really loved all the table space and the kids loved the shaved ice.

We had 20 teenagers there and they loved the property. The house was on the older side of things but very comfortable and not scared to walk in the house. The hosts did everything right. Great amenities from kitchen, pool table to court and outdoor cooking. We would stay there again no issues.

We had such a great time staying in this enormous, unique, immaculate house! The large yard, pickleball & volleyball court, and the swings and playground were a hit.

Stayed in the house for 10 days and held our daughter's wedding reception there. Craig and Virginia were amazing hosts and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for nicer people to rent from. The house and property were better than we expected, and the event was amazing. Close enough to Yellowstone and Island Park that we could travel every day to see the sights. Golf down the street, sports court was great, overall, an amazing trip. Thank you Craig and Virginia for making our daughter's wedding something we will never forget. Hopefully we can make it back up to stay with you!!!

This was a great plaxe to stay we had everything promised and then some, i had family on the fence before going now we may make it our standard place each year if they will have us.

We had 24individyals. And every one of us had a great time. Great amenities and lots of space to enjoy being together and not smashed in. We hope to visit again someday.
Downsides: No conditioners for hair in the showers. Windows were very difficult to open. There was no way to block the wind from blowing out the industrial sized outdoor griddle top.

Plenty of room, lots of fun things for the kids to do.
We were there for four days and only left the property once, to go to a waterpark. The rest of the time we kept busy with the pickle ball court (brand new), trampoline, swing sets pool table and other on-site activities. Large kitchen and eating area with plenty of storage for our food. Owner was very responsive to inquiries and requests. Great guy.

There were lots of things for everyone. The littlier kids loved bouncing on the trampoline all the time and playing in the sand pit and playgym. The adults and older kids loved the new pickleball/basketball court and the volleyball net. The swings were a nice place to sit and visit while keeping an eye on everyone. We loved the big eating room where we could all sit down together. Definitely a place we would love to go back to.

The place was big enough for our group of about 25. We had all ages and there was plenty for everyone to do. There are lots of surrounding attractions as well like the Saint Anthony Sandune‘s.

Our family of 31 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! So many fun features to this home! The owners were delightful and so helpful. It has large outdoor spaces for lots of activities and plenty of parking. We used the newly installed sport court several times a day, as well as the additional volley ball net! The trampoline, large swing set, outdoor play yard, and pond were a hit with the grandchildren. The indoors has lots of great gathering spaces. We enjoyed the cousin bunk room, the garage dining area was perfect as well as the outdoor covered picnic tables, and the outdoor kitchen/grilling area was awesome! Cooked most of our meals out there! Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. We would happily come back here again! Thank you Craig & Virginia!

I grew up on a farm in SE Idaho, but that farm is no longer available to us as a gathering spot. We are thrilled that we found Porter's and their amazing facility! We usually have people who want to sleep in tents or bring a travel trailer, so we were happy to learn of those accommodations. We had such great spaces to visit, to eat together, to play outside, to gab, to do puzzles, to watch movies and slideshows, to sleep, and to use bathrooms! It was perfect! The Porter's took such good care of us from start to finish and were so available for ANY question! The weather was perfect! We lucked out and got to watch the neighbor bale and haul his hay (a treat for our city kids). And we loved the proximity to stores and the BYUI gardens and ropes course. Thank you Porter's!

This was our second year in a row staying here, and it just was as great as the first time if not better. We have a huge group of nearly 50 people, ages ranging from newborn to 70s. With the RV spots (which can also be used for charging EVs), it can accommodate a lot of people. The kids ask all year long if we’re going to the house in Idaho with the swings :) We’ve made so many memories here and love this place so much.

House is a little outdated but it accommodated our family perfectly with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We loved the shady yard, the water/ice machine and unlimited snow cones. Owners are great!

All the amenities and a beautiful property. It does need updating, but everything is clean and rental rates are affordable. Downstairs is a little maze-like which made for some awkward situations--having to go through bathrooms to get to bedrooms. Overall really good.

We had a family reunion with all ages during our stay, and I think our favorite was the snow cone machine, ice machine, volleyball net, playground, and the large 5-foot griddle. They gave us a tour of the property right as we arrived, and we felt comfortable right from the start. This is a great place to hold a family reunion (probably also because of its seven bathrooms.) We would come again in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay in this property. And the owner and the property did not disappoint us. It was an excellent location for the daily family reunion activities we had planned. Everyone had a good time. And the facilities were wonderful when the occasional thunderstorm would roll through. We give this property our highest recommendation.

Our stay was excellent. The home was very well stocked. It had four high chairs, three pack 'n' plays, lots and lots of chairs for outside (and tons for inside as well), lots of balls for outdoor games, toys, pool table, smart tv, and snow cone machine. There were also lots of bathrooms with plentiful towels, body soap provided. We found all the tools we needed for cooking in the kitchen (as well multiple dutch ovens!). The eating areas were set up really well for a big group, eating and playing games.
The backyard was fabulous. In fact, we had planned to go to a park and just decided we wanted to hang out in the backyard. It had a nice swing set, big enough for adults as well, a fun sandbox, tetherball, a trampoline and places to explore. Our kids found a robin's nest with eggs in it, which was really neat. There were lots of trees which made it really secluded.
I could go on. Needless to say, we are hoping to make it back again soon!

This home was perfection for our large family group who gathered to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. We immediately felt a warm, family home welcome. The kids were never bored between the game room and the extensive lawns and outdoor play equipment. The outdoor cooking and dining area easily accommodated our 50+ day group during the 90th birthday celebration. The grounds and views are beautiful and we all left feeling reconnected and rejuvenated. Additionally, the hosts, Craig and Virginia were extremely kind and responsive. Would definitely VRBO here again!

Absolutely amazing! This property has everything I could have possibly needed or wanted. It's rare to find a house that is as perfectly setup for groups as this one.
Beautiful location, out in nature, yet close enough to town when you need.
The hosts were nearby and always ready and willing if you need something.
I would most certainly book this in the future when in this area next.

This house was great for our large group. The kids loved the bunk room and felt they had a lot of freedom with all the fun stuff for them to in the yard. The pond was a disappointment, but I understand there has been a drought. The kitchen stated it was fully stocked but with cooking for 35+ people what they had was not adequate. The size worked we just seemed to be looking for a lot of kitchen supplies like a wooden spoon or measuring cups and spoons that we could actually read, and we were always short large bowls. The grill was older, so we had some problems cooking on it. The large breakfast grill worked but it was hard to control the heat. We baked, grilled or cooked every day so maybe most don't do this much. The seating for food was amazing. We loved the opening garage doors which let in so much fresh air and light. Over all is was a wonderful house and we had a great week.

Great choice for a large group!
The pictures and the description don’t do this property justice. The house and yard are huge! The house sits well back from the main road that is only lightly traveled and the back of the property is fields. We felt completely safe letting toddlers wander around. We had all ages and everyone had a great time. The house is well furnished and the Porters were great and right next door if anything was needed or any questions. The backyard has a sandbox, trampoline and fun play set for the kids. The side yard has a volleyball setup with lights to play in the evening. There is also a great river to float just ten minutes from the property that the hosts told us about and everyone enjoyed. The best part of the property was definitely the dining/outdoor cooking area. Perfect for such a large group. We will most likely be staying her again and highly recommend.

Perfect Reunion place
we LOVED our stay. We knew it wouldn't necessarily be fancy or luxury due to the lower price, but we were so grateful to find a place in a better budget for us that could accommodate our large family. The yard is so perfect for the kids to roam and play. I would suggest bringing your own shower soap as well as towels if you like nicer towels. Overall, Wonderful people, wonderful stay!

Amazing reunion location!
This was our first family reunion ever! We had such a great time staying at this property. It was a huge property, able to fit our 40 people. There were RV hookups to charge our EV (we may bring a few trailers if we stay in the future too). The “cafeteria/mess hall” fits so many people for the whole family—we didn’t have to leave for meals ever. We hung out in the family room until midnight every night playing games, telling stories, or playing billiards. The property is on a huge lot—we spent most time outside playing volleyball, exploring the pond, swings, eating snow cones, etc. The kids were never bored. Every single family member said this was the best weekend and would stay here for annual reunions. The hosts were also very quick to respond to our messages. Thank you thank you!
